Compared to some of the other Adidas Outlets I've been to around the GTHA, I think this one is better stocked with product (especially shoes) and has more attentive staff. Will return

I got shoes for my son. The most rubbish thing is.both shoes.different sizes.can you believe this? I realized this after few weeks when I saw the way my son was walking with new shoes.when we went to store for complaint.thay said we could not find your details in our database we can not do anything for you.i was not having my original receipt

Worst experience here the employees are just there to chill and hangout not work when you ask them for help they can’t even answer simple questions and look lost

Visited this outlet store in Heartland and the store was closed. The employee at the store next door says the adidas outlet store has been closed for over 1.5 months but puts up no signs on the store doors or updates on their website! The next door store was so annoyed they put up signs on the adidas door to let people know the store is actually closed!

Take the time to update this and indicate that it’s temporary closed. What a waste of time and gas. SMH

Good store with discounts. I took off 2 stars because the store used to have very good collection of sports wear for men but during my last 2-3 visits there's hardly anything I can find for gym. Even their best selling t-shirts are not there. Only items available are soccer or basketball outfits. So if they get the normal sports wear collection back then I'll add 2 more stars.

A nice place in Mississauga for discounted adidas apparel and shoes. Usually last year's collection.

Poor customer service no one in there is interested in helping you find what you're looking for
They regard the Adidas online store like it's a completely separate entity than their store

The collection in that store is less, quite expected as its a discount store built in a heart of city.so expect less and wait for serendipity

I got a pair of shoes for my son a bigger size 2 years ago, he started to wear beginning of this school year in September did not last for a couple of month and was torn at the side given that my son takes good care of his stuff, tried to call customer service and they were unwilling to exchange or refund as they said it out of warranty, very poor quality, Never had that with either Nike or Fila shoes before, won't buy addidas again.

Place is not busy but employees are not too helpful. They were all busy talking to each other and not helping customers. I didnt buy anything at the end

We went during the day and thankfully it wasn't too busy. They limit their numbers in the store. The sale today was 50% off everything in the store. My husband found a pair of runners and only paid $25. You can't go wrong with that price.

Good online website, was shopping during the new year sale and was able to get alot of saving on shoes and clothes for the entire family. Only drawback has been the delayed shipping time and the miscommunications from the staff. I received an item that was wrong but they insisted that they sent the right item. I was forced to keep the item because the store is closed due to covid and I can't go in to speak to anyone, so far my emails have gone unanswered.

We went in just 20-25 minutes before the store was closing so didn't have much time to look around but still managed to get what we wanted. One of the woman working there was being a bit offhand. The store was closing and while waiting in line to pay, I was just looking around to bide my time as there was only one cashier and the line was slow and also for future reference. She kept hovering around me and my husband (who was also just looking around) and kept telling us we can't look as the store is closing. I told her that we weren't looking around to buy more stuff.we are just waiting for the line to move forward.and I feel that even if the store was closing.we were still inside the store so it shouldn't have mattered if we were just looking around or wanting to buy as long as our turn to pay hadn't come. I found her to be a bit rude.

I went to this store a couple days ago to buy shoes and a blonde cashier asked me for terry fox donation but I said no. I checked my recipt and it said 2$ donation when I said no, very bad service will not come again

There were good deals 2 weeks ago, 40% off most of the store stuff, not a big store but good choices.

Lot of items on this time. Was a little crowded but everyone maintained their distances. So go check it out if you are looking for a sporty look for the fall

Absolutely terrible, tried to buy a pair of shoes on Thursday the 22nd, they wouldn't sell them to me. Said they were not in the system and not online, so they had to contact a manager to figure it out. Couldn't contact the manager so they took my number and said they would call me during the week. Went back in on Tuesday the 27th and still nothing. Went back again on Friday the 30th and after waiting for over 20 mins they tell me someone put the shoes back on the shelf, so they need to look for them, another 10 mins goes by and I go back to the men's shoes area and no one is there looking but there are 5 Adidas employees standing at the register chatting.

Bought a pair of sandals from Adidas. It started to peel off from the day 1 I started wearing it and I noticed a lot of hairline cracks in it. It is weird for a known company to make such poor quality product. I have never seen this short lifetime of an item from even unbranded items. Would never buy again from Adidas. Such a waste of money

For an outlet store every single item in this place is ridiculously overpriced. Walked in and walked out. Even with the advertised additional 40% off the prices are insane. This is in no way shape or form an outlet store. Staff is very friendly, plentiful, and helpful. But that is the only positive thing you can possibly say about this place.

Always find the shoes we need. Great selection and fantastic prices. My favorite place to shop. Love this store.

Great place, great deals, only downside for me is that I wanted to get my name printed and they did not have the letter, it was out of stock for a few months

Adidas suppose to be a super brand name. I have purchased a pants after 1st wash it turned out to be low quality. Going back to heartland store. The store manager refused to return or exchange the item giving execuse that other brand such as H&M have no refund or excjange plolicy. Shocked to know that i have wasted my money at such low quality stores.

Extra ordinary and a very friendly shopping at this store by working with Mazz, he is an excellent sales person with a nice smile and knowledge about all the product made me and my son buy what we needed with pleasure, thank Mazz will recommend you to all I know

At the time we visited, the whole store was 40% off so everything was priced well. The only thing is the selection for boys was very limited so that's something the store is lacking.

Osum place, they have great variety of all stuff within the reasonable prices. One thing i like the most, they have every size of available stuff, according to your choice.

Had an amazing experience shopping today at the Heartland Outlet. They had some great deals but the service I received by Suyash was excellent! From the moment we entered the store he greeted us with a big smile, and let us know about the promotions in store. He was always available to answer any questions we had and helped look all around the store for different sizes! 10/10 experience, thanks Suyash!

Great shoes great prices. I visited recently and they had sale going on i got my parents a pair of shoes each at a very reasonable price.

Great place to get something cheaper. For shoes not a huge collection but if you can choose something from the collection they have then it's really worthy to buy stuffs from there. Bought shoes for my teenage boys and husband and got it really cheap. Clothing collections are pretty good and cheap too.
Staffs are always ready to help. Customer service is appreciable. Over all its a good store.

Horrible. Called in to ask if they had a specific shoe. They did not bother to look it up, just said yes we have it, in all sizes. I come from Toronto just to find out they didn't have my size.

My worst experience of shopping. Unfortunately the staff there especially for the last three times were so rude unhelpful unexperienced and they dont care if the customers will buy something or not. No apology for anythig no thank you after paying. After i left the outlet i went for another sport shop and found all what i need and found very very elegant nice smiling people and offering their help. This is the place that i have to go to

Usually they are out of stock, very old and obsolete designs are available. Prices don't seemed to be of an outlet mall.

You get a lot of options and good prices here but honestly the quality of the shoes are not worth it at all. You can tell that these shoes are definitely made just for the outlet stores. Service it pretty good and staff were helpful.

Amazing store and products guy name MUSA really helped us out very nice gentleman know the products I actually came to get just 5 pairs of shoes for my family but end up getting alot more because there was a good sale and helped to find all the sizes. Will surely be coming back. You guys are very lucky to have a employee like musa i would hire him for my company.lol.enjoy and keep up the good work.
