Adamson Flooring

We have done a major renovation, and Hannah at Adamson flooring was incredible! She not only matched our prices at other stores, but beat them and was very conscientious about our budget, and time-line. I would never hesitate to return to Adamson for future flooring purchases!

Adamson Flooring replaced existing carpet with hardwood throughout the upper level of our home. Hannah was able to source the same flooring that the previous owner had installed on the lower level for a perfect match. Hannah provided quotes and installation dates without delay and was a pleasure to work with. We found the pricing to very reasonable. The installers assigned to our project were fantastic. They arrived on time both days, were extremely professional and took great care to minimize any mess from the install. The installation was a quality job!

If I could give it less than one star I would. Just an FYI for future applicants, I was hired with a confirmed start date handed in my resignation letter and turned down other job offers. Only to be sent a TEXT informing me that they needed someone to start earlier without giving me the opportunity to change my start date. Extremely unprofessional.

I had the greatest experience here. Hannah showed me some great options for my kitchen at price I'm happy with. It took very little to narrow down to the final item chosen. She is very knowledgeable about what would work best for the specifics of my household.

We recently had a poor experience with Adamson, they're used as a sub contractor for a local builder and we had some warranty work scheduled for a friday between 1-3pm, so we arranged to take time off work to be present for the tech and they never showed up. The worst part is they proceeded to lie to the builder and say that a technician arrived at 2pm but no one was home even after two of us were, with one cutting the grass out front.

This wasn't our first bad experience with them, we also had Adamson come to replace a few tiles and they did a poor job installing the replacements. After the new tiles were greatly higher than the rest of the floor, so another technician can back to replace it again.

I would recommend finding another flooring company to deal that has a higher level of workmanship and professionalism.

We got our backsplash for our kitchen at Adamson through Hannah. Once the installation process began, we found out we were short by 8 sq.ft. I called Hannah at 9: 00 in the morning and before noon she was able to have it at the Stoney Creek location. Her customer service is fantastic, Adamson Flooring you are lucky to have her!

Did not have tension peaces for the flooring that they sold and had to go to other stores to search for matching peaces

Hanna was very helpful with the flooring I was looking for. Overall a very good experience from selecting the product to final pickup.
