A very humble staff, one of the best mechanics in the shop, solved the issue very quick and were good

Gave me a terrible report about my tires, no details or recommendations. Quoted me high, left my tires 10psi below the required. A few days later my tire blew on the road. I emailed them and they gave no response. They will leave your car in dangerous condition and overcharge you. Do not go here.

Went in for oil change and the mechanic damaged my Oil Pan due to over tightening of drain plug. Was told that I would have to replace the oil pan and will cost me around $500+. Booked an appointment to have the damage checked at this shop and the manager who told me he is gonna be there was not there and said I would have to come back at later time. Went back after a week and same thing, does not want to take responsibility for the damage caused by their mechanic. Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible people, never going back here again and would advise other people to avoid this place. $60 oil change turned into a $500 bill ridiculous.

Went in for a tire valve repair. First guy quoted $60. But he said I'll be right back. Out comes another guy with coverallson. Examines the tire and starts giving exuses why he don't want to repair it. It's nine yrs.old he says. Yes but they're Michelins, the best I say. But he says there is wear on the walls. No there's not I say. He says he may have to replace the tire sensor and that would be more. No sensor I say. He just didn't want to do it. So left. Went to my dealer.got wonderful service and a free car wash to boot. AND they tell me I have lots of life left in my Muchelins! Don't call me Active Green. I won't be back.

I went to this location today to drop off a pair of used car tires. They were one of the companies listed by the Resource Productivity & Recovery Authority as a place to drop off tires. The clerk told me that I would have to pay to drop them off because he has to pay for the green bin and the bin was full. I told him it was my understanding that there was no cost to drop them off. When I challenged him on the cost he told be not to worry and to bring the tires around the side of the garage. I drove around the side of the garage and he came out to meet me. There were stacks of tires, with plenty of room for additional tires, and he then told me again that he couldn't take the tires? What was he expecting? I got in my car and left, with my tires. Shady.

Use to love going to this location. Last owners where great, helpful and honest. But not sure what happened to them but this place has really gone down hill.
Took my brand new suv (1 month old) for a simple winter tire swap. After a few mins, the mechanic came in and gave me a list of items that needed repairs. Half of them had to be done urgently for safety reasons.
After confronting him and telling him there is less than 100kms on the suv he changed his story and said it good to do them and no longer a safety concern.
After sitting there a few more mins he came back in and told the other customers the same story.
A few mins after that another customer got the same lie.

SCAM. Please stay away. Mechanic need to be trustworthy, as your life is in their hands.

Horrible customer service. Almost like I was bothering them with the cars issues. "Yeah yeah yeah" was the typical reply. Does not listen at all to the issues.

As usual AJ and his team were prompt, and quick to get my vehicle in for a tire repair. Everyone was polite and the repair was performed quickly and properly!

Stay away from this place. Does stuff that’s not required on your car and charge you a handful for it. From a $750 I went somewhere else and charger me $210

Not very good. They told me I needed shocks they were supposed to show me a picture of the leak they did not do that they were supposed to show me the old parts they did not do that. They were supposed to send me a copy of the alignment report they did not do that. I will give them a 4 out of, 10 where 10 is the best score.

Mr Ali is truly a honest and gentle man advised for a right product, the tyres I wanted were not there in stock but he managed to get it before committed time & in terms of customer service this guy is best. This place is now become my all time favourite place for all work

Worst customer service.wen i called in for winter tyre change they said 25 dollars per wheel off rims. When i went there they asked me to pay 29 dollars more to lift the car and add bearing etc whic i havnt heard from any other service centers. I got my tyre change in another active green store just nearby with 99 plus tax. According to me i didnt find this place welcoming for new customers like me

Worst place ever made me wait for 1 hr for changing my tyre I had already booked an appointment and the owner was very rude too.

I have been going to this location for a while and it seems to change management a lot. My most recent visit was great, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very honest. The mechanic who worked on my car was quick, efficient and friendly as well.

Fully professional and helpful staff. I get summer tire and wheel alignments. I get the best price in gta. Now I m regular customer.

This is the worst place I have been in my entire life. Absolute liars. I have used them twice. Second time I was the only car inside it took them 2.5 -3 hours to change my tires and oil. They broke 2 sensors in tires. Then I changed oil but they didn’t know how to set the service light off in Honda Odyssey. Pure garbage service and place. I will be also submitting report to government about their business practices and they will be reliable for harassing people with disabilities.

Was looking for a specific tire and they got it for me, the receptionist attended to all my needs, would recommend them to anyone.

