I had major issues with my car related to the bearings and drive shaft. I let them know I couldn't go long without my car. They were able to get me in the next business day and stayed pass closing just so I could have my car the same day. They did my oil, changed my filters, replaced three worn out winter tires, too. The gentlemen there are courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this location. The car is driving better than brand new!

Good Service, Good customer service. I had my steering wheel fixed here and also got couple other services done here and never had to go around finding another shop for getting car fixed. GOOD PRICING, CHEAPER THAN OTHERS. Zack and Ahmed have been so helpful at the time where my vehicle had issue and was non drivable. Javed had been helpful for billing and payments. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to get work done on their vehicle if you want best price and service.

Friendly and helpful. Our Impala ABS was Faulted. Rather that replacing sensors they took the time to find a broken wire. Works great now.

Brought my FJ Cruiser in for an alignment and wheel balancing Saturday Feb 25th. The tech took the time to make sure everything was perfect and made my good ‘ol Yota drive like new again. I’d highly recommend this location for their quality work and professionalism

Great experience and top notch customer service! On my way to work I noticed that one of my tires was completely flat. I brought it in and Javid was so helpful the minute I arrived. Although they were very busy Javid made sure that my tire was repaired and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend and return for other services. Thanks again Javid!

Funny that I didn't believe the high rating for this shop. Happy to say that it's legit. Went in because I couldn't get a Costco appointment for tire change. Javed and team were efficient - didn't even have to leave the shop before picking up the car. After, Javed walked me through a surprisingly detailed report of my car's condition and offered fixes at reasonable prices. I got a drop-off and pick-up from and to the shop when my car was ready and it drives so great now! Thank you guys! Super grateful to your team for helping me out!

My mother's car has had sporadic non-starting issues, totally at random. It most often starts but then will suddenly not. Dawood and Zak have been very helpful in trying to diagnose the car problem, which has consistently started with them. They need to have a non-starter before they can properly diagnose the car, and they have gone out of their way to make the difficult situation as smooth as possible for my mother, all of which is much appreciated.

I hadn't been to a Green and Ross in years but they are close to my home and I decided to get an oil change at this location.
Dawood was friendly and they had lots of information from my previous trips to G & R. They did a good job and explained ever detail of what they did and what is need to do and when it should be done. Glad i went there.

Impressed isn’t even the word to describe my experience with Active Green across. I brought my car in couple weeks ago to change a brake light, and I was super impressed with their customer service and efficiency. I had to bring my car today for a separate issue and was so happy with their service that I had to go to them again. I was shocked when they sent me a FULL car report that was also very informative. They called me to explain each thing. I am just so happy with this service and for the first time I’ve actually liked the mechanic. So thank you.

I have been there few times now, since my first visit i always get sincere and honest opinions from them. Their customer service is excellent and they do full care. Now and onwards I only go to rexdale active green Ross for my car repair, Dawood is there mostly when I go there and takes good care and they have a good team working there.

Was in a pinch with a flat tire after picking my car up from the airport and attempting to drive home to the States. They were so friendly and accommodating. I can't thank them enough, especially after a competitor of theirs turned me away with no regard to my 10 year old and I being stranded.

Came in near closing. Was kindly assisted and listened to. Wasn't rushed. Had an issue and concerns regarding the state and health of my tires. The service manager offered professional advice, fair pricing, and expert service. Would recommend.

After finding out I had a flat tire while dropping off a relative at the airport I made my way to Active Green and Ross. I did not have an appointment but they were able to squeeze me in and repair my tire. The staff were kind and courteous and the repair did not take long at all. I highly recommend this location and Dawood Motala and Sarfaraaz and staff, thank you for your excellent service and kindness.

One of the tyre's on the car was low in pressure so I took the car in for them to check the pressure and refill the tyre with appropriate amount of air. I was told i would have to wait for 20min and I was happy with that as I want safety. Exactly 15mins later my car was taken into the garage and the technician started checking on all tyre's and found the front left was in need of attention. The technician did all the diagnostic tests to see if there was a nail, crack or a pin hole and there was nothing obvious. Then I was advised if the pressure goes down again please bring the car back. Also they told me that even though the tyre looks good it may be due to the againg of the tyre that the air is escaping due to expansion.

At the end manager told me that the new stock of tyre's come out in March and they go on special as well. All weather tyre is what he recommended. At no point did they try to sell me a new tyre etc. I have been to their garage before and have been satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them as they give thorough service and the charge for 1 full hour of service was very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer.

Made an appointment for snow tires and then needed the brakes done, urgently before a big road trip - Javid and his team were outstanding! Parts were ordered and the team worked late to get me out the door, same day. The prices were competitive, but the service was exceptional!

