Dr. Andrews has treated my chronic foot problem thoroughly each time I see him that I always leave pain free and feeling like a million dollars!

I find him to be personable, professional and patient and would give him more than 5 stars if I could!

It is clearly evident that he LOVES his work and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing help with their feet!

Dr. Neil was very kind enough to accommodate and see us in such a short time. Very attentive and knowledgeable during the consult. Very thorough & removed my husband's corn and relieved alot of pain. So gratefull to have come to Active Arches, very kind and accommodating staff. Thank you Dr. Neil!

Couldn’t wait 5 minutes further to my scheduled appointment, running late due to weather and traffic.

Bad experience without even the first visit.

To be specific, it was 6 minutes past my appointment time, I received a call advising I could be there to the most in 5 minutes, and while I was driving my appointment was cancelled.

Relative to previous appointment requests, they were cancelled (not a no show) which also has no relevance to what the most recent appointment booking incident.

Unfortunately, it’s bad business practice to cancel an appointment while someone is driving towards your clinic.

If time is sensitivity which is understandable, you could’ve offered me the services to start the process and I would’ve gladly returned for my next partial visit to atleast start the process i.e. A partial consult.

Unfortunately no options were provided, other than a simple refusal and rejection.

Bad, very bad.

If you experience any foot or lower limb disorders, this is the place to visit. I have been a client/patient for 2 years and have had excellent care for my feet. Dr. Neal Andrews is not only professional, but caring, knowledgeable and evidence-based informed. I have referred a host of people with lower limb, gait or foot disorders who have been completely satisfied. Good job Dr. Andrews!

I was experiencing a bit of discomfort in my big toe, so after googling I came to the conclusion that I would need to see a podiatrist. I got a recommendation from a community group and decided on this clinic. My experience was great. I called Wednesday, went in on Thursday and my issue which turned out being a hang nail was resolved. Dr. Neal Andrews was friendly, professional and informative. The whole appointment took about 15 minutes to resolve and now I am pain free. I also wanted to add the the receptionist was very friendly and professional. If anyone were ever to ask me for a recommendation, hands down, I would recommend this clinic.

Thank your to all staff for taking great care of my chronic and acute foot problems! Everyone at the clinic is so pleasant to deal with; you never feel rushed and all your questions are answered! Excellent medical care with great results!

I can't listen to my messages on the phone, because my voice mail box is not activated, so you're lying that you left a message on my voice mail. Another thing I'd like to make clear here. It's your problem if you haven't booked another client for today. First of all, I didn't confirm any appoitment with you. You guys don't answer calls there. Very easy for you to say that you left a message for a customer. Next time, try to be more polite, and suggest to the client another appointment. Perhaps you need some training in customer service and people skills.

Neal is the best, he has seen myself, my wife and Mother in law through a number of issues with speedy expertise and a gentle touch. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their feet.

Definitely recommend Active Arches Foot Clinic for anyone experiencing foot pain. I suffered for almost a year with plantar fasciitis, and with only 3 sessions the pain has gone. Great team there, very professional and informative.

Best orthotics I have ever had! I have had many pairs of orthotics over the years that were of no help for my foot pain and subsequent knee pain. I have a neuroma and chronic nerve irritation. I found Active arches a couple of years ago and now will go no where else for my Chiropodist needs. I even move to Kitchener-Waterloo and still travel down to the clinic as I I will not go anywhere else. Great service, great products. Highly recommend:)

I have been attending this clinic for 4 years. When I first found Dr. Neal, I was suffering from very painful plantar fasciitis. He expertly assessed, diagnosed, and prescribed treatment that eventually cured the pain. Over the years I have been seeing Dr. Neal for orthotics and some chiropody services. At one point I needed to make an adjustment to the orthotics after my purchase. Dr. Neal welcomed my visit, free of charge. I was just there today for excruciating pain in my toes. He expertly fixed the problem and made custom toe sleeves that have provided the relief I need. I especially like that Dr. Neal and his office manager, Stephanie, are very friendly and compassionate about my various foot needs. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who appreciates a "personal touch" from a podiatrist who is also highly knowledgeable, professional, caring, and kind.

At my age (75) almost any pain can be attributed to arthritis and I've learned to accept it. However, over the past two years the pain behind the toes on my right foot was dampening my enthusiasm for playing two sports that I love, those being Pickleball and Golf. My son recommended that I pay a visit to Neal Andrews, a Chiropodist at Active Arches Foot Clinic. I was so relieved to learn that, with treatment, my condition could be eliminated. Neal quickly diagnosed my problem and has recommended shockwave therapy and some orthotics, especially designed to keep the condition from recurring. I found Neal to be confident, professional and he has given me hope that I can continue to enjoy my retirement to the fullest.

Neal is great the service is very thorough and I never have to go back because of issues. In fact he took care of my corns and they never came back. I can now go dancing with my wife and be pain free. I go to him for all foot care needs

Thanks to Dr. Andrews, I am now 110% pain-free. All my life I have had to deal with ingrown toenail pain, swelling and other complications, but Dr. Andrews is truly the BEST foot doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting. I had my first procedure with him to remove an ingrown about 5 years ago and now again to remove the full toenail. He is professional, thorough, patient and extremely efficient in his work. I appreciate the terrific customer service that both he and his secretary Stephanie have provided. I would recommend this foot clinic to anyone looking for a quick and efficient procedure. I would strongly recommend this clinic D.pod. Neil Andrews. He was extremely professional and educated and took the time to explain all options to me. He did a nail surgery for me and removed my big toe nail due to a previous foot injury with no pain at all. Also, the receptionist at the front desk was very nice to deal with.
