I felt really uncomfortable in this store as one specific employee continuously followed me and my friend around.he had even kicked my dog at one point and refused to apologize when confronted.really awful experience and this is not the first time i’ve been followed around by the same employee

I bought a track-pant a week ago and they bill everything and did not remove the security tag. I noticed that at my home and i am from Windsor (400) kms away. Now they want to come here to get that done but there is no point driving 800 kms. #Horrible Cashier

Nice outlet with good collections, the only negative i found was less staffs to guide the customer.

Great selection, good deals (always has been 50% off whenever I go), and the employees are super helpful and friendly. Will return again for sure.

It's a busy store with narrow aisles that make it so difficult to navigate. There was a lot of staff available to assist which was great it was just not a comfortable shopping experience

I've been into this store several times but have only bought two items because the prices are never really that great considering it's an outlet store. Or is it?

The staff are often very helpful when I approach them. I don't know how they're treated here but they often seem rather serious. I think if they can relax and allow their personality to show, it'd be so much easier and more pleasant for everyone.

No discounts on regular prices, including those on back wall with ripped boxes. Very few shoe sizes and selection available

This is a hard review to write because on one hand: my experience was awesome. On the other hand, it wasn’t at all.

I got two new pairs of shoes at this location recently and love them. I shop at Adidas often and have never had any trouble finding exactly what I need from them. I also had amazing help from two employees named Owen & Mya! They were both friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. (Thank you both! You deserve all the stars in the world!)

If that was the whole story, this would have been a 5-star review… but it wasn’t. During the short time I spent in-store, I witnessed the manager publicly berate three of his employees for not being good enough at their job/not doing the “right things. ”

As both a loyal Adidas customer and a human being: I was equally horrified. I was shocked at the way this man spoke to his younger employees. At one point I actually stopped shopping and pulled aside one of the employees who was yelled at just to make sure they were okay. The store was totally packed with people and it was obvious that the staff was doing their absolute best to attend to everybody and their various needs. (It was not their fault that the store was overwhelmed with people! There was no max customer limit enforced and this location is fairly small to begin with.)

I am unsure who, if anybody, from Adidas head office reads these reviews, but if you do: please check in on the staff at this store and make sure they feel safe and supported. They are people first, workers second: I think the management at this location needs reminding of that.

I’m wondering how they have 4+ stars. Pathetic store with pathetic service. Employees at this store keep running around pretending they’re super busy (doing nothing btw)

There’s a guy named Jason who works there and I was there looking for a particular shoe size. I asked him and he said there’s one which shows in the Ipad I will check in backroom. He did not even go to the backroom and said its not available. I went to other person and asked for the same and then Jason told that other guy just tell him its not available. Worst customer service ever received. I hope this review makes a difference if I visit the store again by any chance

A good place for a decent discount. If you're a Frontline worker just let them know and they will give you additional discount for that.

Manroop smelled very bad i would hope adidas would keep the hygene of their employees up to standard

Not much of a selection did find what I needed but it seems that the only shoe store I visited and no socks is requ5to try on foot wear we are in covid times

I went there to exchange my long sleeve T-shirt. The staff Paolo was extremely helpful. He went and found the correct size for me. He was so attentive. I was so happy with his service. And all the other staffs are helping the costumers. The manager (Dave) is doing a good job

I can see workers are so careless, when we are making a payment why they talking eachothers, this is a reason they do mistakes, they must consentrate to the customers, I'm talking about other stores too, while we are in cash resistered mostly cashiers has this kind a attitude, they kept talking eachothers about personal stuffs, does manager notice or not? I was there yesterday, bought hoodie and other stuffs, I just tried to wear I found something, I dont know what they call, a lady forgot to remove, I couldnt remove myself.im going to call to the store manager.

One of the few stores in this mall that had true sales items. Fairly well organized and clean so that you could find what you were looking for.

Make sure you look at the signs closely because each sale is different and some of them are real bargains.

I took pictures of price tag. That was surprising. On the price tag it was mentioned the price was $65 now $80.
We ask the attendant, she said let me check the price.
Then she confirmed its price is $80+hst.
That was my first experience to see this kind of price tag.:)

This is my favourite Adidas outlet store. I love this store and I love Adidas products. The staff is always friendly and helpful here.

Very limited selection and shoes that are available at other shoes stores were much more expensive here. Probably won't be back.

Adidas products are not available in this store. Better to go to Sportcheck and buy Adidas products from there.

Spoke to several outlets over the phone today, this was by far the worst. All other stores were helpful, the manager here was doing his best to avoid having to provide any solution.

Fabulous store with lots of variety. I got the price for my shoes that I haven't seen before. Their employees are super friendly. Amazing customer service.
