I’m upset. I purchased the Acura RDX in 2020 with Acura Plus. I was told Acura Plus covers 7years or 160,000km. My car broke down radiator leaked which was undrivable. I called toll free didn’t get to anywhere. I went to nearby car shop instead. I called the dealership and was told they would call me back tomorrow. In my time of distress, I had no help. No roadside assistance not even a car rental. And the car shop was told that my extended warranty is expired.

I must admit that I was very pleased with the level of service I got. Jeff Wilson answered all of my questions patiently and was very knowledgeable about the various car models and amenities. If you guys are tryna get your car fixed, please go somewhere else. The service manager at this location is so rude. My cars blind spots weren’t working and when I brought my car, they couldn’t figure out what was going on. The mechanic said that there was a part missing (or not working, can’t remember) and they will have to order a new one. After making me wait for almost 5 months, adding the “missing piece”, and 3 hours later, my blind spots were still not fixed, and they charged me $800. I asked for the service manager, she made me wait and when she finally came, she didn’t even look at me and told one of her mechanics to remove the “missing part” and left. I took my car to the Erin mills location and they were so helpful and fixed my car in a day. And no I wasn’t missing any parts. Unprofessional and ignorant staff. If I could give zero stars, I would.

5+ stars yet again, its a no brainer.
Here I am, 15 months later, exiting the lot with a 2023 MDX A-Spec. After putting my 2022 MDX (which I bought at Acura on Brant) in the ditch in a snowstorm in Blue Mountain, I knew exactly where to go for a replacement. Grant went to work for me right away, nailing down exactly what I wanted and then some! To say he delivers first class service, would be a severe understatement, full of integrity. Not only that, I had a tight deadline for the replacement due to an upcoming vacation, and he delivered on everything he said he would, bang on time. So many thanks to him specifically, as well as the team at Acura on Brant. They take care of their clients as if they are family. We will be back again, and I will continue to refer friends and family. Those wishing to be treated in the highest regard, this is the place for you.

Incompetent and overcharging service department.

Charged over $500 for a new evaporative canister which didn't even fix the problem. After numerous visits over 3 months, it was finally resolved when they decided to clear the air intake, which was the source of the problem. Of course they charged another few hundred dollars for this on top on the unnecessary part.

Also tried to charge $50 for a turn signal bulb that was just loose.

Always talk to the actual mechanic that will work on your vehicle BEFORE you agree to any service. The service manager position is usually just another sales job that works off commissions with minimal car knowledge.

Response to GM - As stated, I am not sure about the new service manager but you do acknowledge they are 'customer service' and you do not deny they work on commission and don't have actual technical abilities like an ex-mechanic. You can upsell a new car but you cannot up sell repairs. My comment about talking to the actual mechanic still stands.
I asked to talk to ANYBODY higher up, saw them talk behind the glass with a guy in a suit and then came back and told me that nobody can talk to me. You had your many chances. You lost a customer for life when there are other Acura dealers that sell the exact same products and services, i.e. Oakville Acura are a much newer, larger, cleaner facility that treated me like a king. You have been in the exact same location for years so you must be doing something right? Forget how others expanded and grew their businesses. But what do I know about car dealerships?

Donnie! Man, what can I say? This gentleman is absolutely the best person to purchase a car from. I just picked up our 3rd vehicle from him today and it was an absolute pleasure. I blew up his phone for the past year to get rid of our old car and upgrade to a Suv for the family and he did not give up! As we all know due to the inventory shortage everywhere it has been a nightmare to find a suitable vehicle, but having a friend like Donnie is the best. He did everything in his power to make sure my family and I were satisfied! Most salespeople I have met in the past don't care much, as once you are off the lot they are done with you, but Donnie stayed in touch over the past 5 years even when we moved to Ottawa. It was worth driving 6 hours to get our Suv from him. Any questions or concerns we had he always was quick to reply. If you are ever looking to get a new or used car he is the man to go to! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Donnie, looking forward to working with you again in the near future!

I booked my service appointment with Leggat Acura on Brant my Acura MDX to change transmission oil, differential and engine oil. When I received my vehicle back, I was attended by Ms. Gerri whose behavior was not so pleasant when completing the paperwork. I came to my car and found it is not attended perfectly as it was washed so poorly somewhat similar to the treatment I got in there, this was my complaint to them last service time also leaving water marks and dirt spots on the surface when reported told their car wash guy is on vacation.
I drove my vehicle home and found the surround camera not working, which I used everyday to park my car inside the garage, I called Ms. Gerri to tell her about my camera she was so arrogant and started accusing me of my behavior. Brant Acura already documented in their multi-point vehicle inspection checklist that it is working satisfactory. I took back my vehicle for inspection of camera and they provide me with replacement quote of $687.11 + taxes for the camera. Now I am doubted about the other parts and mechanism inspected in the list.
I have an oil spill found on my garage floor which is due to recklessly wiping it after oil change.
The car tires were four to five pound overinflated then the required pressure resulting in high risk of tire blowout, uncomfortable ride and damaging other parts of vehicle including my life at risk.
Thus, I received my vehicle back with more problems, I spoke to Ms. Glenda who emailed me a performance survey to fill out, she promised to work out something for me to resolve these issues but never get back to me.
Leggat such a big group with promising customer service, I had a very bad experience and I feel embarrassed for myself being treated so badly, was it because of my skin color or visible minority?

