Awesome service! Never had an issue, super quick service by the techs, and everyone there is easy going and kind.

Visited this location on June 12 for a scheduled appointment for my air conditioning that was not working for the last two summers. The customer service and technical skills, exceeded my expectation they repaired my air conditioning in most cost effective. I strongly recommend them for all cars repair or maintenance.
Rob was very professional and great customer service and provided me with more than enough details to make my decisions in professional way.
I’m really glad to see a good repair shop with honest and professional technical skills in the neighbourhood.

Had our van in for brake service and we are very happy with the level of service we received. Rob was great with us, explaining every aspect of what was needed and done for the van, and what could wait. Absolutely no pressure and always pleasant both on the phone and in person. We are definitely returning here for future service on our van. The best customer service we have seen from a repair vacility in a long time. This is how you keep customers!

Rob was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me understand what was going on as he took a look at my axel seal as well. He showed me pictures of some things that would need to be done soon and reassured me on everything. So easy to get along with. He also gave me great quotes on winter tires and rims as well as the offer financing for the work through 3rd party. All in all, was a great experience and I will be going there from now on for all my vehicle needs! Thank you!
Edit: February 2023, I just got my car back from active green and Ross today. This is the second time I've had them service my vehicle. Once again, I am blown away by their service! Not only did they reassure me that they could stay within my budget, but they made sure to be honest and kind. To me that means more than anything as I have kids and a lot of other expenses, rob made sure my emergency fix was not only fixed, but made sure I wouldn't have to much financial stress right away. The company they work with for service financing is also very easy to work with as well. The safety concerns of the vehicle came first! They didn't over charge me, and didn't add unnecessary services that could wait for later onto the list of things that had to be done (unlike some places/dealers).
The quality of the work is amazing! I had to get struts replaced, wheel bearing kit, auto window fix and filters done. I hit a snowbank the other Night, and the next day hit a nasty pothole that did the front end in.
Even though I called Ron and I was a little upset, he was very reassuring and got us in.
This place is amazing! They know what great customer service is! And the passion of their careers show in the amazing quality of work!

Thoroughly impressed with Rob and the team at Active Green+Ross. Upfront, honest, affordable, and the communication was great. Having recently moved to the area I think I've definitely found my go to for my car maintenance and issues.

No complaints. I know nothing about cars and everyone was very patient in explaining things to me and did not make me feel stupid. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
I really like the fact that they send an email with pictures explaining the problems so I don’t have to worry about forgetting what they send the minute I leave the shop.
They provide shuttle service.

I had a noise in my front brakes so I went to Green & Ross and Rob took immediate care of me. They put the car up on their hoist and showed me the problem. As you can see in the photo I had considerable rust on my front rotors. This reduced my braking ability and created noise. For a very reasonable cost Rob had my front pads and rotors changed using ceramic pads and premium rotors. I believe the rotors are zinc coated by their appearance. For a small additional fee my rear brakes were serviced also. As I sat and waited I paid attention to the way other customers were treated. Each customer was treated with respect and never talked down to. Rob even let a customer use a company car to get home and retrieve a second vehicle.
My in and out time was under 2 hours.
Yes, I will return and I highly recommend them for your car repairs and service. Thank you Rob!

Rob chaeged me for a check that i did not ask him to do. Dont you love going to the car shop and paying for something that you did not ask for? Rob just lost a customer.

First time here to get my 2014 Nissan Rogue serviced. Very happy with the service! I had gone to two other shops to deal with a stubborn check engine light. Both times the shop would turn off the light and tell me to buy a new gas cap, that the Evap leak was coming from the gas cap. Both times the light would end up just coming back on. I brought it here to deal with that, as well as a seasonal tire changeover. They actually did the work to smoke it and find where the leak was coming from. They replaced what needed to be replaced, and so far, no returning check engine light! I'm confident that it's actually fixed now, which I'm very happy to see. With an 8 year old vehicle, I just want to keep my car on the road for as many more years as possible, and I'm happy to have finally found a shop that I'm confident can do that!

Went in for oil change and new aftermarket exhaust. Spencer and Ron are at the front counter and so inviting and professional you feel like a best friend. They mechanics that are working on the vehicles are some of the best. They even drove me home and picked me up after the car was done. What a great atmosphere. I will be coming back and recommend this shop to everyone. Cheers
