I ordered thank you cards and stickers for my business and received exceptional service. I communicated with Cici who provided a great customer experience. She constantly kept me up to date regarding my order and set my expectations. The cards are good quality, the print is bright and defined. They were also able to pick up the colour details on my logo stickers. I will definitely be using them again.

We have made a couple of bulk orders for marketing materials from ADD Printing & Packaging and have always been happy with their service, but today Joanne really upped their game. Due to an inventory tracking issue we were in dire need of getting some items made up quickly while still being mindful of cost. I emailed them yesterday evening and Joanne called me back today, and with some solution-orientated problem solving we came up with a game plan! Less than 24 hours and having an order in place definitely impressed me. Joanne is an absolute star and her brainstorming and quick thinking really helped cut through the stress of the situation.