We would highly recommend Jeff Wilson in sales. He provided us with very specialized and personal service and wanted to ensure we were happy.not just make the sale. The financing portion could have been better handled by that department but overall a great experience.

It was my 1st visit ever to Acura on Brant. My MDX 2016 was having some transmission issues that I was concerned about. Gene Fundano at Acura on Brant made the whole experience very smooth & informative. The issue was rectified on the spot in a timely manner. The system required a software update & now my Acura runs smoother than before. Keep up the good work team Acura on Brant.

Update. I just purchased my second TLX from Acura on Brant and dealt with Tim again, he is an outstanding sales rep to deal with, would highly recommend Acura on Brant! I was also happy with the service team that I have dealt with over the last 3 years with my first TLX.

I recently purchased my car from Acura on Brant and just had my first service there this past week and I was very pleased with both experiences! My sales rep was Tim and he has been excellent to deal with. Overall very happy!

My wife and I bought a used Acura MDX from Tim at Acura on Brant and we were really pleased with his service. He wasn't pushy with the sale and sent us a personalized video of the vehicle before we came to see it. He had the vehicle serviced with 2 new control arms before we picked it up free of charge. My wife and I just bought a 2022 Aspec Platium Elite. I can honestly say it was the best new car experience we've ever had! The sales team (Tim, Grant and Troy) are top notch with great personality and very accommodating. The RDX we bought is everything we expected and much more. It's a high quality SUV that is sporty and luxurious with great finishes and performance. We will definitely tell our friends and family about our great experience with guys at Acura Brant.

As always the staff at Acura on Brant were exceedingly helpful. Once servicing was completed I spoke with a sale rep about replacing the RDX. Not only did he give a great price, but when I asked about adding my wife’s TLX, which she wasn’t using he came back with and even better deal that included refunding the payment for my service while adding all the options/ add-ons I have on my trade in.

Completely above board and work for best deal possible cut cost for 2 vehicles on 1/2. Great service both in the shop and on the floor.

I've been an Acura owner for as long as I can remember. I've moved around a lot, so I've had the chance to deal with many Acura dealerships, but I'll say that customer services, sales, honesty and integrity are second to none at Acura on Brant. If you get a chance, make sure you speak with Tim (though, everyone I've spoken to there is awesome). I've dealt with Tim for the last 4-5 years. No doubt, I'll be back for my next car/SUV.

The customer service was amazing! Sara was great, very friendly, she had an answer for all my questions. Kevin was able to bring me all the numbers before I even asked for them. Would not recommend this place to service your car to anyone at all, I was a loyal customer for 3 years at this dealer for service after purchasing my car here. Drove 40km one way to service my car and when I needed them to take care of me they completely neglected me and ignored me. I had to further escalate the matter to acura Canada and even after my contact with acura Canada this dealership acura on brant decided still not to contact me at all. Very disappointed at the level of service they provide and I am done with this dealership and would never ever recommend anyone to this place.

I recently purchased an RDX at Acura on Brant. It's my first Acura product and I'm extremely happy with it. I received excellent service from the staff at the dealership. I really appreciated the complete introduction to all the features of the car with Christine Merk before driving it off the lot. We weren't able to get Apple CarPlay working with my phone but Christine pursued the matter with me after I got home. She emailed me with several suggestions to fix the problem and I finally got it working. Many thanks to Christine for her customer loyalty and satisfaction.

We just bought a preowned Acura RDX from Acura on Brant. The entire decision making process took less than 24 hours. Shobhit and Brett made it very easy for us. They listened to our requirements and Shobhit immediately suggested a" just arrived in the lot" car. The next morning we test drove it and said Yes, just like that. The car he had identified ticked all the boxes we had specified.
Both Shobhit and Brett have been awesome, providing service with a smile, they have been attentive and have answered all our queries with patience and perseverance.

My wife's 2011 Focus was struck by another car on a Saturday, receiving minor damage. I called Acura on Brant`s body shop and spoke with the manager, Peter, on the following Monday. He suggested we bring the car around on Tuesday morning. We left the car in his care and got a call before noon on Friday that the Focus was ready. The previously damaged area looked like new. My wife and I are very pleased with the way Peter and his staff looked after out needs.
