I found one staff who works in the changing room, Parth B, was very frendly and helpful. He found what I want and searched my size and my prefered color for me. Whereas other staff were not even bother to check for me and just told me that on sale items were all there.

I really appreciated for his help and I bought two items from this store. However, I will not go to this store anymore.

Change rooms are never available any time I visited. All other clothing stores I've been to in the mall have their change rooms open. You have customers go to the public washroom to try clothing on and return them after if they don't fit. How is that sanitary or anymore helpful against the virus if that's the reason for the change rooms being closed?

I bought a bunch of items on 7th October. Two of the windbreakers for my kids were not if the right size, I went to the store on 28th October at 8: 35pm to return. I v could not find the receipt. However, I was able to show them the transaction on my credit card. And I asked to return the money on credit card. The staff said they'll give on gift card. I asked if I can get it on credit card. The staff approached the manager Ricardo Lovato. He came and told me that he'll only give gift card and for 50% of the value. I was shocked and mentioned that I bought several items and only returning two. He interrupted me and I felt he was very rude. His staff admitted that they didn't tell me that I'll get 50% value. However, Ricardo insisted that I'll get only 50% value on gift card, as per company policy.

I asked if i can see the policy. He showed me a receipt but it did not show that items will only be refunded 50% value on a gift card.

This is the worst that I have heard from any store in my life time.

Rude staff, don’t even look at you and I was looking in an area a staff member was stacking boxes, and wouldn’t move out of the way or ask what I was looking for. They also complain about customers right in front of you. Under armour was a better experience

Careful, they say ALL STORE 50% OFF and increase prices by 50% a day before sales. One easy way to find out: look at the stickers they have. Almost every single item has 2 or 3 stickers on top of each other. The top sticker says smth like $50 and the sticker under it (if you peel off the top sticker) will say $25. This means the price was $25 the dat before the SALES and they increased it by 50%. Discussed this with the store manager (Karen - aint sure it is her real name, though), and she was extremely rude and with horrible attitude. Asked her for Adidas customer service and she refused to give it to me. Said smth like "look it up on line if you need it". Sooo surprised Adidas play with its customers like this (i.e. Increasing the prices by 50% before a 50%-off SALES. What makes things worse: how can Adidas employee store managers like Karen? Fraudulent sales and horrible customer service = perfect combination for what? Let the guy at Adidas Canada figure it out.

Here’s the proof of my bad customer service by the lady. The mall closes at 7 pm and it was 6: 55 pm plus the door was open. She kicked me out of the store 5 minutes prior and was very rude to me. Please improve your customer service and be kind to them.

Dont waste your time on this location. It has 14 people limit inside store including 6 employes that are working in the store.store manager put a young lady front of the entry door that argue with most of customers.

You can find great prices for sneakers. I got really nice white addidas for $30.00! Clothes I didn't have as much luck. I'm a size small/xsmall and I couldn't find any deals for my size.

I love new team - cared, positive, active and honest stuff. Special thanks to Natasha. This girl made my day. On top of her professionalism she is just bright and open minded person. Also, big thanks for the store manager (forgot her name) who were very nice and took care of my items (was unusual situation). Keep it up, guys!
Regarding the store stock -it would be great to see more European collections, and matched pants with hoodies (ex.)

Prices are ok but the variety is lacking. Adidas needs to open a much larger store to compete with the Nike outlet. More athleisure wear would increase sales.

Went early and lined up, after 30 mins im in front of the line and was told to do the app. According to the staff they prioritized people who reserve a spot in the app. Basically they said the guy behind me can go ahead of me because he did the app reservation.

Also the store have 14 people limit due to covid and there are 10 staff inside already.

I dont know if management is aware, if so, probably just dont care.

I will never shop at an adididas store anymore.

Horrible horrible horrible service by the inside store team. They cant even manage the crowd waiting outside. People were standing in the line for more than 1.5 hours and they were busy with their gossip inside, they could have said us earlier that we cant serve you guys todays and after standing this long in the line the staff comes out and says that we don't think we can let you in the store because it is closing time.

