Very helpful person on the reception desk and knowledgeable. Helped me on the phone and in store as well. Gave the right advice on suggestion on fixing my flat tire even I didn’t use there service.

Great job. Booked online for next day oil change appointment. Was called within the hour to confirm. They took my car in right on time. I was advised about future work my car may need but I wasn’t pressured to move ahead with it right away. A detailed report and receipt were texted right to my phone. Super efficient. Definitely recommend.

Brought in my cars for maintenance and change over winter and summer tires every every year. I haven't any bad experience and the work has been outstanding.

Outstandingly quick service. I had a flat winter tire, they were able to fit me in during the busy winter swap season. Had me all fixed up with the Green and Ross tire warranty, got me a replacement winter tire installed in no time.

Purchased new set of snowtires.
The old ones were removed from my rims and the new set were mounted and installed on the car. The summer rims
and tires were neatly bagged and placed in my car for me to take away to
my garage for the winter. Everything

Winter tune up
I have been taking my car to Green+Ross at Gerard and Jarvis for many years. I trust them to do what is right for me and my aging Miata. They are friendly and competent. I highly recommend them.

Paul was polite and helpful with information. Service was quick and they were ready for my appointment. Very pleased and will use Green+Ross again.

Doug and his team were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. They fixed my car same day and were transparent about what the costs were and why. Would trust my car with them again in a heartbeat.

Good customer service, clear communication, friendly and very competent, fast turn over and full service capability downtown. Doug on front desk is great. Would definitely recommend. Shop labor charges are on the higher end (c$177/hr) and parts cost more than online which is the only reason for less than 5 stars. Still beats going to the dealership by miles.

Got a flat tire, they were very informative and really efficient. Even allowed to me to stay an extra hr and re inflate my tires when it was time to leave. Great place, really good guys. Would recommend them all day everyday.

All the staff I spoke with were incredibly nice, personable, helpful and never talked down to me or my wife (unlike my personal experience with Mr Lube locations in Toronto).

They listened to what I described was wrong, diagnosed the problem and initially fixed it same day. When the part seemed not to fit, they kept the car overnight, ordered a part and had it fixed first thing the next day.

I didn't feel pressured to pay for any unnecessary work, and they went above and beyond by giving me a list of repairs & maintenance I should consider (due to my car being older) in order of importance and even added price of labour and parts so I would be able to budget and plan accordingly.

Friendly and professional repair shop! I needed a tire patched and they found the leak and fixed it in under an hour for a reasonable price.

I took my car to Active Green & Ross yesterday afternoon to book an appointment to get a small repair that involved welding. Doug McArthur told me what the repair would cost up front and said that if I could leave the car, the repair could be done that afternoon. When I parked the car, I notice a lot of play in the emergency brake but didn't mention it. In roughly an hour, I got a call to say the repair was done and Doug noted that there was a problem with the emergency brake and asked if I wanted it fixed - and told me what it would coast. By the end of the afternoon, the car was reparied and back on the road. I got excellent service and have nothing but praise for Active Green + Ross at 110 Gerrard St, Toronto and its excellent staff.

Needed 4 tires for a Mercedes SUV. Met John C.at Green/Ross based on reviews of this location and was very well looked after. Didn't have my first choice of tires (big back order), recommended Yokohamas at a lower price, had them installed the next day quickly and drove off into the sun a happy customer. PS Ordered a wheel alignment ($190) - told I didn't need one. I appreciated that as well. Gave me an umbrella on my way out. Easy, peazy-Thanks very much. An update. Must have hit a big bump because I had a leaky tire (Sept 1,2023) Called this dealer who assessed the damage, fixed it, billed me at a reasonable price and answered all my questions. A great store that can be trusted to look after their customers.

The best and reliable maintenance on downtown they tell you the truth whatever the problem in your car, love this place
