Used the service here for years but the business keep changing owners. The latest one does not care about your needs once you hand over the car key for service. They don't look you in the eyes but keep talking their non-english language to other on the phone or staff. Wanted a simple Oil change advertised for $29.99 but got mine done for $86 although with the upgraded oil - which they automatically assumed you need it. And it took an hour to do.

After the change of ownership sometime last year, the services have been getting much better - friendly staff & efficient service. The most important is the fact that the new owner, Christy, is so nice!

Called for tire repair. They said if I came in at 8: 00 (when they open) that could take me immediately and it would take about 30 minutes. Went at 8: 00 and that's exactly what happened. Always satisfied with Active Green + Ross

Very prompt and did my tire valve replaced in 30 mins. They took my vehicle in even though they were closing soon.

Tire repair was done quick and sent me a link with photos of the nail which was in the tire. Excellent service speed and quality. Highly recommend this location

They told me my rear struts are gonna fall off any time when I went in for an oil change but upon getting it inspected by my regular mechanic and another mechanic just to be sure it wasn't so bad to spend a grand right away. Also the quote they mentioned exclusively for a day was much higher than any quotes I got outside later.

But the oil change was done fast and they even helped me with replacing my headlights too and charged me $25 for that and 70$for synthetic oil change which I think was fair too. But if they gave me the right feedback about the rear struts I would've gotten the job done by them soon after and appreciated not going through the hassle after to verify the right condition.

I had my winter tires put on. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back.

Service is fast and efficient, book a 10 am appointment and before 11 am my change of tire is done.

Sold me a "new" battery that needed to be replaced in less than 2 years. I needed to get my car boosted twice, and they tried to turn me away at first and said it was just to cold weather. The mechanics themselves later told me this is unusual and that the battery quality was poor, but the management didn't offer any customer service or support to retain a 5+ years customer. New management doesn't care about customer retention or providing a quality service. Terrible experience that dragged along for 2 weeks.

New management cuts corners and blames the customers for their faulty work. Not happy with my experience.

They are a very professional team of advisors and technicians. Offered technical advice in a plain terms that I could understand.

I have been waiting for 2.5 hours now for an oil change while they said they will do it right away and I can get back my car within an hour. They are working on 2 cars for tire changes as I write (I witnessed the customers just came with no appointment made, 20 mins ago) but my car is not attended by anyone. This is the first time I chose this shop and is definitely the last.

I am a long time customer and very happy with services that are provided in this location to all my cars. First time I heard of it from my friend who has been their customer over 15 years. I highly recommend. Thank you guys for making our cars safe on the road.

I went there today because of a flat tire unfortunately they didn’t have the specific tire in stock but they called several places to find one for me and tried even other options of other brands and since no luck I was able to find a tire at another store and after spending one hour and half with this location trying to find a tire they didn’t charge me at all for wasting there time, such an honest business and I really wish these kinds of business exists everywhere. I’m looking forward to purchase winter tires from them.

Omg these guys are great! The first place I went said it would cost about $540 for tune up! AG+R told it wasn’t necessary to do a full tune up at this point! Charged $40! At last a service station I can trust! Gary was amazing

Excellent service, professional and polite. I needed 2 tires. The gentleman came out checked the tires on the car checked what was available and I had the new tires on the rims I provided and balance and ready to go really quickly. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend.

Got all my wheels balanced here. Was able to drop my car off without an appointment, and work was completed within two hours. The vibration in my steering wheel has completely gone away! Excellent work and competitive pricing. Recommend getting your wheels rebalanced each time they are rotated especially if you notice a vibration in your steering wheel afterwards.

Went in for a tire patch / repair for one wheel (~$45), the guys did a great job fixing the nail puncture and my wheels came unscathed (no damages)! Job was quick as well, highly recommend.

I went to them for the oil change and after 2 weeks, I noticed oil leakage from the bottom so when I went to my car dealer Service center to fix the leaking issue, they informed me about not oil change done properly wherever you did last time and they might not propley place the Drain plug so it has damaged oil filter as well as engine. I contacted this location and describe the scenario and Boss/Manager didn't bother about it and not ready to listen. He asked me to send an email with pictures and service dealer notes. I shared all the details and couldn't heard back from them yet. They are not serious to hear customer issue and not willing to help.
Never going to any location of Active Green + Ross and not gonna recommend to anyone.

I had a winter tire swap and oil change, and was immensely satisfied with how professional and systematic the services were.

Very fast service, went for an oil change and was in and out in about 15mins, the front desk and mechanic were nice too. Times will vary because I was the only one there when my service was done. Overall a fast and good experience at an affordable price

Called them same day and got an appointment immediately. Very professional service. The oil change took a bit longer than discussed as they had to get a product from another supplier which took about 15 mins to arrive. Other than the minor delay, all went well. Just make sure you let them know the make and model of your car so any ordering can be done ahead of time. Overall, very satisfied.

