Fixed my broken coolant filler neck after Mr. Lube damaged it. Took my car a second time free of charge to reconfirm my coolant temperature was within the limits. This shop is very professional and when they asked me for a review I promised this was coming. I will certainly book more appointments with Art and his team of mechanics now that my car is reaching 60 K Kilometers and more maintenance is needed. Awesome job! Thank you Art!

My car had a flat tire today, and I searched the internet to find the nearest tire shop (Active Green + Ross #2115)
It was my first time there, and Art and Aiden were very friendly.
They provided a professional service, identified the problem quickly and solved it for me at a reasonable price.
They also provided a detailed report afterwards.

My car needed to have a big repair job done. I felt AGR Sheppard was very upfront and honest about the repairs needed. I never felt pressured by them to complete the repairs. They just gave me their honest opinion. Their price was also lower than my dealership which helps! Thanks Art & Aiden for fixing my car.

This is our go to location for car maintenance and repairs. We have an older vehicle and Aiden and the whole team always provide us with detailed assessments of what is needed. Honest and work is always done by end of day

My daughter was stranded away from home with a car whose brakes failed. Despite me being 250kms away we managed to identify issues, get video and picture evidence of the issues and get her on her way within a few days. The car is an older model and it was very difficult to get parts for it. Ardavan and his crew managed to pull this together in a timely manner. He was always friendly when I called, and payment was a breeze, even though I couldn’t be there in person. When she’s back at school in Toronto I will certainly send her to them again with any future issues.

I recently got my front tires replaced, the front brake pads and rotors replaced, the back breaks serviced, my break lines flushed, my coolant flushed and replaced, spark plugs replaced, and an alignment. The work was done well and the prices were fair. I keep coming back because of the level of service I receive and the manner in which they conduct their business

Very rude receptionist, booked my car for 5pm and drove to the location, they said I didn't book for that time. I showed them my email sent from them, and they told me to wait 1 hour and 30 mins to change my winter tire. They are so rude and don't care about customer. I left the place without getting my service. (didn't go there to wait hours).

Came in to have an oil change done and they went and did a full inspection for me and found some problems that needed addressing which I agreed to and they had the work done before I knew it, great location and friendly staff would highly recommend this location

I went in for a tire pressure sensor problem. They were polite and diagnosed the issue correctly. They did suggest a few more things than required, but did not pressure me into anything. They are more expensive than what I had expected though - comparable to a car dealership.

Good service. Helpful for other aspects of my vehicle repair (windshield, etc) and not afraid to recommend better options outside of the shop. Would recommend.

I had a great experience at this garage. Art saw I was concerned about driving the van and he got me in quickly. I met Adain early Saturday morning and felt comfortable there. Art called me and I went to garage and he walked me through all he saw. I said just do it. Van was ready earlier than he said. It drives like a new vehicle. I was prepared to buy a new car but this was so much cheaper. Thank you to Adain and Art for giving me peace of mind.

I did come to your store to get an oil change a few years ago. Your staff forgot to screw on the oil cap and oil leaked all over the engine bay.
You did send out a technician to clean the bay and give me a new oil cap, unfortunately combined with the fact that you took down my previously written review, I will not be changing this one. Good luck

Dealing with car problems, always seems to be costly and time-consuming and it's hard to know who to really trust. I have used Art at this Green & Ross Sheppard location for anything and everything to do with tires (including alignment) for approximately 10 years. No matter what problem I have or when I have it, he always gets me going again quickly, with professional courteous, excellent service and advice at a reasonable price, for any of our family cars - BMW, Toyota and Honda. I have also recommended him to family and friends and they have also received the same great service, advice and quality parts/products. Generally, but especially with cars, I find things usually cost more than I want to pay. But the old saying is true, "you get what you pay for". And the most important thing at the end of the day is to make sure you and your car are safe and the job is well done and Art will make sure of that, he knows what he's doing. I trust his advice and recommendations and I would recommend him to anyone.

I will definitely be back to see Art for any car issues. He’s honest and quick and he took great care of my Grand Cherokee.

My husband and I have been taking our cars for tire change in various occasions and we have always received a great and timely service. The staff has been always very professional and getting our orders in a timely manner.

Excellent Owner / Operator at this location. Diagnosed a soft brake pedal sinking to the floor on my 12 year old car. Turned out to be 2 rusted brake lines that were rusted right through and leaking brake fluid. Both lines were replaced with new. Work was completed same-day. Very pleased.

Art Shekarchi and Hamid provided excellent service. They took my car in late in the afternoon and went above and beyond staying late to get the work done.

