Aden Camera

Took a few disposable cameras on my vacation and wanted to get them processed. My sister recommended Aden Camera to get the photos developed. I went there yesterday at 5pm and I got all my photos the next day. Incredibly fast and well done!

Have always had good service at Aden over many years. Good product selection and inventory. Reasonable prices. Staff are helpful.

The consumer experience is complex. Recommended by a friend, I called Judy in advance and then made an appointment to go. 1. I wanted a SONY black card, and she recommended Panasonic. The price is one-third of the Sony black card, and she said it was the same. I checked the parameters, and it seems that she is really too casual. 2. The price was agreed upon, but when checking out, she found a reason to fool it. It is inconvenient to tell you the details here. 3. The memory card of the camera, the funniest part. She said in a crazy way that the boss was offering a special offer. If she wanted to beat BestBuy, she would have a huge special offer! 29$! I didn’t pay attention, so I believed her BS. After paying the bill, I just searched Amazon and found the same price of 19$! Then I explained it to the clerk in every possible way. But it was too weak. When I came to Canada in 1990, I saw them and thought that we should support Chinese businesses. I didn't expect this result.

They didn’t tell me all the film and photos only keep it for three month in advance. My film and photo all got destroyed without any notice. Un-refundable btw.

Legit the GOAT Camera store in Toronto/GTA. Best film scanning/developing service in the area. They do it really quick and give you back your negatives in good condition.

My go-to place to get 35mm and 120 film developed! Have gotten tons of film developed and they don’t disappoint. Very quick service and for the price you can’t go wrong. Staff has always been very friendly with me, 100% recommend for anything camera related.

Took old 35mm film there and was not advised of possible negative outcome of development of negatives. They took all 13 rolls, made me pay upfront for all. The developing studio developed them even though all of them were either over or under-exposed. I was never advised after the first or second roll that they were all damaged and cannot be seen with the naked eye.
I paid $178 to develop nothing. I thought to myself how could a business in good conscience do this? I questioned the employees in the store.one said he would've advised me had I gone to him, the other just apologized and asked me to speak with the developer who I'm assuming is either the owner or manager. Once I spoke to him, he acknowledged that (a) I should've been advised upfront about the possibility of the film not turning out and (b), that I should've been called after the first roll to explain that the film is not good. After acknowledging this, I explained that as I understood that his studio had already used materials and their time to develop the film that I wouldn't expect a full refund but at least compensate for their misjudgement and mishandling of the matter. He refused to budge and said absolutely no money will be returned.
I'm in shock that a small business would treat customers like this! It's deplorable and unacceptable especially when you acknowledge wrongdoing.

This is a cautionary review and hope that they treat customers more fairly and with kindness in the future.after all if it wasn't for customers you wouldn't be in business. As well, I hope that anyone reading this takes heed when using their services.

I really do not know that how can they make my color film become black and white, my film was Cinestill 50D, and from the server and internet I’ve been remind it is a color film. (Two star only for the friendly service)

My boyfriend and I are so happy to have found this camera store. You can't beat the prices, but the amazing customer service and friendly staff is what really keeps us coming back.

I always get good service from Aden. They have the RF 28-70 f2 lens which is currently sold out everywhere due to shortage. Happy with my purchase.

If you don’t know how to put a 120 films in to camera don’t do it this guy broke my hard by fukc my camera never going back and selling me a film for 21 dollars when they are 10 dollars really bad

Used to love coming here to get my 35mm film developed however I believe just recently they’ve increased their prices (an extra $4 per roll) and now it’s one of the more expensive places that I know of that develops and scans film. Their amazing prices and turn around time was good while it lasted ️

They are vey rude when it comes to their so called "exchange" policy. The exchange is usually a previous customer return and they will force you to accept it. They are mean and never want to follow through their own exchange policies. I strongly advise to keep away from this store.
