Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

Worked with Eugene to have new tires installed on my car. Very responsive, and was able to set me up with tires that met my requirements and budget. Easy, respectful and timely work by the shop.

I had been trying to find a certain type of tire which is relatively new and very hard to find in stock, for a few weeks with absolutely no success. I had spoken to a great many tire shops who promised to call me back. None of them bothered.
Then I visited the Active Green And Ross down the street from me.
I took up a good half hour of the fella's time explaining what I wanted, and he patiently went through his system trying to find something that would satisfy me.
This is a busy place. I'm sure he had many other things to do besides waste a half an hour humoring me.but he found what I was looking for. He was the only fella in all of Toronto who managed to make it happen.
He ordered the tires, and two days later I was out the door with what I needed.
I highly, highly recommend using this Active Green and Ross. Outstanding service! There's no other place to buy tires or get your car serviced as far as I'm concerned.

I had an oil change and check up done on my Doge Charger, everything went smoothly
I received a text when my car was ready as well as a summary of everything that was checked. One problem was found and they fixed it up right away, car was ready the next day.
Eugene was very helpful! Great service and friendly staff.

As usual the service was above and beyond accommodating my busy schedule. It was a simple tire swap, however the service manager and staff were super friendly and efficient. I plan to go back from oil changes etc.

Ugly experience!

Had an appointment today which I had booked two weeks in advance. When I was booking, I asked how long will it take to change my wheels and I was provided with the answer ‘ about an hour’. My appointment time was 10: 00. I arrived in time and asked again the same question and they said an hour or an hour and a half. I was back at 11: 20 and work wasn’t even started. They ruined all my plans and they even haven’t tried to fix the situation. Only said ‘I’m sorry’.
It's not professional. Can't recommend this location.

Eugene was extremely rude. I had an appointment for 3pm and i did my due diligence and gave him 1.5 hours earlier because I knew it’s a busy time for him. He asked me to come back at 5pm. When i went back my car was still not done yet and he told me to wait for another hour. When i asked him what is taking you so long his response was don’t give me hard time you can take your elsewhere if you want (which i did). Keep your attitude to yourself or at your home and be respectful to others and for their time as well who are coming to you as a regular customer!

Friendly and professional communication from Eugene and Christian; very much appreciated the sourcing of quality parts and work completed in expected timeframe. Thank you to Tyler for his work ethic and effort that saved me money on the brake replacement/servicing on my older Q5.

Guy at the front is very rude when I asked them I am not gonna store my tire again he told me come back in 30 minutes by the time I am going out in my car his employee right away brought my tires. Please keep your ego at home when you come to work
