Great place. Nice and clean. I can't give five star because I don't use all the services nor have experience with all the staff, however, for the two therapist I ho to are amazing, professional, knowledgeable and know their stuff with treating my issue and the front desk is wonderful! Def recommend their massage therapy service!

I had a 45 minutes treatment with Rose she is renowned for Very Deep treatments, honestly I though I had book with a different RMT that day. When I realised that I had Rose I was a little concerned, but decided to try her out! L have to say best mistake of my life. Communicating my comfort zone so she could treat me to the full potential of my Body's healing abilaty was key. Rose was Amazingly Good, she help me dissolve some scar tissue that has been bothering me for an insane long time (since 2005) I will be re-booking with her again Thank You Rose

Great place to get a Therapeutic massage by rmt. Very professional clean great waiting room. The staff are amazing!

It's unfortunate that I have to make a poor review, its been Approx 10 years of being a client and In those years I can count on one hand how many times we have had to cancel an appointment. We have booked biweekly regularly and recently had to make a cancelation to an appointment that was booked within 24 hrs so Cancelling within the time period was unavoidable, and was due to work and or illness. It is sad to be made aware today that our dedication meant nothing more then a $50 fee after all those years of loyalty. We have gone through multiple changes in staff over the years and commuted from another town to stay loyal. We will miss our RMT's and wish them the best in there future. We know they all work extremely hard there and we appreciate them and the relationships we have made over the years. Ultimately it was a decision based on principle as the moment we attempted to salvage the relationship we were met with resistance and unnecessary comments by the person representing the company. I knew the moment they spoke that it would end in a severed relationship. It's 2023 and Customer service is out the door. Critical thinking is something we can no longer expect. We rely solely on technology, and problem solving skills is a skill of past generations.

Added: your reply is false! I have not signed any agreement or policy regarding fees. You did send something to be signed after the appointment was missed along with your threat, to no longer allow appts to be booked. In addition your statement that I suggested you charge the insurance is not accurate. You attempt to dissimulate my words about the insurance and implying that i am suggesting insurance fraud, is a good example of how those at Adams prefers to handle this situation. The statement was that the cancelation was within 24 hrs becuase it was booked within that time frame, so unavoidable. The insurer or Adams massage should consider this possibility with last min cancelation booked within the 24hrs so to find solutions to compensate those dedicated RMTs. I believe in 10 years we missed not more then 4 appts so you can do the math.if this is the way you address issues that arise by making false statements then we're happy to have moved our services. Just to be clear there was nothing the clinic did to keep us there all these years. It was the work of the dedicated RMT's that kept us happy and we never had an issue till this event. Maybe Adams Massage clinic should find ways to keep there RMTs happy too.

Staff and receptionists are friendly and efficient.

Had a 3rd trimester prenatal masage with Kim White that was absolutely fantastic. I wish I had gone to see her sooner.

Great location, customer service, and environment! I really needed a massage for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. Rose significantly reduced my tension and pain in 30 minutes. One of the most effective massages I've ever had!

I returned to Adams to meet with Dr. Shehz and have been working with him for almost 6 months. I am amazed at how much it has improved my range of motion and wellbeing. I find his approach unique - he takes time to get to know you, communicates options, customizes his approach and checks in on progress at every visit. He made me feel at ease from our first meeting. I highly recommend Dr. Shehz - you won't be disappointed. Adams - you have found a real asset to your team in Dr. Shehz!

Last night was my first time at Adam’s Massage, I had a one hour massage with Amanda and my experience was great. Amanda was kind, and fantastic at her job. She checked in with me multiple times during our session, to make sure I was still comfortable etc. I will definitely be back in the future!

Been coming here monthly for massage therapy and couldn't be happier with the service. The desk staff are always very nice and Sydney is an amazing RMT.

I have been going to Adams Massage Therapy for years. Michelle Stewart is who I see for massage and she’s absolutely amazing and so great to talk to. I have friends and family that go here as well and they always rave about their massages so I know all of their staff is excellent.
Everyone I have met at Adams is professional, kind and accommodating.
I see Dr. Meghan for chiro and she can work wonders and is so friendly and personable.
Highly recommend Adams!

Had fantastic massage by Kim. Great customer service. The were able to fit me in last minute, work with my benefits provider. I have zero complaints. I did the extra oil treatment and it was soo worth it.
