28th Nov. 2023 - My BMW X3 is 2010 Model. I went into Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre on Evans Avenue to by 4 Michelin all weather radial tires about 6 months back. Pricing on the tires were slightly better than Costco. The work was done within a few hours they are friendly & courteous. I have been taking my car in for regular maintenance at their shop. I also took the car in to repair the air conditioning system.
Just few days back I had problems with my battery and it seemed that the alternator was not charging the battery. Raj the maintenance Coordinator on the counter was extremely helpful and he checked out the car. Called me back and told me after they had checked out the alternator and the battery. That they did not feel there was an alternator problem they said the new battery which was required would solve the problem. He said they would perform some tests overnight. I told him I needed the car the next day. First thing in the morning I got my call that everything was working fine and I can pick up the car. Without me requesting they had checked out the car air-conditioning system that they had worked on 2 months back. They confirmed that there were no leaks on the system. (there were no additional charges on my bill. They also were kind enough to give me the windshield water fluid no charge. Great courteous service, and delivers as promised on time. I would recommend you try them out. Good honest auto repair shops are hard to find.

I went here for an oil change with my dad. The staff were so nice and friendly and excellent customer service. Shout out to Tony for the amazing customer service and giving us idead when to buy and use a new rim in seasons. They save us from getting in an accident by letting us know that there were major problems with the car. A loose rod and cracked belt. Left brake lights not working and alignment problems. I did my alignment to the Canadian Tire but it was not aligned properly, they said. I would never ever trust Canadian Tire again for servicing my car, period. Totally disappointed. It's still under the 90 days warranty but when we went it there to make a claim. They said, that we won't be able to make a claim and do an alignment again for free of charge. I would recommend Active Green + Ross when ur doing an service/maintenance to your car. I would come again for the next oil change and etc.

They were amazing. I was driving up to the cottage and saw a tire pressure warning. I pulled in to Active Green and Ross around 1: 30pm in Friday afternoon and they had me back on the road by 2: 10pm, tire plugged. The service manager was extremely helpful.

I had rented a trailer, but when it was attached to my vehicle, the electrical connection was broken preventing the signal lights on the trailer from working. The renter determined that the issue was with my vehicle, and wouldn't let me leave with the trailer until I had it repaired. I was very anxious to have the trailer that day, since a whole bunch of other activities and commitments depended on it, so we left, drove around and happened to spot this Active Green+Ross on Evans Ave. I wasn't hopeful about a quick repair, but we went in and I explained the situation to Tiziano. He examined the setup, found the replacement part, had it delivered, and got the repair done within three hours, allowing me to go back to the U-Haul place and get the trailer. It was some of the best service I'd ever had. Thank you very much, Tiziano.

Charged $116 for 30mins of labour for a total of $149 for a season tire changeover. I’lol never go here again.

I got my winter tires taken off this past spring at this location. The actual work was fine, but they charged me for a bunch of extra things, which I was recently told (by a different Active Green and Ross) should not have been extra (including 4 tire bags at $1.25 each - did not need new ones). Anyway, I would recommend getting full information up front about any extras they intend on charging.

Serviced my X3 at Active Green and Ross Evans avenue recently. Raj and Titziano are exceptional, the mechanics and service personnel are super friendly. I would recommend Active Green and Ross for tires and all types of repairs to everybody wanting repairs done right the “first time”.

Great service as always. They dont try to upsell services and give you a copy of the services they did and recommend you get the other services done on a future appointment.

Raj and his team did an excellent job. No questions asked even though my TPP and tires were from a different AGR where I used to live. I needed the tire issue done today and Raj said no problem. Their large inventory meant they had my tire in stock and I got very good price reduction based on the Tire Protection Plan. Problem resolved in a day!

I visited this facility 2 weeks ago, just before the long weekend. I notice I had a flat tire and I attempted to get it fixed at Canadian Tire, but there was no way they were squeezing me in since it was nearly closing time. The Canadian Tire rep.recommended I try the Active Green + Ross that was close by. I called them up, expecting to be turned away since it was about 15 minutes to closing time, but the nice man on the phone said they would squeeze me in since it was just before the long weekend. I drove right over and in 15 minutes they patched up my tire and I was good to go! Thank you Active Green + Ross for the exemplary service and helping me in my time of need.

I had my summer tires put on. I always go to Active Green and Ross, I’m very pleased with service and price is reasonable. Staff is the best everyone polite and helpful. I’m very pleased. When installing my snow tires they inspected each wheel and found I needed new brakes
So fortunate they brought to my attention.

I obtained a price quote and sought two other quotes. Their price quote was the fairest and best. So I am having them do my brakes which I have the faith that the job will be done correctly. It’s nice to have that trust factor when they do repairs on my vehicle

Great service I used to go to a different location that was much smaller and closer to home, but went to this location one day since I needed to get my car serviced at a location that was closer to work. The experience was very different and enjoyable that I now travel to this location to get the services for my car done here. Very friendly and trust worthy staff. They also bring to my attention anything my car may need fixing on. Would highly recommend!

Been going here for the past five years for my oil changes on my leased cars because of the proximity and also great service and professionalism. They do what is needed, give you the option if there maybe some extra work that wait until later. Will keep coming back.

I had 2 family vehicles that both developed tire leaks in the same month.
My visit to this location was very rewarding. Service advisor Paul Favaro solved both issues on time with a very welcoming style. Small repairs, but an indication to me that this location strives to make any customer interaction a satisfying experience.

Paul was able to book an appointment and fix my car same day. Makes you feel very appreciated as a customer. Follows COVID protocol to the letter Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Never going back to this place! Put up with the obnoxious high prices because of the convenience of it being next door to my job, but never EVER again! Not only are they a total rip off ($160 to check the engine light), but they cant follow through with their appointments and are rude on top of everything else! This is after 2 years of coming here! Would not recommend this place to my worst enemies! Will drive to Timbuktu to fix my car before I come back to this place! Avoid the headache and waste of time! ZERO STARS!

I would hope the mechanics would notice a check engine light on. Since I also asked about looking into it. Yet nothing was done not even a mention in the work order.

After having bad experiences with Canadian Tire on the Queensway (they damaged my hood during an oil change), I was looking for somewhere that could repair a winter tire that had a staple stuck in it. Active Green and Ross has a great online booking service, and the people at their front desk are very accommodating. They alerted me to some safety concerns my car had that I didn't even know about, and quoted me very fair prices for repair. All in all, a good experience and I will probably be going here more.

Awesome place to go for amazing staff who are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also get the best prices from these guys hands down. I've bought New Rims and Tires, Winter Tires and will be getting my brakes done this week coming. I've saved a ton a money through these guys.

The worst experience ever. Made an appointment to install winter tires. Came there, and these guys pretended that they did not have it in their system. Made another, came there. Left the car. Came back right before they closed. The car was where I left it. Nothing had been done. The guys told me they were busy. Even though this location is just 2 min drive from my house, I will look for another place to change the tires
