The staff at Action Trailers is exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone. I purchased an inexpensive small used trailer from them and they treated me great. All staff I interacted with, Tim, Dan, Steve, Trevor, Amber, and Herman made me feel as if I had been a long time customer although this was my first dealings with them. Herman did a very thorough job of explaining everything I needed to know about my purchase and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. What a great first impression!

For a place that sells a lot of trailers you sure don't carry a lot of parts. I went in looking for a 3/8 and 1/2 locking nut and they didn't have anything

Picked up Action Trailer and Jessy W.was the rep who walked me through the trailer options. Great job.very thorough.made the experience great.

She helped me tremendously with my request, i.e. Contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and expedited a shipment of certain documentation I urgently needed to import my trailer. Over all good I got my trailer from them thanks to the two girls behind the counter that kept everything moving quickly update needed another trailer went in to see what they had nobody gave me the time tried to call nobody answers or returned calls so had to buy from another dealer but have to say still better then Bluewater

I found a trailer online first thing in the morning, called sales and spoke to Dan. He sent me a email with what I asked for within minutes. Drove 2 hours there and met Dan. Made everything super quick and easy and left with my trailer the same day. My son has purchased a couple work trailers from Action for his small business, Trifecta Aluminum LTD. He has been pleased with their fair pricing, trade in values and service. Most recently he purchased a new galvanized dump trailer to better facilitate scrap materials from siding and trough jobs.

Just picked my fourth trailer from Action trailers, a 3 hour drive but worth the drive every time. Shane runs a very organized and efficient business, Jeff was my salesperson and was on top of every detail, the custom built enclosed car hauler was exactly what I wanted, My 5th trailer a bison equipment hauler is due there any day, and will be back to get it and enjoy the great sales and service

Bought a 21' enclosed trailer from them, a forest river made. Only three years old and it has electrical issues, come to find it has been manufactured with indoor rated electrical junction boxes UNDER THE TRAILER. Cheap quick-connectors, and a lack of bushing in metal cutouts. Completely subpar construction, not to mention it wasnt the trailer we ordered in the first place.

Now we are hundreds of kilometers from home in the snow, without trailer brakes.

As a Licensed Electrician, I find it completely appalling at the disregard for basic "best practice" wiring methods. For $12000, you'd think with that price you'd get electrical that lasts more than a couple years, pitiful.

Seemed to take forever to get the trailer but was werth the wait. Patti, Dan & Jesse were all very nice and very knowledgeable it's a nice little trailer for my needs

I recently just purchased my 3rd trailer from Action trailers, a 12' N&N dump trailer. It is a great well made trailer, I love it. There was a issue with the tarp that came with it but i contacted the dealership and they did everything they could to fix the issue and make me happy. Great service and easy to deal with. Meganne at Action Trailers is an amazing sales rep, she is knowledgeable in the industry, she is kind, and honest. She was able to work with my needs, and played close attention to the detail required. While working with Meganne I felt valued every step of the way through shopping for a trailer it was a pleasure having her guide me through a large purchase - Action Trailers is lucky to have her!

The whole business from website to sales to customer reception to hook up is completely dialed in! Customer service is not dead and if you want a beautiful well built and appointed trailer- Action is THE place!

Interesting to say the least. I found these guys while searching for a new trailer. Took the 1.5hr drive to visit them to see what kind of products they had. Ordering a trailer from the brand of choice would take approximately 14weeks. Not wanting to commit to that, I decided to just keep an eye on things every now and again. Randomly one day, the exact trailer I was planning on ordering actually was in stock at their yard. I contacted Jeff Pym their sales contact who I originally dealt with and told him this was the one and to get it ready for me.

The deposit process was a breeze with a credit card payment over the phone. And I was told my trailer would be ready in a week. Now here’s where things get interesting. During the final once over, the service crew notice that the axles in my trailer were actually incorrect for what the ownership stated. However, the GREAT news is that they caught this before it went too far in the process. From here they had all sorts of staff members on the phone with the manufacturer trying to source a solution. After a few weeks, new correct axles were sent up and installed and my trailer was ready the next day.

To say they took care of the process is an understatement. Warranty registration was dealt with, all my issues resolved and the day I went to pick up my trailer I had to sign a couple documents, hand them my cheque and go wait out in the yard.

The yard guy I dealt with was Jesse. He was great. Moved my trailer off to the side to remove all the fresh snow (first snowfall day of course) for me, then brought it back. Showed me how to properly hook everything up, how to set up the chains and brake connector properly and tested all the lights with me. He then installed the plates for me and sent me on my way.

For all the axle headache that I could have had if they didn’t catch this on their check out, I’m very thankful they did.

Great experience with everyone I dealt with both in person and via phone calls and emails. Definitely would recommend these guys.

Purchased a new enclosed over the phone. Great knowable sales staff. Had a few big glitches with connections for trailer breaks due to having an older truck but Jessy in the pick up specialist department was extremely knowledgeable and experienced fixed the issues and I was on my way.

Just had some warranty work done on my trailer and the whole service department staff was excellent. Everything from setting up the appointment with Jim, to the entire service staff couldn’t have been better. Also the work done appears to be done to a very high standard.

Just bought a camper trailer elsewhere. Service is NULL Sent one e-mail with questions. No teplies given to my questions. Left 3 phone messages over mote than a full week for a salesperson to call back. NO REPLIES. Forget Action Trailers or regret it if you don't go elsewhere.

Picked up a new 6x12 enclosed aluminum trailer mid Jan 2022. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Jesse was super helpful and great at explaining everything I needed to know about my new trailer. He had a high level of knowledge of trailer rules and regs. Trailer seems very well made.

