Once again, I had an issue with a noise in the vehicle as well as a tire that was deflating often. Made the appointment and about 2 hours after I dropped the vehicle I got a email with detailed photos of the issues found regarding my complaint. I was just about the end reading the report when I got a phone call and they explained in detail what are the steps to fix the issues with the vehicle. Very professional and quick to diagnose the problem. But not only that, I got another call that same day and they told me vehicle was ready for pickup. I can’t thank them enough for being so honest, helpful and reliable when I need help with my car the most. I always recommend this shop!

I just recently had my 2016 Chevy Silverado in for some routine work. I just want to say that your attention to detail and transparency is amazing! From the digital photos, right down to the black wheel weights so they are not noticeable. Fantastic job! Just recently went to get tires for my truck. With the current rebate that Michelin was offering, Joe had suggested using that money towards purchasing the tire protection plan. Good thing that I did because a week later I got a screw in the sidewall of one of the tires. Got a new tire for free! Once again, thank you Joe!
