My wife and I each bought winter rims and tires. We asked for alternating appointments on the same day and stated we needed both vehicles back by 4. My wife was the first car there and we still had to call several times until finally around 1, they said it was ready. Clearly we were bumped by people who stayed there with their cars. My wife dropped me off at 4: 40 and my truck was still up on the hoist. With her having to drop me off at that time, we had to arrange drives for our kids to sports. I got my truck after 5. Then when I got home, I was disappointed to see that my summer tires were in the back of the truck without bags on them. The installer also didn't label my tires. Lf etc. When I called to inform them about the service, the guy on the phone said we've been out of bags for 2 weeks and usually we label the tires. Do not go to this company.

These guys are great. Had an issue, gave them a call and they were able to fit me in and solve it same day. Much appreciated when things are so painless

What an amazing experience going here!
Took my sportie in for a service and this incessant squeak that was annoying me. Took us a few times to get it figured out. Not once did I get any grief at all for showing up on their door step about it. They indeed got it fixed, and now my car is quiet again.
They did a 30 point check as well, and pointed out a few things that should be changed. No pressure on their part to get them fixed, being somewhat mechanically inclined I had them fix the major things that could potentially be a safety issue.
If you want a great overall experience, with zero pressure, no upselling of anything you don’t need. Then I highly recommend coming here, Alex and John are both great guys, and between them and the mechanics, they know their stuff.
This was my first visit here, and moving forward they’ll ALWAYS be my go to for my repairs.

I have two cars and took both in for winter tires, one new purchase and the other replacing summer tires. The staff dealt with both cars professionally and efficiently, noting on one that there was a brake issue, called me with an estimate and completed the whole process quickly and correctly. The whole staff is friendly and extremely professional.

A year ago, I bought my first car, and I took it to Active Green for my first oil change and tire swap (summers to winters) about 6 months after purchasing.

After dropping off my car I got a phone call from the Garage where someone on the staff listed of a littany of repairs that my car would require (changing rear shocks, break pad cleanings, spark plug replacement etc) totalling at around $1,500.00

Being a University student at the time, I adviced them not to continue only with the oil change and tire swap as I would want a second opinion before having the work done (due to the large cost).

Safe to say that the staff memeber was not thrilled with my choice. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, I faced high-pressure sales into doing the repairs to protect my "safety. " When I reitterated, I wanted a second opinion. I was met with an eye roll, and then I was told my brand new winter tires weren't quality and wouldn't last me past the season (for the record they're still working and I've never had any issues)

I left got the second opinion and a third. I have been getting regular oil changes and inspections on my car for the last 1.5 years and never had those repairs done (and was told I didn't need them).

I see a lot of good reviews for this place, so I chalk it up to someone having a bad day. But I would suggest to others to be very cautious here especially if you are a first-time car owner.

We have used Luc and his team through 3 vehicles now and they have kept our cars running beautifully. Combine that with the friendliness and patience of the staff and they have earned our 5 star rating.

The service was the best I have experienced since owning my 2015 Honda. I had previously been going to dealer but have used Active Green & Ross previously then this past Spring and on again on Friday to have snow tires and other recommended services.
The communication and report were very clear, concise and very friendly and competent representative and technician very knowledgeable and even took the vehicle out for a test drive after servicing.
They are very busy which is an indication that they give good service but appoint was on time.
They were first recommended to me by my son who had his car serviced there.
Back again this Fall and super happy and Alec & Luc are both friendly and go to the endth degree to help and look after me but as I noted while waiting they are the same with all their clients.
