Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

I had a great experience with Active Green and Ross on Guelph Line. Called looking to have my Brake Pads and Rotors replaced. Spoke with Derek Lee at the service desk. Had the car in the next day at 10am. Service was completed before the agreed upon time and came in a little under the estimated cost. Great service! Highly Recommend!

I have been taking my car to this Centre ever since my warranty expired. As odd as it to say, I wish my warranty expired sooner. These folks are so much better than the dealer mechanics I was using. They explain everything in a non condescending manner, they make recommendations in terms of parts and services that need to be done and what can wait.i trust them with my car, and more importantly my wife's car.

Ordered both new custom rims & a set of 4 Michelin X-ice & snow tires for my SUV. Brought the vehicle in at it's scheduled time for installation & it was ready well under the 1 hour that the service advisor quoted me.
The people at Green & Ross were professional & polite. The rims & tires looked great on the SUV & this was not my first visit to them for tires.

I have been a proud client of the Active Green+Ross Centre on Guelph Line since around mid 2020. While they may not be the most affordable, I 100% trust them to repair my vehicle whenever it needs servicing. They provide photos in their inspection reports so that you can see problem areas, and they complete their repairs in a timely fashion without excuses. I have never felt like I'm being swindled unlike some other places I've brought my car. I will continue to be a happy repeat customer.

As always, easy booking, good attention to detail, covered off all concerns and gave a thorough review after servicing. On time, great communication, reasonable prices, convenient, professional and friendly service. Non contact and following covid procedures and felt very safe attending this service centre. Will be back for regular maintenance, oil changes and tire swaps. Thanks for looking after our 'wheels'. Good to go for another season! Will be back!

April 2021 Change winter tires; forgot to take the hardware, They managed to fit me in the following day! Even although they were very busy.

I have used this business for several years as well as the business that I work for. They are very friendly and welcoming. I will continue to use this business as long as I have a vehicle.

Shady mechanics here twice overcharged me. They just pop the hood and start telling you to replace components of the vehicle that are in good working condition. Do not take your vehicle here.

This is my second time bringing my car to active green and Ross, they have never steered me wrong, and their communication was amazing I dealt with Derrick and he was professional, patient, understanding and over all I won’t be bringing my car else where!

We had our 2014 Jetta TDI in for a Mass Airflow Sensor and filter replacement. Great service, helpful with their explanation of what was wrong and what should be considered in the future to keep this "dream car" on the road for years to come:) Highly recommend!

They were amazing, as a young female presenting person who knows nothing about cars, I was a pretty nervous about being taken advantage of, but they were amazing and honest which is lovely. They didn’t make me nervous and went though everything with me in a way I understood

I have been taking my car to the Green & Ross on Guelph Line Burlington for total overall service for many years. I primarily deal with Kyle. He is friendly and very professional.
I am a woman with limited car knowledge. What I like the most is that Kyle will explain the work being done with great clarity. I have (at different times) called him more than once during (and after) some work is being done, with questions, and he is always friendly and patient and NEVER makes me feel like I'm wasting his time!
You are provided with a list of maintenance that is required on your car - it also stipulates time lines in which the above should be done.
It is difficult to find a service station that you feel you can trust and not be ripped off for unnecessary work.
Also, if the job is going to become costly you receive an email (text) with a picture of the issue and an explanation of what is required to do the repair and you agree to proceed before they start and saddle you with a larger unexpected bill.
And, I've also stopped in unexpectedly (eg: my engine light came on) - Kyle just came out and checked it for me right then and there.
Overall, the service is great and the mechanics do an excellent job.

I brought my car into Kyle as i was unable to get the winter tires changed. The lug nuts were old and rounded, and I could not get them off. He told me he was booked, and to bring the car in on Thursday. I did and he was able to get the tire change done. While on the rack he noted a front end problem that needed to be addressed. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. He was able to source after market parts at a cheaper price, as I am now using this car as a winter beater. He finished on time, at the price he quoted. I would fully recommend Kyle and his team.

Every time I go into the store, Kyle knows me by name.and everyone else that walks in while I was there. I've dealt with him for years (buying rims and snow tires) and he always has been so helpful and knowledgeable and the end result is always a good one.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. They preformed the job on 2 of our vehicles in just shy of an hour. We happy to return each winter for our tire swap.

We've been coming to this Active Green+Ross location for seasonal tires and seasonal tire changes for several years and have always had good experiences. The prices are competitive and they've always been up front about any costs and fees. The staff are friendly and have always been accommodating for appointments. Highly recommended.

As a woman I trust this shop 100%. I always understand what and why things need to be done. I always get my vehicle as promised and the best service around. They honor their warranty without question. Very professional!

Always professional, good value and quality service. The facility is clean with good covid precautions in place and they don't try to sell you things you don't need.

This time it was only an Oil Change, But they do all my repairs for 3 different cars (Family).
