Meagan is fantastic. She does magic with her hands! I just preferred non-reusable sheets for the bed and face cushion.

I just had my first massage session with Melanie. I have an on and off shoulder injury and to release the tension, my physiotherapist recommended massage as well. I cannot even begin to tell you how good it felt and how warm and kind she is as a person. Her focus was on the injured area and I think I've never had such a thorough massage. Thank you, Melanie! Looking forward to our next sessions!
A few weeks ago I also had a bike fit with Alyssa. I enjoyed a lot our session - the assessment, her recommendations, her knowledge and responses to all questions. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you love biking.
I also like the fact that AHI uses a very easy booking system - you have all your information there, and you can see when your favorite practitioner is available or when your next session is.

Jessica is a miracle worker! Her massages are excellent. She has a good, strong technique. I highly recommend seeing her. I originally went to her for a post-natal massage and have continued seeing her for my general aches and pains.

Phanny is a professional who zoned in on my issue immediately, treated the problem effectively and offered very sound advice. Highly recommend!

I tried dry needling for the first time and Phanny did a fantastic job. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The exercises she showed me on the foam roller has helped eleviate the pain in my back and shoulders. I would definitely go back for more treatments.

Shane has been there for me on many last min body niggles thay flare up! It’s great to know he’s there when o need him! Usually don’t take long to pinpoint what’s causing the issue!

The name says it all and Cristina, one of the chiropractors, explained it to me very well: their passion is to work with people that have an active lifestyle. She does miracles with a lingering leg injury, helping me to push through soccer games and reap the benefits of playing a sport instead of becoming a couch potato. When your chiropractor is also a great motivator and listener, you know you have met someone special.
While City Centre is a strange semi-industrial area, it is very well located only a few steps from Bayview station. If only their landlord would wash the windows, it would only enhance the great view on the new trains passing by!

This place is full of miracle workers. Very friendly, professional. Always finding the source of the issue with a variety of techniques in their treatments.
I wouldn't be coming all these years if they weren't good.
