Paul was fantastic, honest and very personable. He took care of our battery emergency first thing in the morning which saved our work day. My wife has been going there for a long time and I now know why, we would recommend this location to anyone.

I used to love going here but I’m no longer using their services. I asked for an oil change before via email I was told $135, I asked on the phone a few months later $165. Recently, I sent my wife and he had her pay $175 plus tax. The integrity isn’t there and apparently also the customer service, my wife was trying to figure something out and his response was very passive aggressive and impatient “give me the license plate number… it’ll save both of our time”. That’s trash, you work there all day what time are you wasting if a customer need a few extra seconds to gather information you’re requesting. I’ve experienced similar treatment when I visit. But to treat my wife that way was the last thing, On top of the inconsistent prices you seem to be making up; they’re either passive aggressive impatient folks or just racist, I don’t think they serve all people like this or they wouldn’t have a business.

I find them to have great friendly service. They're accommodating and on time and offer solutions to problems.

The Team in Brampton always deliver impeccable service and give great care and advice when taking care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who wants terrific service for their vehicle.

I purchased a set of new rims with installation kit for my car when I bought new winter tires. Active Green and Ross at this location stored my tires. It's now time to do the change over and they are asking for the installation kit. This was not put in my car and they are telling me to go and find it, how can I find something I never had. This manager Paul is very rude. He has very poor customer service. I am sorry I spent my hard earned money here. What am I going to do with that installation kit, I cannot use it for anything else. Now I am out $70.00 + tax and I have to buy another kit. He said they always put it in the car. He acts like his servicemen cannot make a mistake. I wish I could give zero stars, I will never use that shop again.

Most noticeable about the location was how professional they were. It is really rare to hear how well spoken some service people are to potential customers. I was taken care of as it used to be many years ago, with respect and a caring nature. I don’t remember his first name but I addressed him as Mr. A (rnsenault). Many thanks for showing such respect.

Other than GM recalls, this is the only place my 2011 Buick has been serviced as well as the Buick before that and the Buick prior. Service them well, drive them with respect and you can enjoy many years of reliable service from them. I trust this shop with the service part.

I have used AGR22 (Kennedy Rd, Brampton) for years and I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Yesterday I got a lot of work done (the car is 14 years old) and it was completed quickly and efficiently like every other time I've been there. This AG&R service centre consistently provides excellent service to its customers. Jeff, Paul and master mechanic Ravi are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to give customers updates as their vehicle is being repaired. Prices are always fair and you're made to feel comfortable, should you choose to wait on-site while your vehicle is serviced.

Had my tires changed over from winter to summer only to find out at the last moment they had increased their prices by $50. This was unacceptable and unexplained as other places have a much more affordable price. I found the customer service by Paul K lacking and ineffectual. The actual service on my vehicle was satisfactory and experience was good. However, with people serving you like Paul, you have to wonder if a self-service counter would be a vast improvement? Shop around for better prices would be my takeaway, $232 is way too much for a tire change over imo.

I went to change my tires &I was very surprised by the manager who asked for the special fitting for lock washer. I couldn't find it.they changed the tiers last spring and never asked me for special fitting for lock washer. So I took my winter tires and went to a J.sousa automotive shop they took care of my luxes.

I've been bringing our cars to Paul and his team, for all types of service, for…a long time.
They've always delivered quality work, professionally and at a reasonable cost.
Most importantly, I trust them.

Cost more for less quality and also downright bad
- cross-selling unnecessarily as usual
- takes way too long for a simple oil change being one of the first cars to be there
- price has increase for no apparent reason
- Biggest problem - oil and smudge left all over the car interior where the mechanic touched, which is a clear indication of careless and reckless service despite of front desk's verbal apologies

Will not be back, you just lost a customer

I went to AGR #22 for my semi-annual oil change and seasonal tire changeover. As always (a broken record), the service was fast, friendly, efficent and affordable. If you go anywhere else for car service, you're missing out.

Always have a positive experience whenever l get my car serviced. They always explain what needs to be done and show me why part needs to be replaced.for example l had a nest in my air filter area.when l came to pay.they had the dirty air filter with nest remnants there for me to see.

Good service. They often get busy but always keep their commitments. I got a safety certification done and they didn't identify work that wasn't required and gave me a full understanding of the work they were doing. I have certainly gained a lot of faith in them. I'm certain I'll be back

I have been going to Active Green and Ross for many years now and I can honestly say I do not want to go anywhere else. Paul & Jeff along with they mechanics are great. They take the time to explain the issue and provide guidance if repairs are necessary immediately or it can wait.

Did my oil change during the pandemic when many shops (including my dealership) was closed.

The location was clean, staff were courteous and the work carried out was good. My appointment was pushed back by a day, but I was notified in a timely manner and since my car was just sitting then, another day didn't make a difference.

Sadly they won't do all types of jobs, I called about installing a new horn which they don't do. Didn't expect them to but thought I would ask anyway. Can't mark them down for that.

Overall my experience with this location of Active Green & Ross has been positive. When the warranty for my car expires (5 years of included maintenance) this might be my go to location for service.

Jeff and tech were very informative and showed all that was wrong with the vehicle and what needed to be fixed. Their report was very thorough and even had photos. One of the only garages I trust in Brampton, highly recommend!

I got an appointment right away to purchase and install new tires. The value was excellent and everyone was friendly and professional. The wait for the installation was actually even shorter than they originally said, which was great. I will definitely return in the future.

I took two vehicles for a winter tire exchange and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed wit their precautions during Covid to keep both staff and customers safe. Outstanding!

May 5th brought in my car for maintenance, because of the times could n't wait in the shop, but told me when the car went in the bay and worked finished I would get a text. Paul was very accommodating, and the car was done the time he told me. Good job guys!

We drive all the way from Mississauga and it’s well worth it! We have known Paul for about 15 years and we trust him with our vehicles. He always looks after us! If we go there with a car issue that we describe with a word or a sound he figures it out and puts it right!

The guy at reception was very arrogant. Asked about *O2 Sensor Code* on my car and requested price range to fix it. He said first he needs to do inspection which will cost 150$ lol. 150$ for just inspection? Then he can tell how much it will cost to fix.
Then I said when you can run inspection scan? They guy replied "We can't do it now and you need to come back other day. Am not sure when we will be free"
I sensed scam and walked out. Guess what that code disappeared after 1-2 days and never came back.

Had a great experience at this Active Green + Ross location. Jeff was really helpful and the service was prompt. Will be back!

Verse service, Installed wrong size wipers, (I called Hyundai to confirm), would not refund my money, never going back to this store. Also changed parts with out my permission and included in bill, very disappointed!

I talked to numerous Tire Stores with attitudes ranging from totally ignoring me to limited knowledge of my needs. I have had two interactions with G&R Kennedy Rd, staff and they were both courteous, knowledgeable and offered me sound advice.
