Not 5 stars because I did have to go back twice in one day after specifically asking them to inspect the tire and rim area because my tire had a slow leak for months prior. They said everything was fine - turned out it was a valve leak, that they fixed when I came back, stayed open to wait for me to get there to fix it, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. So thank you!

Made an appointment, was greeted on time, offered additional needs to my repairs with recommendation and completed everything ahead of the estimated time. Paid 1/3 of what the dealership charges. I’m a new customer for ever. What a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go bake to get my brakes done.

Great service We were in the falls on March 18 and when we woke up noticed there was a nail or screw in our tire and the tire was getting flat so we went here and we were able to get in right away. The guy that was in had it done within 20 minutes if that. He was friendly and did a great job.

Very good customer service, they offered to keep the shop open an extra half hour to give me time to come after work, very accommodating and they look at for what’s best for the customer!

They are soo rude, I canceled my appointment to get my car fixed, cause I found a cheaper place, then Marvin just hung up on me without saying thank u or anything. Im not Really impressed with his attitude. I WILL NOT be goin there anymore

Was there about a month ago now. Had a tire that exploded. They were able to get me in asap, as i had to leave town the next day. Fantastic service, faster than expected, reasonable cost. Marvin is an awesome guy.

Had me in and out within 1.5 hours for 4 new tires. Great tires at a great price with a 5 year warranty. Very nice staff, too.

I had some front end work done on an older car and was happy to get the work done with quality in a timely fashion, fast forward a couple months there was a fault with one of the items installed and there was no problem or argument for the warranty replacement.thank you Marvin, Trevor and team

Great shop. Employees are very friendly. Dropped off a truck to swap winter tires on, and they did it for very reasonable price and also made up a list of any issues they found while underneath the truck.

I needed snow tires on rims ASAP. I received prompt, courteous, professional service from Ryan and the guys. I usually go to Costco, but they were charging me the same price for winter tires without rims.

Tire on snow thrower went flat. Marvin and team had it repaired and on my way in 5 minutes. Great service that was really appreciated!

Took my car for a big services. Had my ailment down twice. Even though I never needed it. I had my transmission done and went home to wake up next day and it was leaking all over my floor I had been driving with a leak transmission- the company did nothing to help other than fix the leak, my transmission was damage and it caused me more money than I wanted to spend. Be aware of the companies you trust. I reported the matter to head officer to have no one call me back to rectify the issue.

Staff was incredibly friendly and rather than just charging me to swap my tires, they double checked and noticed I had winter tires already on my vehicle.

My morning started off horribly when I found a screw in my tire as I was leaving for a very busy work day (and an hour commute). I called another popular tire shop in Niagara and explained my situation and asked them to help me out (this was just before 8: 00am - so I figured it might be easy to squeeze me in quickly to patch my tire before they got started with their scheduled services). The gentleman on the phone at this other place completely refused to help me out. I was so upset and didn't know where to go. I drove to Active Green + Ross on Lundy's Lane, and took a chance to see if they could help. This was my first time there. The gentleman at the desk (Ryan) was so kind. He calmly offered to squeeze me in after I explained my situation. The service was wonderful and they immediately took my vehicle in to fix the problem. They were so fast and helpful that I still made it to work on time! I will definitely be returning to Active Green+Ross for my services. Thank you SO much for quickly turning my day around!

Had trouble on my way into Niagara on a Friday night with my fiance. Not only were they the only number I called that answered the phone in the morning, they made time to pull me in the shop and make sure I was safe to make it home that Saturday. Thankful for their help and kindness.

Ordered my tires online and scheduled the appointment.it was all very easy and quick. Our service took less than an hour and the service manager was super friendly and professional. Recommended additional required service without being pushy about it. Will definitely be back.

Fixed our flat in 15 minutes and at a very reasonable price about a third of what I was expecting.

Issue: Friction noise in the back when I was turning. Road tests were done and they identified promptly the issue that was the backing plate touching the rear brake rotor. Prompt quality, and courteous service. In and out in 20 min.

Easy on line booking for an oil change and they also fixed my rattling heat shield at no additional cost. Completed the work quickly at a reasonable price.

Went to get oil change, no cars in lot or garage but they couldn't take me without booking a appointment. Drove down the street pulled into another dealer had it done right there.

Been here 4 times happy that I switched guys are professional and give great customer service. They are also knowledgeable and do a great job. Will definitely tell people to go there

Exceptional Service - I just had an unfortunate experience with some low tires that needed air and a possible flat. I can't say enough about the service that I received from Marvin. Given that my technical knowledge of cars is non-existent Marvin walked me through the tire issues I had and patiently explained what he needed to repair the tires on my Audi Q3. I can say his service and the service of the staff was outstanding and definitely not what I expected. I am from Toronto and frankly you wouldn't get this level of service excellence there. I was given confidence that Active Green and Ross would try to fix my problem and I was reassured that they would do whatever they could to rectify my issue. I was greatly relieved I ended up there in an emergency situation and will return again with any future car issues I experience. The staff was professional, approachable, friendly and very patient.
