Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

I have been to this 780 Markham Rd location a few times for tire swap and oil change. Recently i was given a quote $474 for a straight forward job of Thermostat replacement. I checked other shops and their quote with Mopar parts was less than half of what i received from this location.

Great customer service. They take the time to check and make sure your car is well maintained and ready for the road.

I have been using Green and Ross at 780 Markham for past 3 years. Shawn store manager provides excellent customer service and his team provide good work. Prices are very competitive and if there is problem they deal with immediately to ensure you’re happy customer. I definitely recommend this location give five stars all the way

Mechanics have better customer service than the front desk. They just checked out a power steering problem and left the line hanging. They tried saying we need to spend $2000 to fix a part that is literally brand new. Mechanic tried to explain things even though it makes no sense as a next shop did what he said my car couldn’t do. I thanked the mechanic for atleast trying and told the front desk he has to learn stop talking over people and let the customer talk as he tried to cut me off multiple times trying to speak to the mechanic. The guy at the front desk “you should learn the same thing” and laughed then proceeded trying to argue with me like a child. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to.
Update: went back and he did exactly what his employees do, try to sell customers on a job they don’t need. Manager did nothing. If you are a woman or don’t know about cars don’t ever go here, your car may be good leaving but they’ll try and make you fix things they break to get some money

I was there first time and I got good experience abouth Them. Fast and perfect work, and not expensive. I would recomending for everbody!

I have been efficiently served by Shawn and his team at the 780 Markham Road Location for almost two years. I used to service my Honda CRV at the dealer from whom I purchased this new vehicle and have a service discount with them. However, when I needed urgent oil change and was shopping nearby, I tried them.
Since then, I have become a regular customer. I would recommend this place for great advise and service based on my previous experiences.

Went fornoil change and tire change. They also checked.the fuse box and fix the blown out fuse as courtesy. Excellent service

I usually deal with Shawn at the Markham Road location. He always explains what needs to be done and they get me in fairly quickly if I ever have an issue. I’ll definitely continue to use them.

The people at this location made you feel very comfortable and like you are the only client. They are very friendly, professional, they try to get you out of the store as soon as possible.

I went there with some problem in my engine, they made wrong diagnosis and change my brake pad and rotor, after a test drive I told them the problem still persist, they said they can not find out the problem and I should go see car dealer service center, however they charged me full money for a brake pad/ rotors replacement which I didn't required!

Amazing service. Chris was awesome fixing my car and did what was best in terms of price. I might go back for a quick check as the engine light is still on but as he promised he will have a look so may not be an issue. Will be coming back (hopefully not lol) but I liked their service.

It's not everyday you walk into a mechanic's garage and feel like your family there. Shawn and his team at this Active Green and Ross location were the nicest mechanics I've seen in a long time. The service which was a 2hr job was done just shy of 2 hrs and they constantly updated me with the progess and time left for the job. A great experience and will definitely be back!
