From mechanic to mechanic I have to say hands down Lindsey and her service is beyond phenomenal. She keeps it real, doesn’t sugar coat anything and gets the job done. I have been cycling through a couple mechanics since the summer and I am thankful I stumbled across this location. Customer service is what drives a business and over here they do it so effortlessly.

Been coming here since I moved to the direct area a few years ago. I recently moved away to Long Branch, but despite the longer distance for me, I refuse to change shops because of how great they are and continue to get my car serviced here.

This week I had an urgent need to switch to my winter tires. The best I could do at the dealership and the local mechanic I usually use was one week away. Active Green+Ross was able to squeeze me in the next day. Much appreciated, service was great, price was fair. Thanks Active Green+Ross and LeAnn, I'll be back!

Very friendly and informative customer service representatives, good prices for oil changes, photos of all repairs and suggestions on what should be addressed urgently and in the future, again with pictures! They email all the pictures to you in a report so it's like getting a little report card on your car's health no matter what you're sending it in for (in my case routine oil change, but they noted 3 other things that are getting close to needing repairs/replacement like the air filter etc) will definitely be a regular customer here!

Lyndsay is amazing! My husband and I had such a great experience coming in to get an emergency nail out of our tire. She was so helpful and sweet. Took the time to get to know us which never happens at the Kia dealership we go to regularly. She has gained two new regular customers! Highly recommend this location!:)

I don’t even know where to start! They are the best! I have always feared automotive garages. Not the case at this location, I have been going here for over 7 years to get my tires switched over for free. It was a promo when I purchased winter tires. Recently my car battery died and I stopped in to see if they could fix it right away. With no appointment they fixed my car before they closed. They have never been anything but friendly and honest with me, but they have consistently always gone that extra mile. Thank you again!

Fixed a puncture on the car and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Got me in for an appointment within a day. Good rates and they provided a nice report on what they did.

I have been taking my car to this Green and Ross location for many years. I am very pleased with the service I get from Lyndsay, and her team. Always professional and kind. Brian the air conditioning expert is a genius! I feel safe driving my car after having them check my car each season. I have complete trust in them! I am more than 100% satisfied with their service.

Very satisfied with the brake job on my 2018 Ford Edge. Courteous, on time, about the market price for the job (ouch), and the location is convenient for me. I will be back.
