Rob was great to deal with. He found my tire immediately and had me back up and running the next day.

I dropped in early this morning for a winter tire changeover - even without an appointment, Rob was kindly able to accommodate me. Easy and efficient service, will use again.

The service was good, but I don't understand why they had to schedule a seasonal tire rotation appointment for 10 am and then require me to wait for two hours before I could pick up the car. Better scheduling / capacity planning would be great.

They tell me to drop off my car for few hours. Gave me a quote and everything. After I get there with a second car to take me back, they tell me I have to leave it overnight. What a joke of a place.

Matin and I spoke about fixing my car and his customer service was awesome and solved all issues!

I'm just writing for those who is considering to visit this auto service centre. I hope you can make a great decision for your car service.

This centre has fairly good review point and several branch different area.for this reason, I though like they must be fairly good so I have had a few service such as oil change for past 1year.but i was totally wrong and it turned out they're just asking reviews to their customer after service. (i also had given them 5star.)

I had an issue with my car the other day and visited this centre. I let them to figure out with diagnosis fee $ 147.95.they said your car's clutch is gone so it's going to cost $ 2,600 to change it.i was shocked the cost and sooner i figured like it doesn't any make sense and got me thinking something going wrong.so i just paid the diagnosis fee and visited other service centre.
And they said it has nothing to do with clutch, it just need to be a minor adjusting.then my car was working fine, they did not asking any money.i was very angry about it and visited the centre again to get an apology.but they never apologized to me and they just kept making excuses.lastly they said that " you didn't lost any money"
i felt absurd and then just left the centre right away.

If you are considering to visit this auto service centre please keep my case in mind. In my humble opinion, it is better to consider visit other auto service centre around Young & steels.you have many other options.thanks for reading.

My experience was excellent. Everything was done on time and with the utmost professionalism. Hats off to Domenic and his team. I recommend this business.

I have used the services of Active Green and Ross for many years. At this location for about 4 years. I have always given them 5 stars but my last experience was so bad that I would give 0 stars if I could.
I had my 2017 Porsche Macan tire change 2 weeks ago and the sensors were not properly connected or programmed. When I called the manager, he told me I have to drive it for a while so the sensors can measure the pressure. He treated me like I have this car for a week and do not know how these things work. I have done it before and it was okay after a few kilometers. This time it was not working. I was told that my car is too old and the sensors are old. That’s the reason.
When I finally brought my car in again I was treated like nuisance. Ignored and made to wait, because someone on the phone was more important.
Finally a technician looked at it and then they started whispering something to each other. It seemed like something was not done right with the tires and they did not want me to know.
They told me if I want it to be fixed, I have to pay. When I asked why is it that when they obviously made a mistake, I had to pay now extra to fix it, even though I had already paid for the usual tire change.
Then the manager, David, told me if I don’t like it, I can take my car somewhere else. And take my summer tires that I have stored with them and paid for storage already.
They fixed my car (it took no more than 15 minutes) and I had to pay, not much $ 59, but it really made me feel like dirt.
He told me that he has done me a favor in the past by connecting the sensors! What a bunch of lies!
He was rude and condescending! Far cry form a good customer service.
I am a woman in my 60s, and this young man treated me like dirt.
I feel so degraded and cheated by this kind of attitude.

It is the most comprehensive review I have ever written.
I wouldn't say I like to write bad reviews, but I think people need to know before they give their business to someone.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location.
Ps. When I told David I would complain to the owner of the franchise, he said to go ahead and he will deny everything I say.

I had an amazing experience! I called in to see if they could help with a nail in my tire, and they took me in right away as they were concerned for my safety with my son. They were able to patch and fix the leak. I’m impressed with the work and professional experience. Thank you again!

Went to swap winter tires. The guys set me up on a very busy day. Followed up with a call to detail some issues they found with my power windows and regular maintenance for the mileage. I made it clear to say no and simply swap wheels only. They confirmed and later upon pickup they gave me the invoice for the swap only but also showed the optional servicing cost in case I had opted to take the recommended services. I appreciate this little suggestion. Please note to be clear during phone calls to avoid miscommunications and unnecessary services.

I brought the car for oil change. Spoke to Matin and he has identified an issue with my new car and ask me to take my car to the dealership to have it checked. We went above and beyond to check everything is looked after.

First timer at this place. It seems like a busy place but hey, it is busy for a reason! I will definitely come back. Just one advise! Make sure to schedule your day for a drop off your car when buying tires from online retailers.

The team at Green and Ross 19 Crestwood in Thornhill went out of their way to help me find a discontinued part for my old
Dakota truck. I tried the web and there seemed like there was no hope. David and Domonic found an after market part and the mechanics helped me see how to install it. This Green and Ross is top drawer good in my books.

