I wanted to share the over the top service we have experienced with Steve @ the Ottawa location ~ a refreshing level of service ~ he has twice met us near our location with product we have purchased but didn't have time to get to the store to pick up ~
It means so much

I needed a specific component and since I was driving an hour round trip and the cost of the gas burned was going to be several times the price of the component, I called to ensure they had the component in stock. "We have lots of them and other similar components. " I show up and they not only didn't have the component in stock, they didn't even have a place for it on their shelf. That's right—they don't stock the component I was told they had lots of. I settled for something less than I wanted and hope it will work. And companies wonder why people turn to Amazon rather than shop locally.
