Yup, they can even do Porsches. Good bunch of guys willing to learn and make things happen. They gave me a GT3 alignment on my base 997. Very impressed with the out come. They were careful with my freshly finished wheels. I will be bring my other ride shortly for an alignment.

Worse service ever, over 4 hours to get back and they didn’t have the service ready or call us at all as they were supposed to. Will not recommend to anyone. Waste of time.

Went in thinking the serpentine belt needed replacing and all it needed was an adjustment. Subsequently, starting the car became an issue and it was diagnosed as needing a new battery which they replaced. No problems since.

Tanvir has been a polite and sincere. He has been helpful with good suggestions. Recommend the place to have your peace of mind with your vehicle.

I used their service to change a lower radiator hose in my Chevy Malibu because of a leak on the hose. I agreed with the guy they will make sure not gonna happen again. Next day what happen?
Coolant leaking on the same way. And I spent 800$ on this.
I didn't even mention that I asked them to check the battery and alternator to make sure no issues. Next day I had to tow the car back to their place and they find out that I have to replace the battery. What an amateur crew man. I wasted like 1200 dollars and 3 days.

I have grown to trust and rely on the staff at this location. They treat me well, with respect and don’t push things on me and make me feel like what they are telling me is what they would recommend to their own friends or family. It is not easy to find mechanics you can trust, but thieve guys are great.

Does not reply to email inquiries to get a quote for a particular common tire, I tried two different locations. But hey, they ask you to fill out a customer satisfaction survey in a follow up email.

I had some good experiences on the past getting my tires at AG+R, but won't make the trip there just to get a quote and booked an appointment at a place that gave me a quote.

Vehicle was ready before they said it would be. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. Swapped and stored my tires.

Spent over $100 to mount my winter tires and seal 2 tires that had minor issues around the rim edge and on the 3rd time driving the car they both deflated almost completely while driving.

Pulling over on the shoulder of the DVP in winter was a risk I could've avoided had I gone anywhere else for the service. Lesson learned.

I needed new tires and shopped around. I chose this location because of the good reviews and word of mouth. I wasn't disappointed. The customer service was great, they got me the tires I wanted, and the price was good. As I waited for the service to be completed, I saw and heard how they treated people and how many people were returning customers - always a good sign. I feel comfortable recommending this location.

So I'm new to the city, had gone to 2 dealership's before finding this amazing place, with massive regret, due to the dealerships trying to hussle for thousands of dollars in repairs because my car is 8 years old. 2 years later had no problems and clearly didnt need those repairs. Tanvir and his team are very professional and never hustled for more repairs, first I came here for a wheel rotation then an oil change with a change out on one of my belts due to a rodent eating it. Fast service, realistic expectations, I recommend this location I will be back for more services when they are needed!

This is my second experience here and it's been very positive. The owner is very friendly and helpful and transparent about any work that needs to be done. The last time I was in, this past Saturday, I ran a little late and it was going to be difficult to get the work done for my tires. But he made it happen and Aiden, the mechanic stayed late to get it done. I really appreciated this great service. Thank You!

This facility has a very friendly crew. I booked for my wheel alignment and they got me served prior to my time. They checked my wheel and the mechanic said it was all aligned and fine. I was expecting to pay for the said price but I didn’t. What a nice day. I saved my bucks. Thumbs up for you guys. Keep it up.

Took me in without appt quickly. Repaired my tire instead of trying to sell a new one which we know who else would! For menon the road quickly and with less expense than expected. That's rare for a garage!

Elantra hard to start- got it going and went to gandr at VicPark.and Curlew. Was driven home -thank yoy. Received call about #3 ignition coil- full explanation given. Also, found two light bulbs out -high beam and brake light- did not know they were out. Professional- helpful and knowledgeable. My go to garage for all.thanks- Eric C

This place is ok with good people. I had a small miscommunication with the team, but they quickly acknowledged it and offered a free service to keep me happy which I appreciated a lot. They are professional and are willing to meet you half way which is what I expect beside honesty. I recommend them.

They fixed a flat tire - very quickly and charged a fair price. Will definitely go back next time I'm in need of a repair shop.

