Purchased Acura 2018 TLX demo vehicle. On date of pick up, noticed a small dent on the trunk. They took care of the issue, but now that same spot has rusted and they will not take care of the issue, so I have to pay out of pocket for something that they never fixed properly.

Extremely poor dealership service I have ever dealt with. Either you need a service or general inquiry call, no one is there to pick up to answer the calls during the business hours. You need to keep calling everyday and if you are lucky if some one would pickup your calls after 2 to 3 days' attempts. Do not go to this dealership

Been going to Acura Sherway since I bought my used MDX from them 8 yrs ago for all my maintenance as well. I drive around Ontario a lot and simply can’t afford to break down. I could find cheaper places to do the work but the service has always been top notch and nothing beats the peace of mind of have them do the work.

Since purchasing our cars in 2013 and 2014, we have been so incredibly pleased with the customer service that we receive! Our service agent Andy khan and the rest of the service team go out of their way to make sure everything is done right; a rental car is always waiting and they keep you updated digitally w status of work! I highly recommend Acura Sherway and we will continue to deal with them in the future! Have never had service like this before! Honestly the best!

The service representative was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything clearly. I arrived and taken immediately and the car pick up was handled as smoothly. I could not ask for better service.

I have never had a dealership work so hard to NOT sell me a vehicle.

Coming from out of town, I book a test drive on Monday for Friday; show up and the car is out getting detailed. Told it will be available tomorrow. Come back Saturday and the car is still not back. Told it will be back Monday… Tuesday I confirm that the car is now back and arrange to come in. Get there and we do the walk around and everything looks awesome. Start to get ready for the test drive only to find out the car was sold Monday. Each of these ‘visits’ was a 7-hour 600km round trip.

They do have quite a nice showroom though. Great if you are still shopping around, but if you are serious about buying go elsewhere.

Yesterday I went into the dealership to look at a possible purchase. "Sal" immediately looked after me. I decided to purchase the RDX that was in the show room. I was introduced to "David Leeder" and within 30 minutes we came to an agreement. They accepted a wire transfer and within 1.5 hours from the time I walked in I drove the new RDX home. They gave me a very fair price for my trade in and really made this experience a pleasure. David, Sal and the staff are extremely knowledgable, friendly and I highly recommend them. One last point, this new RDX is absolutely amazing.

Buyer Beware of this dealership. My experience that I will describe is from my recent purchase of a nearly new 2020 RDX with very low km.
My initial contact with the dealership – Sean Reid was great – however it all went downhill from there. I highly recommend that you go to a different dealership.
I set an appointment with Sean to look at the car I found online. Sean had stated that the car was immaculate and no scratches and a clean record of no accidents.
Prior to my visit – I filled out an online appraisal for my trade in and all was good. When I arrived and looked at the car – 40 min after a quick test drive – I pointed out several issues we found with the car.
There had clearly been damage to the passenger rear quarter panel as glue and overspray was evident. The drivers side had scratches down the entire side. The mirror had a bad paint chip in the paint and one rim had damage.
Sean at this point said he was going to get his manager – David Leeder involved. Sean later explained that his disappearance was due to him having an appointment with another customer (what about me and my appointment).
David brought out a paint tester and confirmed that the rear quarter panel had different paint depth and agreed there was a unreported damage on the car. David said “ don’t worry as I have a guy that will come and polish and touch up the paint where needed and you will never know the difference”. Taking David at his word – I later next week dropped the car off for the repairs. Later on that week, I contacted Sean to confirm the work was done and he had personally inspected. Sean said “yes it was complete. ” I returned again to pick up the car – and sadly – 95% of the work that was to be addressed was not done. Of course Seans excuse was he had left this to David to ensure all was done and now Sean said he was going to step up and get things done. Again we pointed out the issues – and this is when Sean said – he needed to set expectations that maybe some of the work cant be done as set out by David. Again, I dropped the car off at the dealership the following week to be promised that my car would be ready 3 days later. On that day – I called and my car was still not ready. I finally was able to pick up my car and the work done does not meet what David originally committed to. The mirror paint repair was performed so badly – I will end up taking to a body in which they have already given me a quote. They also noted that there was overspray on the window from the botched repair. All throughout the timeline of the story – Sean and David were non responsive to voicemails, emails (and Sean had an issue with his emails during this timeframe …so the story goes). The dealership made their sale – and that’s all they cared about. I cant believe that these two individuals remained employed given the number of complaints about them. In Summary, in all my years of buying cars (which has been over 40 cars), this by far was the absolute worst experience and unethical dealing I had. DO NOT GO TO SHERWAY ACURA.

On time appointment, work done as described, unstocked part ordered immediately and the next appointment booked promptly

We’ve leased a number of Acura vehicles over the past 20 years and the last 3 from David Perry. He has been fair and reasonable to deal with. It can be a stressful experience but Dave takes the time to sort out any concerns and ensure a successful conclusion

My experience with this dealership has been less than favourable. The sales person I dealt with needs to be trained in how to deal with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
I was ill informed, when trading in my vehicle, therefore I did not have all the information needed to make the most suitable decision, based on what I was looking for in the new vehicle.
Based on all the distress, and poor customer service I've experienced from Acura Sherway, not only will I not be returning to this dealership; I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Sal was great to work with through our lease. He was so accomodating, I thought there might be an unexpected snag. But nothing negative came up and he followed through with every commitment.

I had a great experience at this dealership buying my first car. I purchased the 2017 ILX. Dion went above and beyond in helping me get a great car for a great price! He is knowledgable, professional and great at listening to your needs. The individuals at this dealership will take care of you with efficiency and integrity, not just at the purchase but after as well!