Normally a competent, mindful business. However this time, they advised that a part had to be ordered. Hours later, we called on the status. We were told that the part had not arrived, and it was 20 minutes to closing. We were told the car would be ready the next day. At 3 pm, we called AGAIN. The man on the phone was stuttering and kept whispering to another. Told me that the part was delayed due to Covid, but that l could pick up the car and return it the next day to complete repairs. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Why, the part we are talking about is the fuse to enable steering. Clearly they forgot. Two hours later, we get a call to pick up the car. It appears they had a new guy manning things. Not happy!

Got our winter tires on our first car. Great price on tires and excellent and fast service! They walked us through as well on the different price points and options (and didn't feel pressured one way or another). They also helped us with the regular maintenance. Will definitely be back here, and will recommend them.

Recently had some work done on the steering components of my 2009 Honda Accord. Work was done satisfactorily, but a few days later I noticed some fluid leaking from the car, which I thought was power steering fluid. Brought the car back, turned out the fluid was oil spilled during a recent oil change (not done at Green and Ross). The guys cleaned it up and sent me away with no charge. Highly recommended.

Service was actually very fast! Car got taken care of just as soon as we got in there. Customer service was solid as well.

Very friendly and efficient service. The most important aspect is the vehicle check report link sent to customers via text message. Instant solution when there is any issues after repairs. Both Ramesh and Anthony have good customer relation skills.

If you want to have your car repaired by an honest repair shop, who will only charge you the fairest price for whatever services rendered. Great customer service

I bought tires from this place 2 years ago. Michelin tires developed hairline fracture on the inner side walls. I asked them to process a Michelin warranty claim.

They will not process Michelin warranty claims without an inspection fee. Thus making the warranty useless. Michelin won't honor its warranty unless an authorized garage sends them an inspection report.

Run.don't buy tires from this place. You are better of researching other alternatives from Canadian Tire, Costco, and etc.

These people basically ruined my car. Please stay away from such novices. They charged me upwards of 1000 dollars for a set of repairs including coolant flush. After this, coolant started flooding inside the car. They did not agree to repair it and all employees kept asking me to talk to the owner, who was never available.

Very good service. I went in for an oil change, and they have done a 30 points inspection and advised me of the essential things needs to be done in the car. I really like how they throughly printed a full report of the inspection. Highly reccomend the place.

They’re pretty informative, knowledgeable, and helped me figure out what’s up with my car, however I was thrown off guard when they charged me for something that lots of other mechanics wouldn’t charge for. Basically get ready to pay for everything they touch on your car.

I had my struts replaced here. Total Ripoff place. They overcharged me $606 for the same part number of Monroe struts i found elsewhere. Went back and there to talk to manager Syed. He was talking nonsense to me and made excuses but would not returm my money. I would never recommend them.

Little more expensive than your ma&pa shoppe. Although you can bet it’s done right, by a good mechanic. Uber recommends this franchise to all its drivers.
Average price to fix my tire was 30$, they charged 40$ and guaranteed it for life.
Quoted for two front stabilizer bars; average price was 170$, they charge 230$.

Great place to buy tires and service your car. I needed to get some brakes and front end work done. They gave me a really good deal and the work was done at the promised time. I highly would recommend this place for all your car service needs. The staff where really great and knowledgeable

Based on my experience today for a tire change, no complains. They took me in right away and gave me a fair quote but after hoisting the car, they’ve increased the price a little bit because the quote that was given is for a regular tire but mine was a run-flat. Not a big issue but still better to check everything before giving the quotes to customers! Will definitely return to this shop.

This has to be the worst place to take to take your car. I walk in tell Ramesh the service advisor I would like a conventional oil change and goes and process a work order with what includes an oil change and an inspection of brakes and tires. Its 29.99 plus environmental fee plus taxes. While I'm waiting her they have a small glass room where they have a movie or whatever playing and some beverages. The place smells and wreeks weed/ marijuana, it got to a point where it made me feel nausea so I had to leave and come back for fresh air.

I notice my cars on the hoist and some kid without a uniform like the other workers works on my car. They have a glass window so I'm observing whats going on and this guy drains my oil and puts a filter on and does not check the tire pressure or brakes mentioned on the invoice. I was disappointed and at that point I just wanted to pay and leave. I leave the facility and 5 min later I notice a small burning smell I pull over to the gas station on morninside and sheppard and popped my hood. Noticed oil spilled all over the valve cover, oil split on my serpentine belt, my passenger headlight and the alternator. Checked the dipstick and it was way below the full point on the dipstick and it definitely did not have the 3.7L stated on the invoice as well. Was the tech blind or do they need glasses.ramesh what your tech up too? Not enough health benefits? I'd rather trust a 5 year old to do a better job than ramesh and his clown techs.

The experience was awful and trash, your better off taking it to canadian tire or pay the extra bucks and take it to a dealer.

Needed my tire fixed, so I called them, no wait, fixed my issue quickly and for about half of the price that Canadian Tire quoted me for. While waiting, I could over hear staff patiently advising people inquiring for tires. Never once chose to upsell, just gave honest advice in the way a person would if advising a friend or family member. A refreshing change from the typical industry staff
