Great experience working with Adecco Ottawa Office specifically Kateryna Kononenko. She’s been very responsive in a timely manner, provided lots of details about the job and made the whole hiring process really easy and fast for me!

At first the recruiter was very responsive. But after going through the interview with the organization they set me up with they stopped responding to my emails and calls.

They were supposed to give me an update on the organization's behalf (or so I was told) and couldn't be bothered to even send a quick 2 minute e-mail to tell me I didn't get the job if that is indeed the case. I suppose since they had no further use of me they can't be bothered to do the bare minimum to treat me with respect. If this is the norm for how their employees conduct themselves, then avoid at all costs!

I was asked to share very personal information for an interview. They made it seem as if I will 100% get an interview. I was naïve to share it, but I doubt my profile was even shared with the hiring manager. A person there insisted to take all my information to make her commission and she didn't really care about finding me a job.

Currently working on a industry move in Ottawa with Yicela. She has been wonderful in helping me understand what employers are looking for, how to cater a resume to appropriately fit with companies postings, and is very genuine. Lots of tips and lots of encouragement. Would recommend!

Coming from head office in Québec city, I was given the challenge of our Ottawa location.since I am completely new in the area and that the location was understaff and in urgent need, I called Adecco for support. I have been very honest: I NEED HELP … AND I NEED IT QUICK!

Yicela answer my call even if it was 11: 55Am and investigated my need trough the phone (she probably didn’t have lunch that day …). Magic happen and both Grace and Yicela were in MY office at 3pm the same day!
