Song and his team helped me repair a punctured tire and they installed it back on the car, while putting the spare tire and all accessories where they belonged under the trunk. All of this was done on a Saturday morning in under an hour. Excellent experience and service.

The car safety inspection was prompt, comprehensive, and delivered with professionalism, leaving me confident in my vehicle's safety.

Went to the location at ellesmere and kennedy rd (South East corner).

First I called and explained I needed a safety done asap and the gentlemen replied they are extremely busy. I said ok np.he said hold on came back on the phone and said he will make space to fit me in.he made me an apt same day for 3pm.got there he said it would take an hr bcuz they were busy. I said np but called me back in 30 mins telling me it was done

Not sure if it was the manager I spoke with (asain gentlemen) or the owner but he was extremely polite and welcoming. On the phone I never even told them my car make or model but when I got there about 15 min early he alrdy knew it was me.

I have to say that even though I was only there for a small job I felt that I was in good hands, treated as a respected customer and my business was appreciated. One of the best experiences I've had dealing with a repair shop in a long time.

Great service! I tried to install snow tire from another Active Green Ross from a few days ago. They couldn't do it and asked me go to other auto shop. Finally found this shop and Song arranged tire replacement very quickly. He asked me come any time same day but I Was busy so booked it for today 8am and just spent 45min. To replace 4tires. It was great experience with Song. Thank you so much.

Song is the best. Came in and in no time they figure out the problem. They solve it on the same day. Highly recommend them. Honest people, honest work.

Had a problem with a part of the suspension on passengers' front side, they quickly identified it, even showed me what was wrong instead of trying to sell me a whole new suspension system which would have cost a huge amount of money. Found Song to be very ethical and a genuine honest business person. Will definitely go back.

I would like to give the store and service 5 stars review as the confusion has been resolved and corrected.got The synthetic oil change cost about $97 with some cents. Same day service they squeeze me in which is so appreciated. They were fast and reliable. I don't see why I wouldn't come back and recommend for friends and family

Song did my suspensions within a day and checked my car for any faults. Prices was reasonable compared to any others. Reliable service and they even fixed my lights for free.

The general manager Song Xiaobo is very professional, and cares about making good repairs.

Everything just works - I was able to book a reservation online for oil change and it only took half an hour for the entire process. Price is also reasonable and they added promotion without me asking/ noticing.
Also one other plus for me is the electronic version of invoice. Overall really appreciate the service and will definitely come back
