This office is like no other. And I am very serious when I say that every single staff at this office makes the space so inviting and welcoming. I have been a client at this office for quite a while and I have never had one visit where I feel like I have not been heard or pressured into anything. They are so considerate of financial situations and giving the client the best experience based on specific needs. If you do not want something to be done they will not push for it. Aside from the amazing people who work here, the actual office itself is very clean and modern. It also doesn't have that "dentist" smell if you know what I mean. As my financial situation has fluctuated over the years, they have made it a priority for my dental work to be affordable for me so I don't skip appointments and have worsening dental health. They really do care for their clients in every way. The dentist himself is very knowledgeable and does not ever do something that has made me unhappy. He is very careful and has attention to detail. I've experienced some other dentists who do not care about the outcome as long as they get the job done and this is not how this office operates. I never feel rushed in or out and they are always ON TIME. Sometimes you go to a healthcare office and they just take their sweet time, I've waited hours before in the waiting room at some places. Not here, you will be in the dentist chair by 5 minutes. My appointments are quick and to the point but they also allow me to express any concerns I may have and feel heard. I want to say a special thanks to Joanne, the administrative staff, and all of the hygienists because they are always so pleasant and make the experience so enjoyable. I get so nervous at the dentist because I have sensitive teeth and even a cleaning sometimes hurts but they are so careful and conscious of my needs. I sincerely LOVE this office and I would recommend it a thousand times to anyone looking for a new dentist. Even if I moved out of Barrie I would still make the trip!

This has been my dental office for almost 20 years. Phenomenal work done and the staff are amazing. Dr. Akeel is very kind thoughtful and knowledgeable. My daughter says he gives the best needles for freezing and that is one of the reasons she would drive from Niagara Falls just to continue going here. I would have to agree. 10plus plus

Olga was amazing! I had the best experience with her and I used to have severe pain after cleaning but she was gentle and made the experience amazing! And Dr. Akeel was pleasant as always!

Dr. Akeel makes sure to give the very best care to every patient, He is not only friendly and gentle but he only diagnosis what needs to be done, he makes sure he is doing what’s best for every patient.
I am not only his employee but also a patient at this office and he was able to do my difficult filling under the gum line without any discomfort, he was so gentle when putting in the needle and made sure I was not able to feel a thing before starting. He spoke to me through the whole appointment and let me know what he was doing as he did it.
