Really positive experience hiring this company. Scheduling was easy and efficient and Robert put me right at ease.very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Would definitely recommend.

Jay was super helpful in identifying some bugs I found in my room (thankfully not bed begs). I called them up and sent an email with some photos, and Jay responded right away. Would definitely go to them again for any pest issues.

Asking for the wasp nest removal. They said we don't do that because we are short staffed. If this is the case, why it is listed as one of your services on your website?

They're customer service was a great experience. When I spoke to Jay on the phone and mentioned the problem we encountered, he was very empathetic, calming and reassuring. He also provided helpful advice and was very patient and thorough with his explanation. Although we couldn't get him in sooner than we hoped for and had to go with another company due to scheduling, his customer service skills is phenomenal.

After discovering we had carpet beetles on a Friday, I reached out to Addison and was able to schedule a treatment the following Monday. Dusty came and was very friendly while answering all of my questions. She treated our 3 bedroom house on the spot, which took about an hour. It’s been about 2 weeks and we have not detected any carpet beetles since. They stand behind their work and provided me with a 1-month warranty to return for additional treatments if we have any issues in the time frame.

Had a bug issue that the landlord was unable to resolve with whatever service they repeatedly hired. Got fed up and called Addison. One treatment and everything was resolved. Didn't have to bag up all my things, which I had done several times previously, didn't take long and was very effective.

I would highly recommend them. Their staff are also very professional. Cam for instance, called ahead, showed up on time, explained the process and what he had found afterwards. No problems since.

A guy named Jay was helpful, and answered a lot of my questions regarding the services being offered. Was professional, nice and reassured me that my problem was fixable, if I ever need to use their service.

I am very pleased, all the work was done very fast and professionally. Jesse, who had done the work at the apartment had been very helpful, cooperative and patient. He answered all our questions clearly, and was very easy to communicate with. Staff on the phone were also very well informed. I like asking questions haha, and can gauge a person's character by how they're answered. So far, very pleased with how readily and easily everything was addressed by Jesse, Connor and everyone else I spoke w on the phone.

Fingers crossed the treatment works well (I have high hopes). What I can say for sure though, is that their customer service was stellar

Jesse conducted the inspection and he was thorough, careful not to damage furniture, provided options (without a hard sell) and addressed any of my concerns. Had the misfortune of bed bugs in my condo. Connor was super helpful and kind over the phone and had Cam come in for a same-day assessment. He was quite thorough and found a live bed bug under the slats of my bed and was quick to act and did the 3 in 1 treatment within the hour. Would highly recommend Addison from a service standpoint. Will wait to see how effective the treatment was and will update this review later.

I've been dealing with bed bugs for awhile and Addison's service was extremely helpful, and they were very responsive.they have an easy prep compared to others I've used, they have a 3 step procedure. Jesse came and did the treatment for us he was extremely nice and helpful, he went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled delicately and was sprayed. I highly recommend this company. I love how there is a warranty so they will come back if there are any activities.

I had a carpenter ant problem in my front porch. In looking for a well-rated pest control service, I was directed to Addison’s website which I found to be informative and helpful. This impression was reinforced when I called and spoke to Crawford – courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Several days later Robbie came for the service call. He was on time, answered all of my questions and was totally professional in his approach to the problem. I am very pleased with the service from Crawford and Robbie and believe it is excellent value for the money. I highly recommend them.

We lost our home and most of our possessions to the tornado in July, in Barrie. With no direct access to a backyard, my senior dog was suddenly getting walked several times per day. If only I had thought to apply flea control. We moved into a new place in August and we were just starting to rebuild. New furniture. New bedding, clothes.

Then came the fleas. I honestly haven’t slept the last month. The cat gets on my bed. The fleas are a nightmare I don’t ever want again!

I had another company come out and spray, for around $455. I was not confident in the job they did. I read the reviews for Addison, and I was impressed. No one has that many 5 star reviews. I knew I needed them.

I saw their post on beware of other companies that offer to spray again in 2 weeks. Because they use cheap pesticides. If you want the job done right, hire this company. You get what you pay for.

Called Addison and within 24hrs had Michael come by who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He provided quick service and ensured that all entry ways were blocked off and provided tips on what to look out for in the future. I recently had a spider infestation and was in desperate need to remedy it as I have a fear of spiders in large quantity and could not stay in my unit until it was resolved. My building uses another Pest Control company who could not attend to the matter for at least a week and I needed to be back in my apartment unit to work from home in a few days. I called Addison Pest Control and Crawford was able to make the emergency call the next day. He was so patient and helpful with all my questions and inquiries. It’s only been two days since the treatments to my unit and I’ve barely seen any spiders since. I understand these treatments can take a few weeks to kick in, but I feel right at home again and can now happily reside in my unit again with no anxiety or fear thanks to Crawford and Addison Pest Control. Highly recommend them!

My wife called Addison in the morning and Jesse came by in the afternoon to do an inspection if our apartment.
He was an incredibly thorough professional, who was very easy to talk to and communicated with us through the entire process. He answered every question we could think of, and was very reassuring the whole time. At the end of his inspection he was not pushy at all, simply gave us his recommendation, the quote, and thanked us.
I would highly recommend Addison, and Jesse specifically, if you are worried you might have bed bugs, carpet beetles, etc.

We felt comfortable booking Addison even though they are more expensive than some alternatives because of the solid advice they gave and pragmatic long term approach they take. We had Robby come treat our house and felt we were in such good hands. We work with textiles so having a moth problem is really stressful. Robby totally understood where we were coming from and his friendly, calm and thorough demeanor really put us at ease. Would absolutely recommend both Robby and Addison for pest removal.

I requested the services, and started preparing for the services based upon Addison’s Website Advice. I dealt with Jay and Connor and they were very very helpful and informative. To take control of the situation, I wanted information — and I got it.
The services occurred as promised, and there is no smell. They were also supportive.

Great experience from start to finish. Before having anyone come out to my apartment the representative I spoke to on the phone took quite a bit of time to talk with me and answer all of my questions. Robbie came out to do an inspection and was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We hired Addison Pest control to take care of a rodent problem after noticing droppings and a bad smell. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the situation, and had a keen eye; quickly discovering signs of activity, droppings, and entry points. He determined that we had a rat problem and came up with a comprehensive plan to remedy the situation, strategically patching holes and placing rodent boxes with poison. Hopefully we won’t be needing their services again, but if the situation arises I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

Jay was great over the phone answering the many questions I had as we looked into a couple different companies. Michael was the one who came for the job and he also was great with answering our questions and pointing out what he saw in the home and what he did.

I made the mistake before and went with a cheaper company. If I had known, I would have chosen Addison Pest Control from the get go. I had beg bugs and it was a nightmare. Rest assured, they are long gone. The service is top notch and Robbie did an amazing job. He was very professional and answered all my questions/concerns. He also explained the process thoroughly and what to do post-treatment. Worth every buck!
