I have total confidence in Walid. He has helped me and my husband many times over the last 10 plus years. He is very knowledgable and professional and his instructions are clear and effective. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. It is a healing environment.

Highly recommend active care physio Barrhaven.

I'm very sceptical about physio especially from previous encounters. Never found it helpful. Was referred to ActiveCare Barrhaven location, to Walid, & hands down the best physiotherapist I've seen in a very long time! They are a very hands on clinic, which is rare to find, especially with physio. He actually works on the area that is injured & not just hooks you up to a machine for it to do the job. The staff as well is amazing. Very friendly, welcoming & professional! It actually is a TEAM effort facility, which is nice to see. They are very accommodating to your schedule, especially being a shift worker, very helpful. Since the TEAM goes above & beyond to accommodate the client, thought it was only fair to do the same (I'm not one to ever write reviews either!). So here i am, writing to tell you, you will not be disappointed! One very satisfied customer & will continue to return!

Fabulous treatment. I have been to numerous physio centres over the years and have never received such sincere care. Walid takes his time with every patient and when you leave, you feel that you have been given a new body. Walid and the staff are honest, and work with great integrity. Walid lets you know what you need to do to heal, how long your treatment should last and actually spends time treating you personally - full presence and time. I have a lot of family that has back problems and I have brought everyone to Walid. We travel all the way from the east end to Barrhaven just to be seen at this clinic. It is nice not to feel as though you are in a revolving door of ten minute treatment when you come to physio, and the benefits are real. I am a very grateful client. Great work and integrity.