It was recommended that I go to Action Trailers for my new trailer purchase. I am glad I listened, as the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of all my needs and more. Definitely reccomend Action Trailers for all your trailer needs.

Really disappointed with the quality of the trailer, multiple cracks and welds letting go. Dealer corrected the first cracks as result of poor spare tire placement but declined to help with any additional cracks. Both fenders cracking in multiple places. I use this 3 or 4 times a year relatively light use.

I have been to Action Trailers multiple times over the past few years and have always had an incredible experience. The first time was for a wheel bearing that had blown and they solved the issue that day getting me back on the road as soon as possible. The second time was for a hitch install on my vehicle. Their service is exceptional, professional, and timely. I will always recommend Action Trailers to friends and family.

When buying off the lot I would expect the trailer to be ready in a few days not 5 weeks. When picking up the trailer I had to wait over an hour for plating. What is point of setting up a day and time for pickup? And if you replace the tires then you should balance them.

Purchased a trailer earlier in the year liked the sale guy and the trailer good price. Decided we wanted another trailer and the sales guy was on holidays and got another guy was really pushy and seemed to busy but ordered the trailer anyways. Been having some issues with the first trailer around the time the second one showed up and the price went up on the second one without notice to us. So since having issues with the first one and the price going up without notice we decided to walk away from the second trailer.

As to distance to your facility … I recall when I picked up this unit there was a gentleman (from Ottawa area) and his father (from Oakville area) picking up a new dump trailer … so I know that folks travel the distance and purchase I chatted with them as the father had on a Veteran’s Hat … so, I thanked him for his Service … and thus began a chat to trailers … and the distance we both travelled

Great quality, well built trailers at a good price.
The mesh on my tailgate was loose so I called Action Trailers. They hooked me up with Bridgeview Metalworks. I just want to give a shout out to Walter from Bridgeview Metalworks. Not only did he fix the problem, he also added two support beams to the tailgate ramp. Great job and great customer support.

Extremely unethical and unprofessional sales people. Between my son's company and mine we have purchased in excess of 10 trailers. They have a stupid policy that they require a deposit even when dealing with leasing companies that prefer to pay in full. Professional companies usually only require a purchase order to hold the unit. They couldn't wait for payment and even though they had two identical trailers sold the one I already signed the leasing documents and provided insurance for, sold mine to someone else. I will never deal with them again.

Picked up my trailer over the weekend. Very satisfied with the service received. Shout out to Jessy who guided me through my purchase and thanks to Herman who got me all set up to hit the road safely. Thanks Action TRAILERS!

I would like to thank Mark and Chuck of Action Trailers Located in Strathroy (do not confuse them with Action Trailer Sales in Mississauga) for the exceptional service I recieved July 2021. The entire staff is the friendliest group in any service industry - hands down. Everyone acknowledges and welcomes you with a smile. They simply love what they do and they do it very well. They performed an axle flip on my travel trailer and I am ecstatic with the results. There are very few occasions where I pay for a service and leave with a satisfied smile on my face. I had spoken to a few other dealers about this service but none of them took the time or provided little detail of what was required. Mark patiently and kindly explained the whole thing to me and gave me the confidence he could do the job properly and not jeopardize the safety of my family. I also requested that Chuck look over the trailer and to let me know if any additional issues needed to be fixed. I have dealt with other shady dealers in the past who try to sell you unnecessary services - not this crew of honest professionals. In fact, they made some minor corrections without charge. I highly recommend Action Trailers for all of your trailer needs. I drove a total of 5 hours from Toronto to Strathroy and back and will gladly do it again. Thanks Mark and Chuck. paid deposit in Feb 2021 with a march 2021 delivery promised.

Covid Lockdown was a dampener on that commitment but the staff made up for it by following up best they could with supplier.

Pickup April 2021 - worth the wait!

impressive built like mentioned- only thing I can fault is the tardiness with sealing on rooftop but no Leaks over 5000 kms it was driven across Canada May 2021 and it is still looks brand spanking new and held up all good. Blessed!

Picked up my 5x8 utility trailer. The girl at the front desk was very nice and helped me in a timely manner. Herman who got and set up my trailer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained all the features of the trailer including maintenance schedule. Jessy showed me the in and outs of the Trimax lock system and the importance of having a good lock system for the trailer. I am very happy with everything. I highly recommend action trailer

We picked up our trailer but there was a problem with the wiring (done by U-Haul). No problem! Jesse was amazing - he diagnosed the issue in five seconds and fixed us right up! He even went the extra mile to put some loom on the wire ️

Dan was great. He helped me to secure a 16' that just came in. The gentleman that loaded me up with the trailer went through every bit with me to make sure I knew what was what and where it was to. Great patience even while we were sweating out there.
Someone didn't do the licensing so you lost a star and I saved $50 by doing it myself.

We order from them and had to drive up from Sudbury. They had everything ready. The girls at the front were quick and very friendly. The guy that loaded us up was very thorough in explaining the details of the trailer. He was super friendly I wish I would of gotten his name.

Their main office is set up strange, but we were easily re-directed to Sales, after filling in a COVID questionnaire. The Sales guy seemed fairly easy to work with and was able to show us a few RVs in our price range.

When looking at the RVs themselves they were very dirty and did not seem like RVs you want to buy. The floors were dirty and trim ripping off from corners on the inside. All in all I did not feel like this experience would warrant another visit. I would try elsewhere first, unless this was your only choice.

Excellent. Jesse helped us out and gave some great advice, as well as having just what we needed in stock. A potential trailer nightmare became just a bump in the road.

Had some service work done today, I thought it would take a week, it took a day.