A work colleague recommended I have my Range Rover repaired at Green and Ross. Shishir the owner/operator is a really great guy. He was very welcoming and facilitated my car repair without an appointment. I had a problem with some vibration of the wheels at certain speeds. Shishir diagnosed the problem rapidly and within one hour the four tires were removed re balanced and put back on and the car was perfect. I could not more highly recommend him and his lovely staff

Friendly, informative and did a great job as usual. I hIghly recommend them for tires and mechanical services.

My brakes were totally shot with a seized caliper and the team was upfront and told me what I could expect and a good rough idea of when the work would be completed by. I found the staff to be extremely professional and I will be returning for my regular service maintenance and any other issuesthatmay arise. I'm so glad I found them and they are so convenient for me!

SJ took good care of us when I can in to buy tires last June (2019). He was competitive in price and the service was excellent. I'm back for a tire rotation as was promised with the initial tire purchase. Thanks SJ!

Recently I had purchased new summer performance tires for my 2009 Acura, and I was very pleased with the service by the team at this Active Green + Ross location. They were very honest, and thorough. I had purchased winter tires at this location over 15 years ago, and it was refreshing to receive the same friendly, professional quality service all of these years later. I went for the first time to this place to get new tires for my car and was really impressed by their performance and professionalism.

They offer excellent repair work at good pricing. My 2015 Audi A4 was facing fluid leak issues, and this automotive repair centre did a great job. The staff head and others are very co-operative and they are all ears when attending to your vehicle.

My car had a brake failure and I needed to take it to a good repair shop. I came across this reputed store and decided to get in touch with the mechanics out here. I am glad the vehicle runs like any new car now. This is definitely a great shop, with knowledgeable and friendly mechanics.

These gentlemen were very kind, helpful and upfront. S. J.was true to his word (and price) despite the work taking longer than expected, and Dayan (the mechanic) kept me informed and showed me the work throughout the process. I actually tried to give a tip (it being Christmas and I felt it was justified as they quoted me cheaper than anywhere else and did a fair amount of work) but both S. J.and then Dayan refused. I was very happy when I left and would definitely recommend them!

Staffs have a customer-friendly behavior. Car maintenance and repair services such as wheel alignment, tire balancing, suspension and front end repairs are of very high quality.

Walked in 2 people at the counter dealing with one guy, after the first one finish his part he asked the co-worker to finalize the transaction, he does not even acknowledge my presence, after a few minutes, someone else walks in and immediately is greeted, I guess I became invisible. Drove from there to Kal tires, the difference in treatment: night and day. Needless to say they got my business and recommendations.

Premium quality tires available at reasonable prices at Active Green Ross. I have bought brakes repairing and lube change services and found them to be really good and long lasting solutions.

Never Go to This Location. Worse service ever. I Just went to switch my winter tires, Then they tell me that my Summer tires are not good u can't use it.so i asked for the Quote for new tires.so i told them i dont want to put now i will confirm with others then get back to you if cheap. So i said give me the key so they tell we are putting your summer tire and balancing without my permission. Before they said its not good at all to put on that Summer tires now and then they wana Robb me so they change it.

My Question is If the Tires were not good at all then why they put on?

So my advice never ever go to this Location.

This place is a scam they claimed to of done brakes for my friend in August 2017 and I checked it out and theirs no way in hell they did it because the car needs brakes right now and theirs no way in hell they used OEM Honda brake pads when they changed them.

Monty Jain and the Team at # 149 your unprofessional business ethics and rudeness is the reason I will never go back to active green+ ross. You set a very bad example to the whole franchise, not to mention your dishonored promises and lies. In these days with all the social media and on-line exposure you should not think your customers are stupid. Remember I can always go somewhere else you just lost a customer.

I went for an oil change yesterday and the employee seemed to think it was Christmas for their store, I only wanted an oil change and he was forcibly upselling cabin filters, tires, all four even though I only need one. He was pressure selling even when I said I would check around and come back. This was such a turn off it's as if they think women are stupid and don't know anything. I hate that you cannot trust people in the automotive world. Where can we find honest service so we can keep going back? We chose this Green and Ross as it has good reviews however these employees don't seem to do justice at least not yesterday. God knows if I even received new oil. I did give in and opt for the synthetic oil which he said would last 10,000 kms yet my oil change sticker says 5,000 on a 2 year vehicle. Guess I am gullible after all.

I went there 30 minutes before their closing time on a Saturday with no appointment, hoping to get an oil change. Even though they were so busy, the people at the counter were super friendly and accommodating. They even stayed back an extra 15 minutes to make sure my car was completed. Amazing service! We will definitely come back to this location.