I took a chance and went outside the dealership i had dealt with since leasing and then purchasing my car some 7 years ago. The competitive price offered on the winter tires and then the added work needed to replace my original brake pads and rotors was effectively justified with the photos supplied as well as phone call authorizing the repairs. The customer liaison was first-rate especially by Aidan McEvoy. I recommend others seriously consider having their vehicles serviced at this Active Green + Ross on Sheppard St. East

Won't recommend this place, feels super sketchy. Installed tires and lost 2 original tire valve cap.
Do not look at the fake reviews (lol pictures inside their garage), they won't let you in their garage.

Edit: after seeing how they responded to unsatisfying customers (either it's ur fault or u never visted us), I can conclude the franchise has no sense of customer service, avoid Active Green+Ross for any repair.

Art and his staff always go out of their way to give superior service and value. This green and Ross location is highly recommended for more than tires.

My A/C had not been working throughout the summer. I went to several mechanics and tried DIY methods to put R134-A into my car, but they all eventually leaked out. I came by here and Art was very courteous and professional. He explained his expertise with A/C and walked me through the whole process. He was very honest, letting me know that because it is an old car, it wouldn't make sense to pay extra for cooler A/C. I learned a lot about the whole system from our conversation and my A/C is still blowing cold! Highly recommend this shop.

Booked an appointment online. Next day they were ready for me and had my tire repaired in no time. Art was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The customer service provided by Art is great! However, I went in for a service and was advised to change some pieces, which I understood because my car is 2009.

However, a couple of days after, my engine light came on and I took my car back, to which my surprise they needed a few hours to check, to later tell me there was no issue an charge me again for only taking a look at something I has already paid for.

The engine light kept coming and going, and I trusted there was no issue with my car. However, a random day I'm driving to work on the DVP and my car decides it will not accelerate more than 40km/hr, which of course freaked out right in the middle of cars going at minimum 90.

I then decided to take it to a mechanic close to where I was. This guy diagnosed the issue in 5 min and replaced the ignition coil in 10, to which he charged me half of what I paid the second time I took my car for a check up.

As I said, the customer service is great, but I don't believe the car service is worth it.

Steer clear of the this place, they wanted to charge me $1600 to replace a a $600 part that didn't need to be replaced. The problem was a $1 dollar fix, a corroded wire.

Arthur has been incredibly helpful to us over the last few months. The transmission died in our beloved Toyota and we asked him to inspect it to help us decide whether it was worth fixing. He was honest and let us know it wasnt worth it, as it would cost too much money to get it back on the road safely. Also, his staff are excellent and extremely courteous. Thanks so much for everything!

The quality of work and prices are exceptional. They help you to understand what is the problem and help you understand how to remedy it. The person that helped me alot was Author. He definitely helped me out alot. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've gotten tires changed, flats patched and my car aligned. Great service, decent prices, great people.
One thing they can improve is to call the clients when their cars are ready. I always have to call to find out, but this is a minor issue.

Stopped by to get my vehicle serviced, Art was super friendly and provided an amazing service. Had to replace the front right headlight bulb and the front left tire was punctured but these guys were able to repair it instead of having to buy a new one along with a oil change. Didn’t have an appointment and it was busy, but Art was able to fit me in. REALLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’ve gone to the Active Green & Ross on Sheppard right off of the 404 (2115 sheppard ave e) This is my preferred location to get anything done related to my car if not at my dealership. The owner is very helpful for someone like me that does not have much knowledge on all things related to cars. I have changed my tires on my last 3 cars and have had nothing but good experiences. Fast turn around time and honest service. You can’t ask for anything better than that. I would definitely recommend anyone go this establishment!

I first went to Art when my water pump broke on the 404 and I had it towed there. The service was excellent and Art is a real trustworthy and honest guy! I now go to Art for any car repairs. A great place to get real honest work done on your car!

Bought a set of the Michelin X-Ice Xi3 the other day. Couldn’t be more happier with my purchase! Art was able to give me the lowest price on the tires, lower than Canadian Tire and Costco. On top of that, the service was awesome! Will be a returning customer.

I had my vehicle tires installed at this location and I would advise everyone to come to this location. Their service was absolutely amazing, the technician who worked on my vehicle Gordeau was amazing. He informed me about all of the information that I needed to get my tires installed and was very friendly. The owner was very friendly as well. I highly recommend coming here.

This is the best experience and workmanship I have had at an auto service centre. The owner Art and his mechanics assessed and fixed issues with my 20 year old Honda and it has never driven better. It was a noticeable difference. They finished multiple issues in the same day and the service and courtesy was beyond amazing. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning.