As always this location is my place to repair my car but I have to say that I don’t have any questions regarding their work and the mechanics and the management always do their best to keep you informed and yes I don’t even check other shops cause I know they give the best service and price

Was very pleasant the person on the desk is very knowledgable. I had my tpms replaced and this guy help me.i was there a couple of days ago and they help me with a leaking tire valve, dis not charge me a cent even though they replaced the valve itself. I will definitely come to this shop again. This one is on Victoria park and curlew. Keep up the good work.

Went for seasonal off rim tire change. Price wise it was reasonable- $120+tax. Service is also praiseworthy. Got off early compared to their busy schedules. Possibly going to them again for fall.

It was one worse experience I had in this service center. I and my friend had booked the appointment, but when they started our cars, it was after 2 hours, they were not professional, all new bees were there in this place, also the disaster was they have broken my oil seal cap, I had to take to dealer to fix it. The dealer informed that mechanic had used wrong tool to remove the cap, so it’s totally damaged. It costed me extra money for their mistake. Active green smartly informed me that it was dealer who had done it, so I left from there. Now I cannot even blame Active green.

The service was very quick and friendly; I brought my van in with a flat tire on a Sunday morning expecting it might be there for a couple of days. They were able to procure a replacement tire later that day and I had my van back before 5pm, and the cost was very reasonable. Would use them again!

Super impressed by the customer experience provided by the owner. Did my windshield wiper repair, and scheduled for break service and other maintenance. They are very keen to understand your needs, and never pushy to unnecessary work.
Best thing is, they have got a huge TV in the lobby and you can watch any series/movie you want while you wait. How cool is that?

Tanvir and his team changed my engine oil and conducted a regular inspection. He was very thorough about the inspection and suggested required repairs with some estimates. Overall experience was great. I would definitely come back again for more services. Great job team.

I can’t stress enough how amazing this location is. Went in for a yearly general service, and ended up replacing my air filter too.

The customer service was genuine and diligent (thanks Mario!) ; I didn’t feel like I was being upsold or swindled in any way like I have with many other auto shops. Totally professional and honest atmosphere.

Amazing customer service. First I called and asked a few questions. I believe his name was Mario but I might be wrong. Regardless he had other customers in so asked if he could call back. Within 20 min called back and answered all my questions. Didn't try to throw stuff in and gave me honest answers. At the shop same service. So professional and fast. Will go back there.

I'm not one for leaving reviews, but after having my vehicle serviced here I feel compelled to do so. My car began making a strange noise just down the road from this place, so I decided to pull in. Mario quickly got me into the shop, identified the problem and had me going in no time! I'll be coming back for all my vehicle service.

They gave me much better pricing and took care of my car immediately versus waiting for the part orders 5 days. I got an oil change here and they thoroughly checked over my car. They alerted me to the fact that I needed my rear brakes done ASAP. They also fixed a leak in my tires back in August. These guys always do a professional job and I feel taken care of when I go. I'm not a car person at all and so I depend on mechanics to be honest and let me know what's going on with my vehicle and to keep it running safely. I'm very satisfied with the service at this Active Green+Ross. Thank you!

This was the only tire place that got back to me with a quote. Called on a Friday, they got the tires in on Monday at a great price, put them on my new wheels, installed everything. The owner made sure the workers were on top of things and doing their job right.

Trying to get away from my dealership, Mario offered amazing service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend and will be coming back.

The ‘check tire pressure’ light came on in my car last week and I had a trip to cottage country near Ottawa planned for the following Monday, so I needed to get it looked at quickly. I walked in Saturday and they were able to look at it right away. Turns out I had a nail in one of my tires. They fixed it for me and the gentleman reassured me that it was a permanent fix and I had nothing to worry about. They also replaced my windshield wipers for me. They were very friendly and their service was prompt, professional and I felt they didn’t way overcharge me for what they did ($106). I’ve had no issues with the tire since getting it repaired at this shop. I recommend these guys!

I was at the Victoria park location for my Mercedes brake pads&rotors front service.manager Mario was great, helpful and professional.he answered all my questions and helped me a lot. The technician Masood was also great. They fixed my car in less than 3 hours. It was my first time at the Green&Ross North York location. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Got safety test more expency than they claim on Unber members for 85 but they charge 120 same as Canadian tire

Horribly unprofessional. Booked and confirmed an appointment online. The owner was rude and said he had 20 cars to do that day and didn't even bother asking if i wanted to be booked again. Why would I have received an email confirmation from the website if it wasn't confirmed?
