I came today to book an appointment for a tire change but the staff on duty was too rude to me. It's around 13: 00hr today 18th of May, and I don't know for some reason is wrong why he's acting so arrogant coz I'm only asking him to repeat the price if I will avail 2 tires coz he responded this way. Do you understand Math? I told that the price is this.bla bla bla.with a sarcastic facial expression and ofcourse I was very shocked of his attitude so I asked him why he is so rude to me? Im just asking coz how the hell I know the price of tire coz I don't work there so how I know?
All I can say is please be polite sir. Whoever you are, pls be kind!
You don't even desserve atleast 1 star for God sake.
If I can give zero star, I will do.

Don't go to this shop. I highly don't recommend this shop, they charged you amount that you don't know what it is for. The tricks on auto shop. The tire change on rims (with balance?) it's not the wheel alignment charged me $50 more on a regular tire charge that cost $49.99 for the 3rd time. The owner/manager said 98% of all their customers they charged this, Wow! That a lot of your hard earn money they get!

We have brought numerous vehicles to Brandon at the Active Green and Ross location at Jane and Wilson during the past few years. He is attentive, cost conscious and always delivers on time. I highly recommend this location.

I stopped into this Centre around 5pm on a weekday after I'd blown a tire on the highway and desperately needed a replacement tire to continue my journey home. These folks were ultra-polite, funny, pleasant and fast. They were genuinely nice to me and my kids. They installed a new tire immediately and had us back on the road within about 35 minutes. I couldn't ask for more and I'm grateful they helped me after a really scary and stressful situation. Thank you!

Worst service I've ever received at a mechanic shop. They truly know how to take advantage of people, that don't understand much about vehicles. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My 2007 lincoln broke down when I took my friend for knee surgery at Humber hospital, the owner Brandon shows me what’s wrong and the cost to repair my vehicle, and mentions other items needs to attention to. He also took me back to the hospital to get my credit card. Outstanding service station, Great service advisor and friendly technician. Strongly recommended

Horrible owner. My wife, 6 month old son and her pregnant friend had their steering wheel locked. They were beside the shop and asked the owner for help and he just refused. Such horrible customer service. Take your cars elsewhere!

I’ve been here two times and they give me the best of the service. I swear next time I have a problem with my car I won’t go any where else.

I went for general Spring preparations, including change from winter tires and purchase of two new ones. Informative, thorough, efficient, friendly, knowlegeable, reasonably priced.

I would never go there again! Very disrespectful, misogynistic, rip off of an establishment. I wouldn't suggest ANYONE to go there l, especially women by themselves. The one "man" named Brandon needs a reality check in Customer Service and how to speak to people.

Worst customer service. Only good for tire change and small stuff. Staff lacks skill and customer service is just a cover up.

I never give 5-star reviews but I'd like to give one to Active Green & Ross at Jane and Wilson. Took my car in for some work to be done recently and they took such good care of my vehicle and really felt like they were looking out for me. Good value for the amount of work put in - happy with my last visit.

I took my car in to get my a tire patched up but I had a feeling that it wasn't possible after doing some research since the side of the tire was punctured. Brandon at the front did a good job of explaining to me about tire patching and providing some recommendations. Good service overall. As with anything, do your own research on pricing before going in.

BEWARE OF SCAMS. Be very careful with this place as they will push services on you that you do not need whenever they think they can get away with it. This is not a trustworthy place. The average review score used to be around 2 but the owners made a conscious effort to induce people to give good reviews. Now you see many generic five star reviews and a bunch of one star reviews with little in between. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

I feel that I was overcharged for the services, I brought my car for some repairs and I end up with a hefty bill. I don't think I will ever bring my car to this location, nor I will recommend any friend or family to go there.