All I have to say is wow. I am glad I found this place. The service was amazing and Dawood saved my life. This place is so professional and you can tell they really care about what they do and will take the time to give your car the proper care it needs. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I had neglected my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. This Green and Ross was recommended by a friend. The service was top shelf. They took a full day to completely look over the vehicle. Then called me with the repair suggestions. I expected the list to be long. Actually it was not too bad. The prices were realistic and everything was done perfectly. They even cleaned the car thoroughly inside and out. I was thrilled

I only needed a patch on a punctured tire. I didn't need an appointment, they prioritized my job. It was done quickly, and they treated me as if I were a big customer. And it only cost me $61.

Needed to service my Kia Optima that had issues with brakes and suspension issues. I was given a comprehensive report of the work required complete with images. The shop flagged issues that were not noticed by other shops. The owner made sure I understood the priority of the different repairs. Did not try to up-sell and recommended repairs that were truly necessary and which ones could wait. I was continuously informed of the progress of the status of the vehicle and the repair was completed quickly and with quality parts. It is hard to find a shop where you can trust. This is definitely one! Will definitely be coming back!

My car blew up in the middle of the highway 401 and it took me 1 hour to get to the place. I got late and they were closed but I spoke with one of the guys who was there and he said I couldn’t drive anymore and that i had lo leave my car. I went for my car 2 days after and now it runs perfect! Excellent service and very honest place. I strongly recommend this place for your car.

Definitely recommend, went in for an oil change they checked out my car make sure if anything else needed to be done, they asked before doing the service and explain everything which was great! They also gave me a great discount and fixed my front plate for free!

Dawood and Zac have always provided me with the best service for my Honda Pilot. They have now moved their location to Rexdale, which is much bigger and they can handle more jobs. They are always busy but trust me that they give each person equal attention. I have been a repeat customer and I would never go to another mechanic in my lifetime. I have had battery change, brakes fixed, alignment, belt changed, tires changed, oil change in the past 6 years. Each with the same quality and timeliness.

I was really impressed by the service I received at this location. My car had died on the highway and I had it towed here because it was walking distance from my home. The issue sounded like a transmission problem, but in the end it was a much cheaper alternator issue. The staff provided me with prompt updates including details of next steps and estimates, and was completely honest about the repairs needed.

On top of all this, I received a complete digital report (which I loved), and they even went out of their way to pick me up and bring me to the shop to pick up my car. As someone who works long hours from home due to Covid, supporting multiple time zones, it was a relief to pick my car up in record time. I highly recommend Dawood and the staff for any vehicle repairs.

Any time I've had an issue with my vehicle they are always willing to accommodate a visit ASAP (at your convenience) and have been fair and honest about what they find and make recommendations to get your vehicle in good working order again without any unnecessary upsells. Excellent services, we had a problem with our car when we were returning at Montreal, even if it was repaired by Hyundai-London 2 hours before, and we know no body in Toronto, luckily we found Active Green Ross- 2082 Kipling Ave, they took care of us and repaired our car. I always took my car to the dealership, but decided to give this place a shot and I am happy that I did. I had a quote from the dealership and without providing the information, their price was significantly lower. I was able to quickly book an appointment, and they took my car in as soon as I got there.

The service itself was great. They even took the time to explain what they were doing, and even showed me the dirty filters that were being replaced. They also notice an oil leak, but rather than charge me for it, they were honest and told me that since it's a newer car it would most likely be covered by my warranty. I was so happy with their service, I ended up taking my spouse's car here as well.

I definitely recommend this location for any type of car service you’re looking to get done on your car. Ahmed was super helpful, gone above and beyond to make sure my experience is smooth. He also has done som complimentary services for me and got break-pads changed on a discounted price.

They were able to identify and fix the problem with my car quickly. I have had previous experiences at other automotive centres with mechanics suggesting unnecessary repairs/expenses. I highly recommend this location for automotive repairs/maintenance!

Great service, offered flexibility on tire purchase since my tires run at 359$ each, great warranty and the service personnel were professional and careful, manager provided a small discount on each tire, free future oil change and lifetime repair and rotation free, manager Javid search every where for the tires I desired, during a tire shortage due to COVID he came through. I like him, he will definitely be my tire guy!

Dawood is my point of contact at this location he is extremely professional and courteous. He has an extremely efficient team they do good job and don't exploit. I was here to get my tiers changed to winter tiers in the process they found problem with the connectionin the left front wheel which should have been covered dealer in safety check. They suggested I get it done through them else it would cost me about $300. Kudos to their honesty. I totally trust them and they have my business for a very long time.
