I was just about to go for a 2 hour car ride on a rainy day and I discovered that one of my windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I called Chris up and asked him if he was able to fix my wiper right away as it was an emergency. He said come right in and I was able to start my trip in ten minutes. Thanks again Chris, Steve and Green and Ross for looking after me.

Very impressed with the service at this location of Active, Green and Ross. My car fob wasn't working - I suspected I had damaged it. My dealership was closed for the weekend, and other garages wouldn't assist. Active, Green, and Ross was able to diagnose the problem and help. I walked out shortly after with a working fob. Great amazing quick service. Their reports with photos sent to you by email and recommendations for future services. The staff I've met are super friendly and very welcoming. So glad I tried active green and Ross. I won't be going anywhere else for my vehicle services.

History: Had a tire losing a few psi every week and they identified issue and repaired it quickly.

They were also very helpful and honest to other customers that arrived and called in while I waited. Again, could come here again for tire service.

Popped in to do a quick safety certification on my vehicle.
Right from the get go - got a very specific time slot to show up for and was told it would take less than an hour. They were ready at my time slot with the car going in within 5 mins of me arriving and done in about 45 mins. This alone would've gotten 5 stars from me.

But wait - there's more.
* coffee / tea selection was awesome - always a +1 when you're waiting at a mechanic
* I actually saw almost the entire front desk team cleaning the office and they were thorough - again, amazing
* even though the car's almost new and passed safety with flying colours, I got called in by a mechanic (Daniel) who pointed out one issue that I'm not getting addressed under warranty, and one _future_ item to look out for - we spent solid 10 mins chatting about both items with me taking photos, etc.

This was my first time here and I was super impressed - will definitely be back and might make this my default shop from now on. Way to go guys!
