Active Green+Ross Tire & Automotive Centre

We moved to Orillia area and we had a long standing 10+ year relationship with Active Green & Ross in Cambridge hence our trepidation in moving to a new car service provider. We wanted to stay with the brand but also understand each location may be different. However we realized many aspects do stay the same AND this location went above and beyond. Carrie/Allison and Stephen.amazing job on my truck and I have great heat again! Moreso, in the end when an unexpected problem came up, you didn't give up, as I needed my car, and you came up with a great interim solution, that is working well and open to scheduling for replacing it with a new part. This location has become my “go to”place for help with my car, especially tires. The way I’m treated, the speed and helpfulness of the service, the value I get, all contribute to the feeling that I’m appreciated. The parts I can get almost anywhere but it’s the people that always have me coming back.

Once again it was Green and Ross on Anne Street to the rescue. I had a leak in one tire and called. They took the car in the same afternoon and checked it out. The tire had to be replaced and they were able to have a new tire delivered the following day and installed it that afternoon. The staff are wonderfully helpful and courteous, the work done professionally and the price always reasonable. Each time I have used Green and Ross on Anne Street I have been pleased with their responsiveness, the quality of the work and the friendliness of staff. Thank you.

This morning was probably one of the scariest & worst days of my life.

Driving home to Niagara from Barrie, very early this morning, my front passenger tire blew out on highway 400.

CAA towed my vehicle and the only place I wanted it taken to was Active Green+Ross.

A new tire was to be delivered the next day, but miraculously you came through and were able to get the tire this afternoon and on the rim before closing time.

You took one of the worst experiences of my life and made it seem "not so bad". You reminded me that I was not hurt and the vehicle was not damaged. Thank you for doing that. And thank you for understanding how important it was for me to get back to Niagara for work.

I hit a huge pot hole and bent my rim. I was stranded. Active was so easy to deal with and they took me in right away to get it sorted out for me. Absolutely painless transaction

Ordered a set of four tires and scheduled wheel alignment with them online. Received multiple confirmation emails of my purchase and scheduled service time. When I showed up for the appointment I was told that there was no record of my order, even after showing a copy of my receipt and was told there was nothing more they could do for me. After about 40 minutes of phone calls and waiting around I was told that my tires were in fact at the store but someone had neglected to actually receive them into their system so they were hiding in the back. So far the actual service work seems to have been done well and is holding up but after dealing with such a headache from the front desk I definitely wouldn't recommend this location!

Excellent, fast and friendly service. Repaired my tire in under 30 minutes even with no appointment booked. Would recommend!

I had to get my "new to you" car safetied, and the Service manager, and the techs were very friendly and open. I was treated very honestly, and only what was needed was advised. Although not my first experience with AG&R, they can count on my continued patronage, the experience was quite rewarding!

Great service! I had an appointment for a brake inspection at 2pm on a Saturday, Dave contacted me in the morning to get some details to make sure they would have the parts they would likely need in stock. They were able to replace front and rear pads and rotors and I was able to pick up the car in under 2 hours at a fair price.

Honestly best service to date! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had my SUV in and out with in an hour, know problems.

Do not go here, I had to work so my wife went, the stories about taking advantage of women is true, put winter tires on a 200 dollars bill later because they also charged for a inspection she didn't ask for, they made her wait 2 hours one for the tires then another hour while they wrote up a estimate for 1674.12 for work they wanted to do from a inspection that I DIDN'T ASK FOR.repeat do not go here, also part of that bill was 337.50$ to remove nuts and bolts from work that was already covered, total rip off. RESPONSE TO YOUR POST. I just got back from my mechanic that I trust and his inspection was a lot different than yours not to mention a lot a different in price, it clear to me that your store TRIED to upsale my wife, a LESSON FOR EVERYONE STICK TO THOSE YOU TRUST and your not one on my list.

Had an 1 p.m. Appointment to change my tires. My Rav4 was done in 49 minutes. Excellent. Thank you.

I called about a flat tire and had the pleasure of speaking with Carrie over the phone. The replacement for my tire had been discontinued and the team found a substitute that met my needs within a day of dropping the car off. Stopped by for an estimate. They were very helpful and explained the differences between "All-Season and All-Weather. We didn't end up getting our tires there but the service was great

We have been dealing with Active Green & Ross for several years now. We bought our tires from them the last two times. The tires are top quality and they provide a free service of changing winter to summer tires and visa versa the entire time you own those tires. They torque them after you have driven the required kms. The service is top notch, always with politeness and efficiency.

I called to get a quote on Michelin snow tires. Alison was quick to send the quote by email, which was very competitive with other quotes I received. When I called to book the appointment, they were very accommodating with a time to install. Once at the location, they were friendly and efficient. My tires were installed and my car ready as promised. Excellent customer service!

Great job dealing with Carrie. She was efficient and answered all my questions promptly and in detail. Then when I booked the tire swop it was a smooth in and out! Always great working with the Active Green and Ross Team!
