Fantastic. Incredibly kind, organized and efficient service. Cheapest I'd found and well worth it. Getting my tires changed over here every year now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Service is good but nobody is there to acknowledge when you walk in the store. Might have to wait 5-10 minutes untill someone can attend you. They try to scam you sometimes so they can profit from you. Always read the fine print.

Always courteous, always reliable, this is our go to place for tires. They store and change over winter tires to regular ones and vice versa. Reasonably priced and fairly accommodating when it comes to appointments.

Quick friendly service. These guys really go out there way, to make sure you get the proper care your vehicle deserves.

Great place, very honest and knowledgeable people. I have been there for two of my vehicles in last two years.
First had issues with Ford F150, my ride was not smooth. Someone recommended this place and they did everything to find root cause and fixed it.
Now I took my Mitsubishi Outlander for Winter Tires and they did it so well, I can't believe how smooth my vehicle is with these winter tires.

Even though I had booked an appointment for 9 am and I was there on time I had to wait 4 hours to get the mires of my car swapped to winter tires! Very long wait considering I was there on time and it was a scheduled appointment.

These guys can handle anything. They did some mods on my F150 Pickup Truck.installed a Leveling (Lift) kit, front Grill replacement, etc.like a boss. Great workmanship. Clean up afterwards. Hats off to Moe and his team.

They had an unexpected issue with some equipment causing for a longer wait time then expected. The Manager kept me in the loop the entire time and ended up providing the service for free to make up for the delay. I was very impressed how they handled the difficult situation.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Overall good but 2 things that struck a nerve.
Was quoted 45 minutes, it took 90 minutes. I was in a hurry when I left, so I failed to notice they forgot to reinstall the lug nut covers on my VW.
I noticed the next day and had to call them.
They did retorque my wheels when I picked them up.
Also the public washroom is out of service. So I gave them a 3 out of 5. I may give them another chance, will see.

Awesome service, practical repairs, went the extra mile again today. Fixed me up with my skid plate issue no charge. Can’t beat that, highly recommended.

Made an appointment last week for today 9 am appointment. Drop of the car 830.my wife Went to pick up my car around 1145. Car wasn’t ready. The workers treated my wife like their middle eastern women.no respect very rude. And tell her to take the car and get the hell out of the store. Can’t believe a big company workers in Canada doing this to girls. Never coming back.

Asked them to put on 2 tires.they put on the wrong tires and I was the only customer there. Had to wait while they put the two correct tires on.

They DON"T MATCH TIRE GUARANTEE as stated. They want to include the instalation of tires as part of the guarantee when it's the tires they guarantee they say they won't be under sold on "tires". No Call backs either when it came to the guarantee they post. Bogus Guarantee! Also "you" to are do the mail in as part of the guarantee. Definitely poor service, poor callback. And not guaranteed as stated. Not worth the trouble!

I called at noon on Saturday looking to buy two tires for my car because one started to seperate causing it to bubble. This was several hours before they close. They said they would call me back once the get a price for me. They never called. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they were busy and couldn't call. They were closed on Sunday. I waited all day on Mon and still no call. Very disappointed.

Don't walk run from this place, they have no clue how to repair vehicles! And get upset when you question them.

Walked-in to the store with no pre-scheduled appointment for new winter tires - was attended to by courteous staff, tire preference was not available but was duly ordered, delivered and installed in vehicle at just after noon time. Didn't expect to happen right away as I did not have appointment and was only taking chance, but it did happen. Thank you and kudos to staff who attended to me in the morning of Saturday, Nov 20. I am very well impressed and pleased.

I have been a costumer for years now, Mo, Al, their team in general has always been on point. Every time I've had a problem they solve it, even they detect other problems and fix them. They are extremely knowledgeable, taking their job serious and doing an over the top job. My cars have always been safe and running smooth mechanically thanks to them. People coming in know they can trust them.

Had a oil change done at this location. They did not tighten the oil filter. Had oil drops on my driveway for months. Recently, had another oil change at another location. I asked them to check for the oil leak. They inform me of the leak coming from the filter.
No more oil drops on my driveway.
I am 90% sure when they raised my vehicle on the lift, they had the hood open which resulted in the noise of my hood being scratched on the roof of the garage.
Cannot proof it but that is the only explanation I have for the scratch.

Went here to have a screw removed and patched from one of my tires. The good: open on Saturday (not many others are) and service was very good and friendly. The bad: EXPENSIVE and charged for services not done!

When I got home I read the invoice since I thought $52 was a little expensive for this service (I was in a hurry). They charged an extra $5.98 for "environmental and shop charges"! What is that for? They already charge $30 for labour and $10 for the parts/repair kit, this extra $5.98 appears to be a gouge/grab.

Also, in the description of the service it says they install a new valve stem, NOPE! Clearly the old valve stem is still there. Perhaps it was not needed, which is fine but then why charge and claim it is done? !

Look, they fixed the problem that I brought it there for which is fine, but this service is 1) overpriced and 2) if they have no intention of replacing the valve stem, then don't say you do (and charge) for it. That is being dishonest.

Not sure if I'll go back.

Honestly the best place to get your vehicle serviced. Very friendly service, quick oil change and tire rotation will definitely be coming back for more services in the near future!

The guys here are always super friendly and accommodating. Even when they're swamped they will try their best to squeeze you in. Other Actives I've called in the past were rude.but this place has always been great. They also have wifi so I can work on stuff while I wait. Highly recommend!

I love I can call them any time and they can fit me in the same day as opposed to a dealership where you have to wait days or weeks to get serviced. They’re so kind and friendly. They make you feel truly valued as a customer. I’ve gone to this location multiple times and they have a great team of staff who are amazing at taking care of your car serving needs. They don’t pressure you into anything that needs to be done like other companies. They just give you facts of what you should be aware of or be looking to do in the future to your car.

My last visit I had my car serviced, I came to pick up my car and they took it for a car wash! I’d been meaning to do that for a while, and don’t have time to do that normally. One less thing I have to worry about on my list of things to do. It was such a nice treat, I was blown away!

This is my second time at this location, I've only had good experiences. One of the lowest prices for seasonal tire changes off rims, and they have coupons on their site as well. I call first thing in the morning and they got me in at 11: 00am to fix a flat tire. No one else was available and so glad I ended up going.
