When my battery died, Scott was very accommodating and arranged for a replacement upon my arrival. Dianne was very friendly and took care of everything in a very timely and professional manner.

Great experience as I had tire that needed to be replaced. Diana was able to get the tire and was able to have it replaced so it wouldn’t be a safety issue. Thank you, would definitely recommend this Active Green&Ross

This is the second time I'm bringing my car here. In both cases I had a flat tire which was fixed quickly and at the reasonable price. During my last visit Scott spotted couple of other problems with my car, made pictures, and gave me an estimate for fixing them. This is much better level of service, clarity, and transparency than what I usually get at the dealership.

I cannot recommend an auto service establishment as highly.

I experienced a safety concern with my brakes and coils on my Range Rover.

During a very busy tire crossover season, Scott and Diana immediately helped out diagnosed and solved. My car runs better than when I purchased it!

I called up Saturday morning for tire change. Scott was very professional and since it tire change with tire on rims he gave me an appointment for walk-in right away. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Price was super reasonable. Scott was very kind to even put a sheet in the trunk so that my car doesn't get dirty and put tire covers on that I brought.
Very pleased with the service including price. I will be a repeat customer to tire change for sure.

I was stranded in Etobicoke and had to get my car towed to a nearby mechanic. Contacted Green & Ross at 186 The Queensway and spoke with Scott. Scott was wonderful to deal with. I had to replace my starter. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, fair pricing and timely. I would HIGHLY recommend this Green & Ross location.

I brought my truck's flat tire there (not my truck), so they did not even need to take it out or put it on, and they fixed it and charged me double. When I asked them why they were charging me double, they were so rude to me. They wasted an hour of my life (for a ten-minute job) and charged me $58 for a flat tire. This is so ridiculous. I don’t know how they got so many good reviews, but people avoid this store because they are bullying you without any reason.maybe because you are an immigrant. I did the same job at Lakeshore, and they charged me $20. Nobody was in their shop that day, and I know now why they don’t have customers

Been coming to Scott and Diana for about 20yrs now.always the best service, honest, and never try to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Even though they moved their location farther away some years back, I still make the trip out to see them whenever my car is in need of something. They're the best!

Very unhappy. I went in for a possible suspension issue. Upon there inspection I was given a list of things that needed to be fixed. After speaking to the michanic and was told what items I should fix in order of importance.

One of which was my thermostat and thermostat housing. I was told that replacing this will keep my car from overheating and regulate the temperature in the vehicle. Paid $868 in total

Couple days after my vehicle was “fixed”the heater stopped working and my engine started over heating and my car started to leak coolant.

I checked the work order and saw I got charged for a coolent system flush and a system leak test. I went back to address the issue and was told that I have a leaking radiator and would cost $863 to fix

When I was given the work order for the new inspection I see on there coolant system flush and leak test.

I asked the Michanic if I have to pay for this he said “NO EVEN THOUGH I SHOULD” I didn't respond to this but my thoughts were how did you miss this the first time how did it pass your initial testing then all of a sudden start leaking coolant after I left.

This mechanics' rate is 139/hr and he is very misleading and unethical. I thought paying such high rates would offer a piece of mind because the work and skill of the mechanic will be top-notch, instead gave me a headache.

I need my car for work. I can't drive it because they did not properly inspect my vehicle and I blew over 800 on small things while the major issue was left to cost major damage and more money to my vehicle.

Does anyone know a good mechanic?

I had a sudden flat tire. They were able to fit me in on an emergency basis. They reminded me of a tire warranty I had purchased years before and had forgotten about. They replaced my tire for much less than I expected. Honest and excellent service.

Diane and Scott are a pleasure to deal with. They give it to you straight and do what the say they're going to do.

Previously used this business and intended on returning. Had a flat tire, was told that I needed to replace all 4. Never asked ANY questions about mileage on the existing tires and they suggested that it's recommended by the manufacturer. Ended up going to the manufacturer who replaced the single tire without issue. Won't ever consider this company again for it's business.

We took our car to Active Green+Ross to have the clutch replaced! Diana and her team were extremely accommodating. They initially thought that we needed a new flywheel, and searched to find us one at the best price. They later found out, we didn't need it and just replaced the Clutch. I would recommend this garage to anyone looking for repairs. They are extremely trustworthy and accommodating. We will be back for any future work we need done! 10/10 recommend.

