Great quick service. I needed a tire sealed that was punctured by a nail and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. Excellent customer service with agents that are well-knowledgeable and informative.

The unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the owner/manager will ruined your day. It is with great disappointment that I share my experience, hoping to shed light on the need for better customer service standards.the owner/manager lacked the professionalism one would expect in a customer-centric environment. His demeanor was consistently disrespectful, leaving a lasting negative impact on what should have been a routine service visit.

I like the way Mathew was truthful about issues with our car. He showed us the most important things we need to do to get our car running smoothly. We got it fixed and now we don’t need to worry about our car running into any problem anytime soon!

Since Nov 2021, I had been visiting this unit of Active Green+Ross for every issues that I had with my Subaru Forrester. They not only kept my loved vehicle in good shape but exceeded my expectations with their services. 5 Star for their knowledge, expertise and pleasant personalities particularly for their Manager Mr. Vic who is a wonderful person and have solution for every troubleshooting. I can never think of going elsewhere.

I have been with w Green + Ross for many years. Vic as the manger is simply AWESOME! As a matter of fact, my parents are also customers. We love and appreciate Vic. He's professional, welcoming, warm, sociable, honest and transparent. He's not in the business solely for money, but to maintain "relationship" with his customers, which he does very well. Vic takes the time to address all my concerns and I'm appreciative of the many times I drop in for him to check my oil and if I possibly can drive some more KM's before changing it. He recently did that for me, and "added" some oil (free of cost) until I brought the car in the next couple of days. Vic goes beyond what most mangers would do or is prepared to do. I had Fluid and Filter services ONLY

This place charges clients labour by their “estimated” time cost and not the actual labour that is used. When I asked if there will be an adjustment of my bill because I have been charged for 3 hours of labour when only 2 hours were used. I was told that was not how it works, they charge by a book price and would I like to be charged for 5 hours instead? I am doing fluid changes not a intensive complicated service that should take 5 hours. I responded by saying I would like to be charged fairly for the labour that was used on my car. I also asked if they cared about having returning customers, their was no response. So I don’t think my business is valued here. I was not ever showed my old filter or the old “dirty” fluid or the new filter or clean fluid to verify the work I was charged for, was done. I do not know if they topped up my fluids like other reputable places. My air conditioner needed some gas and I can verify that was done because I can feel the difference now. Additionally, this places charged more than the dealer for their services, I try to support business in my community but I will not be returning or recommending this establishment.

I reached out to Vic for some repairs required on my 2014 Dodge Dart, he was extremely transparent and well presented. His estimates for my repairs were accurate and provided good value for the money. The timeliness of repairs was well communicated and on point. He promised to continue to serve any additional issues that may have come up following the repairs. Overall, satisfied with the service.

I came In today and I felt so at ease, Vic made sure that the price was right on my service. When I was told about my brakes from luka he explained and showed me exactly why. 10/10 service will be back here for service from now.

I was actually at the store when it changed hands- literally that day! And since appears to have changed hands yet again. I have a new car now-a year or so after and was REALLY disappointed-changed the oil for an OUTRAGEOUS FEE $130+- and didn’t even bother to top off any of fluids-had to do that myself. Not impressed AT all.

What a terrible business! I took my car here for a seasonal tire change. They destroyed one of my tires, and just threw it in the plastic bag for me to only discover when it was time to change the tire back!
