Activa Clinics - Mississauga

Today was my first visit in this clinic and I have to say I am very amazed. I saw a chiropractor, physio and massage therapist. One stop shop. I’m very happy with the Services from the minute I walked in I was greeted very nicely by the front desk Katie, Dr. Roula, Sandeep and I forgot the RMT name. I felt 20 years younger and would definitely recommend anyone who has aches and pain to this clinic.

Activa has an outstanding team! The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning. The staff always greets you with a smile as soon as you enter the clinic and takes the time to learn your name. Dr Rula, Kate, Sandeep, and Sanpreet are such an amazing team.

The receptionist Kate is very cooperative.
Physiotherapist Sandeep and Acupuncturist Dairia, they have command in their skills and treating me with their best.

Great service - the therapists know what they’re doing, especially Physio and acupuncture. Friendly receptionist and they will work with you to fit your busy schedule.

People here are friendly and nice especially my Physiotherapist Sandeep her assistant Krina and the receptionist Kate…they are so accommodating and really caring for the welfare of their patients. I definitely would continue to patronize their services and recommend it to my family and friends.

Love the clinic! The staff are very friendly and energetic! Kate always has a big smile on her face when helping you out. Dr Rula is a great chiropractor and she makes sure you’re properly taken care of. Arsh and Suja are also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend to visit here!

Horrible practice. Sent file to collections agency 9 years later for fees that were already paid through insurance. Seems to be scamming people. Stay away!

I'm visiting the Millcreek location. It is a bit of driving but it worth it. I'm satisfied with the recovery plan that my physiotherapist Sandeep has offered. My friend who visited this location suggested I try physio with Sandeep. In general, their team is quite professional in the way they do their part and communicate the information. I also receive text reminders about my upcoming appointments.
Regarding my physio, I have been to many different physiotherapists, but what I appreciate most about my new physiotherapist Sandeep is that her treatment plan is not a quick fix and DIY at home. Sandeep took her time responsibly to assess, evaluate and discuss with me the recovery plan. You know it right away when your specialist truly cares. Also, Sandeep’s massage techniques are gentle, yet firm. She won't cut back on anything, be that muscle tape or cold gel and responsibly apply everything that is needed for healing. She truly does a good job by making me walk through the recovery towards healing. I would recommend trying this location.

I had a great and awesome experience at Activa Clinic. Dr. Iqbal chiropractor took the time to listen to my problem and guided me through a treatment plan. He is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to ensure his clients receive the right treatment. His assistant and the receptionist are very polite, and cooperative. I have been dealing with a complicated recovery and their team has been very helpful and professional, always looking for new and more ways to help me improve. I've been seeing Dr. Iqbal for chronic pain after an MVA, and words are short to describe how incredible he has been. He is extremely professional and personable and will go above and beyond to ensure his clients receive the right treatment. Dr. Iqbal is extremely knowledgeable in this field of work and provides a thorough examination for each client. He listens to your concerns attentively, so you do not feel rushed. I have consistently recommended him to my family and friends. Highly recommend him, and staff at Activa for their excellent service.

The massage therapist was professional and thorough in his assessment and throughout the session. Since it was my first time getting a massage here, I booked a 30-minute session and focused on my back. The massage was both relaxing and therapeutic.

I find the staff very efficient and helpful. The facilities are great and both the chiro and physio therapists are wonderful at helping my mother in law get relief with her pain.

Dr. Rula is great! She really knows her stuff. She has helped me tremendously with my back pain. She has also shown me exercises to help speed up the recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Rula.

I have been coming to Activa for a while. And the good thing about this company is that they have more than one location. I moved cities and ended up switching clinics for that reason only. The front desk reception are so nice. The girls are so friendly and the physiotherapist Syed helped me get back on track with working out. Dr. Rula gives the best adjustments.

Tried to call in multiple times and couldn't get through. Called again at 12 noon today, and the voice message said that the clinic is closed. I was looking at your website it says you're closed at 2pm today. So upsetting because I'm in a lot of pain and I need somewhere close to my house.

First of all, i had a good experience at activa clinics. I highly reccomend it.

And most importantly, Dr. Rula. I had sciatica pain for so long and i feel so much better now. It took time to heal but everytime i walk out of the office, i feel better. God bless and good job Dr. Rula.

I love coming here. The ladies who work there are so energetic and friendly. They also make my visits fun! Artem the massage therapist is great and Dr. Rula is very nice.