I went to Active Green + Ross for the first time for a seasonal tire change the team completed the work on time and the service was excellent. Easy to communicate with and very friendly. I will be back in the fall to swap my tires again!

Nothing like starting your Monday with hitting a huge pothole on the 401 and getting a flat. Pulled over on the shoulder and had to call a tow truck to tow me to Active Green+Ross Tire. It's a close by location to me, but this was my first time. I arrived around 9: 45am without an appointment and Scott took my info and said they would try and fit me in to take a look and see if it's repairable. I walked home in the rain stressed and miserable from how my day began. When I spoke to Scott later that morning on the phone and he told me they were able to repair my rim (dent from said pothole) I felt such relief. I walked back over and Diana took care of all the paper work and payment processing. They were both so kind. She even referred me to a place to get my muffler looked at when I mentioned that it was louder than normal. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Scott and Diana are terrific and they provide superior service. Their move from downtown to the west end makes it less convenient for me, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust them completely.

When I purchased a set of new tires I was reluctant to get the road hazard warranty, but one year later I can vouch that it was a good decision. When my "new" tire was trashed, they replaced it without hassle for minimal charge.

The couple that run this shop are so nice, personable, professional, and square dealing. Really contrasts with a lot of other experiences that I've had with auto maintenance. They are fast, reasonably priced, and just provide excellent customer service without all the fluff and upselling. Couldn't recommend more.

When my car was being towed I was looking for a nearby shop to take care of my vehicle to diagnose what was going on. I called active random Ross on The Queensway and was greeted by friendly voice Scott who welcomed me to a shop to take care of the incident. A pawn dropping off the keys I went home and I was expecting my car to take a few days, to my delight; they were able to fix my car same day and this evening I will have my car back on the road. Fantastic service and communication all around would highly recommend to anyone looking for efficient Fair priced and customer service oriented workmanship

We recently took my Corolla down to Active Green & Ross. I had driven through a huge puddle the day before and had dislodged the heat shield underneath. We were a little apprehensive as we had tried servicing through this Active Green and Ross years ago and it was terrible. We knew they underwent a management change so we decided to give them a second chance. Glad we did. They were wonderful. Took the car in immediately, checked out the problem and removed the heat shield - no charge. They were kind and courteous and we will for sure be back.

Got a flat tire on my car at 8: 00 in the morning and just happened to drive by their location before I pulled over. They were able to patch it up within an hour and saved me from having to buy another winter tire. They were delightful to deal, with unlike most auto shops, and I would highly recommend!

Great place! They were honest, fast and trustworthy! They have helped me out many times and i will def be back!

We went in there for an alternator replacement and was charged 900 plus dollars for a rebuilt alternator and installation. Was told by the lady at the front desk that "the rebuilt alternator was 500 plus dollars and that the bolts were seized on the old one when they were taking it out and the reason why it cost so much".

On top of that they didn't even finish the job and a cover needed to be put on in which they removed and did not put on when they thought they finished the job. Went in there twice after that and they always asked to come back a different day.

Called and complained of the service and price and they requested us to come in and they will replace the part and they will give us a free complimentary oil change.

We wont be returning to this garage in the future that's for sure!

Much better prices, selection and education than buying from a dealership or low price tire shop. Low price can sometimes mean low quality in tires. At least talk to them and make an informed decision.

I needed help removing and replacing my license plate and Active Green+Ross was the only place nearby open on a Saturday. I called and he didn't laugh at me, he said to stop hy and they'd be happy to help. I just stopped by, the team quickly helped me swap the plates and were very friendly. A few other people came to drop their cars off for oil changes and servicing while I was waiting, Scott was super friendly and helpful with each person. The prices I overheard were very reasonable too. I'll definitelt be back, thanks for your help Scott!

Changed tires here for 2 years now and it really is a great place. Scott and Diane are super friendly and always honest with their prices and suggestions. Ladies, you will not feel uncomfortable coming here for anything you need. I've stopped going to the dealership for all services and will continue coming here instead.