Update: had a great experience dealing with Acura Sherway once again during my refinancing process. I dealt with the finance manager Ali, who was quick, informative and honest. This dealership has great customer service and will take care of you.

My first experience with Acura Sherway, was really good. David Perry, my sales person was really thorough in explaining everything with no pressure of selling. Also at the time of delivery he took time in explaining all the features and functions of the RDX I purchased. Ali Qureshi, the finance manager was also very helpful with no pressure to buy any additional addon's. However, he offered a good deal on the extended warranty, which we ended up taking.
The only thing I was not happy with was the detailing of the car at delivery. I bought a demo version of the RDX and would have expected it to be cleaned throughly, but was not.
Othere than that, overall I was happy with the dealership and their courtious staff.
I would definitely buy again from them and recommend them to my family and friends.

Took van in for detailing, car had just been serviced and was running perfect. Car wouldnt start when trying to pick it up, all the mechanics ignored my wife struggling to get the van started. Had to have it towed away. After being inspected the car had been completely soaked shorting all the electronics. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional service

Went to Acura Sherway and purchase a 2016 RDX. Sales person was Shobhit. He was amazing from star to finish. When we got there another person was test driving the car that we wanted, but Shobhit ensure that we got the car. Shobhit was very knowledgeable about the car and was very pleasant to deal with. Just bought a used 2017 Honda Accord Touring V6 with just over 10k on it. I dealt with David Perry who was easy to deal with. This is probably the most painless car buying experience I've had. No BS and fair value on trade-in. Also dealt with sales manager Omar and finance manager Ali. All were professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Acura Sherway to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle.

Spoke to the sales rep last week, talked about a trade in, he said we cant give you a price unless we see the car.drove in from out of town, he had the used car Manager look at my car, trade in value came back at around $13,000 ($12,000 + Tax allowance)
I was insulted considering the facts:
I purchased my car only 3 mth ago for over $22,000 (BMW dealer listed $24,999), CPO from BMW 6yr/160,000 ended Nov 22, Full maintenance by BMW on Nov 19,2 sets of rims and tires.pristine condition 2012,535i Hybrid model, 115Km. (I have full history on the car)
I'm disappointing with the treatment and question competency of staff. Dealers always welcome trade in publicly, customers like me expect FAIR deal/treatment.there is no black/dealer/wholesale book on earth that values my car at $12K+tax.how did he arrive at that value?
I drove in the rain, 177KM one way from out of town, 6 hours round trip, for an insult.
You better revisit your policy on trade evaluation, change the manager, and start treating customers fairly.

First of all, just want to mention that this is a stunning facility with very friendly staff and customer service.
I recently made a visit for some service work on my car. Even though my warranty had expired, the service consultant (Austin Le) managed to cover the cost and repaired the car at no cost.
Couldn’t be happier with the service. This is now my go-to dealership for all my future services and purchases.

The salesperson Shobit was awesome. Knowledgeable about the cars and the technology in the car. He took care of everything. If you are looking to buy a car take a look at Acura Sherway and ask for Shobit.

I would give this dealer -10 stars if possible. We were in the market for a new vehicle and decided to stop by their store, fancy looking store but very poorly trained sales team and managers. They tried to sell us an accident car and were not disclosing the fact. The car had clearly been in a horrible front end accident and you could see the overspray from 6 feet away and the whole front end was misaligned and poor welding by the collision centre. Sales managers were very rude and lack common sense and manners.and to top it all off this was one of their "Demo" vehicles driven by a manager. Their general manager is a complete joke he does not reply to any emails or phone calls. I was very thrown off by their behavior to make a quick buck instead of earning a loyal customer for life. Shady sales tactics they will promise you the world and will deliver you a negative experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to Erin Mills Acura down the street. Acura Sherway sells lemon cars and accident branded vehicles and try to hide the fact. Waste of an hour!

So disappointed with Acura team and how they dealt with our situation! My husband and myself purchased 2 cars from Acura RDX & TLX, by far the best cars we have ever purchased! But dealing with Acura team was very frustrating! In the beginning we dealt with Porya who was super nice and very professional and gave us great deals on our cars. Then we had to deal with the sales supervisor Ricardo for finalizing the deal and he was super rude once we asked to include mats with our cars! Completely unprofessional! That made myself and husband change our minds on making a deal with Acura, just because of the unprofessional behaviour! To make things better Mr Porya took us to the financial manager Mr Ali, whom was very inviting and apologized for this behaviour, he also stayed after hours to meet our needs! He had promised to include the mats in the cars and not have it in writing on the contract, which initially made us sign the contract! After signing the contract Mr Ricardo tried to make a good relationship by throwing out some jokes and saying that he will initially give us a "gift" as we purchased 2 cars from Acura! (Which did not happen) lol and surprisingly we received the cars without the mats! Mr Porya said he will contact us once they receive the mats in the showroom! It has already been 2 months and no replies to any of our emails! Unfortunately we trusted your team and this is how they represented Acura! Unbelievable!

This was the best experience I've had at a car dealership! Dennis made himself available even via text while I was in the hospital! He's very personable and welcoming, he knows his Acura vehicles and found the best model based on my needs and criteria. Dennis even convinced me to step outside my usual colour preference and I'm very happy I did. My 2019 TLX A spec is a perfect match for business. I was on a time restraint and Dennis made this happen without a single hitch! Even when my original plates didn't arrive on time, he hustled to get me new ones so I can have my car that day. The man is clutch! I love it.
I also loved working with Ali Q who processed the financing. He made everything very simple and pleasant! 2 fundamentals I live by. Overall Acura Sherway, you have great staff. Everyone was so friendly, approachable and welcoming, while maintaining professionalism. The brand is very well represented here.