Been coming here for years. I like that they have a separate oil change bay. Friendly service. Matin is the best and will take good care of you.

Disappointed in the lack of communication. I called for an appointment last week. They scheduled me in. Today I came and they told me that they were fully booked. No call to tell me ahead of time. Wasted half an hour of gas to get here and will waste another to get back home.

Terrible service!
Made an online appointment for change tires. Came 30 minutes earlier. Was told that they can't serve me today. Nobody bothered to call me to let me know that they are jammed. My day plans were ruined.

The team at #19 Active Green+Ross are very courteous and professional. They always provide a detailed explanation of the work to be done, and get it done well.

These guys truly provide quality service. I went for a tire change to them recently and while they were changing my tires they identified a number of issues with my car as well. One of them being: worn out break pads. The previous place that i used to go to would never bother to check any of that, as a result I now also have to change rotors as the worn out break pads caused some damage to them. Should it have been checked earlier it would have been just a regular pad change and it would have saved me some money. You can put your confidence in these guys as they will go above and beyond when they provide their services.

Had to leave the car for half a day swap tires from winter to all season. An accurate 1 hour appointment would have been better.

Friendly staff and good service. I’ve been going here for years and they always try to accommodate whatever I need. I wouldn’t believe any negative reviews. Usually negative reviews have something else behind it, like not wanting to pay their bill! Make sure you are clear on the work you require and they will do their part. I would disregard the negative and feel confident with the positive reviews. I almost never write a review but when I saw the previous negative comment I had to balance the scales with my strongly positive review!

I found the folks here extremely professional, friendly, efficient and they explained things very well. My appointment was taken on time and finished before the estimated timeframe. I would definitely use them again.

I had to do a follow up. I checked my tire pressure that they repaired for a puncture and was surprised that it was 44.5psi. That is way too high conpared to the manufacturer's recommended pressure of 35psi and very dangerous. It could have blown off and I might have an accident. Good thing I checked today as I'm planning to drive a bit longer today. Disappointed and not going back to them as it looks like they don't check the pressure of the tires after the service. That is poor quality of work.

First one in and out within an hour. David and his team are always friendly and attentive to the customers needs. It's hard finding a trustworthy mechanic. Great find!

Edit: Feb 2021 - still providing trustworthy and excellent service. It's nice knowing that I can trust this team to fix my car and feel confident that my safety is a concern.

Really great place i had bought a car through a friend who said all that was needed was breaks. When I had brought the car in for an oil change they did the 30 point inspection which found much more issues with the car which i was not aware of Very nice professional employees

I have been coming to this location for very long time and never had any issue with any service.
I highly recommend this location if your looking for great service and great prices.

On December 20th, 2020 I went in to get my winter tires changed, they ended up changing the lower control arm and outer tie rod without any written quotes or permission.

What was expected to be a 100$ visit ended up costing almost 1000$ once they were done. When they told me about what was done I was very upset as I wanted any work done at my own trusted dealership. After hours of complaining and refusing to pay, the owner or manager refused to speak to me and wouldn't admit any wrongdoing. This was on Saturday.

On Monday morning I was there at 8 am to meet with the manager to try to find a resolution. The key holder did not show up until near 8: 30 leaving me and another customer who had an appointment to sit outside. She regaled me with her own story about this location quoting her nearly twice as much for work that needed to be done.

Once the key holder arrived, I was also told that the Manager or Owner was not going to be in for a few hours and still refused to speak to me.

As I needed my car back and needed to get to work, after another few hours they relented and released my car if I would pay for the parts which is what I had offered to do on the Saturday. I have since taken my car to my dealership to verify that everything was alright, but after all of this, they still misaligned my tires.

The owner of this establishment is running a poorly managed operation that is trying to overcharge its customers for regular maintenance.

Needless to say I will not be returning.

$50 to just do a check on the car before giving me a price to repair. I had wire issues with my horn got it fixed for $120 somewhere else with no "inspect fee" search far and wide for a local repair shop this industry is just as bad as used cars.

Great service. The team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. They assisted me in getting a replacement tire quickly and resolved my issue to my immense satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service. I have been a customer at this location for almost 3 years. David was really helpful and is an expert on cars and especially tires. Bought all my tires here and get my regular servicing done here as well. Professional and fast service. Prices are good compared to other places. Definitely recommended.

Highly recommended, David the service advisor was the best you can find. Had to go back a second time as I heard ratting sound, but was not related to the service work prior and only a nominal fee was charged. If this was at the dealer or another shop, it would not be as simple and price.