No time management. They were more concerned to close the store at 7 pm and not concerned about people waiting this long outside the store.

Good deals when you come at the right time. Usually 40% off, sometimes 50%. Sometimes ultra boost and alphaedge 4d excluded, sometimes included.
Luckily for me when I went, alphaedge was included. Next time I went, it was excluded. Ymmv
Also never as busy as nike so don't have to wait as long.

This is my first time writing a review on anything. I have NEVER been to a store where the employees were so incompetent. Especially, one employee who is an Indian girl named DP. She made a major mistake on our return, and we had to go back to the store again to get a proper refund. Instead of being helpful, she gave me a bad attitude and rolled her eyes at me. Staff here, especially the above-noted girl, needs to learn to smile and do their job properly. Terrible experience!

I've never seen a staff SO LAZY like the guys who work at this store. It seems that they HATE customers and don't want to see them at all. When you get closer to them to ask something, they walk way and/or try to get hidden in order not to have to work, not to mention that some of them were talking in chatting circles composed by 3 to 5 employees. I am sure there are VERY compentent people out there looking for a job, so what's the point in keeping those lazy staff at the store? !

After seen all this, my friends and I decided to go to Puma instead, where we were very well assisted by its employees.

Went to the front counter to pay my items and price check. The cashier told me the price I forgot I asked her again she gave me an attitude and forgot to take the tag off. I well be returning the items won't be shopping at this location anymore.

Rude cashier that answered the phone. Needed a size check and got put on hold for another employee and then was hung up on. Called back multiple times and was busy. Stay clear

There was one cashier and I had to wait 12 minutes since the other staff standing behind the cashier and no one care people are waiting there. I think it was not good management on that shift.

Don’t try to go there.you will waste your half of the shopping day just to try one thing. Becz they have only one fitting room.

They have some nice sales currently happening. Despite that, their prices are still a bit costly. Nonetheless, it's an Adidas and their service is about average.

Scored some really nice Adidas Originals for a great price. I needed up buying early Christmas gifts for some people. I know it's early but I couldn't pass up the deals.

I was shopping there last night and unfortunately two of their staff members were just chatting and slowly walking away as I got closer. I was clearly looking for a certain size and the two staff members continued on about non-work related stuff and walking away from me to continue the conversation. The store wasn’t busy at all.

When approaching the cash desk I asked if they match their online promotions. The cashier staff acted amazed that I didn’t know and acted like I should’ve known. It was a condescending tone. Horrible customer service. Don’t shop there. I ended up buying everything online.

Only two changing rooms, waited 10 minutes because one girl couldn't make up her mind about a pair of pants, and it wasn't evene busy in store. Not sure how they would function with more customers. Saw almost 10 different staff walking around yet didn't get any service. Waited another 10 minutes to pay even with two open cashes and multiple staff walking around. Just poor all around.

The worst store manager! What’s wrong with the HR dept of adidas that they hire people like this adidas Vaughan mills store manager? She was so rude, unprofessional and arrogant.
My receipt said the last day for return was 31 and I was at store on 30 she still told me, “oh I’m making and exception by accepting your exchange request” I mean that’s a lie I still have 1 day left and you are not doing a favour or Making an exception. Plus for a simple valid exchange she wanted me to pay? But why?
She made me look like a fool but I was able to do the Same exchange with no extra cost at Adidas Heartland location because the staff and manager were knowledgeable and helpful.
Wake up #Adidas, Put a leash on employees like Vaughan mills manager, very disappointed.

I was looking for tennis shoes, but found nothing there. However, there is a lot of shoes for other sports.

Rude staff, ask for size and tell me before I even finish my sentence that "whatevers out is it" when I was just asking because I couldnt actually find the home of the product? Employee then walks in a circle and says "we dont have it" like ok.then I found a perfect pair of shoes which I thought was an amazing deal as signs all around it say "everything in store 40% off! " I then proceeded to wait in a 15-20 min line, get near the top and staff member just playing with a stapeler not helping anyone for a few minutes then when he is ready decides to call me up, and I bet you can guess the shoes were not 40% off depsite all the signage saying it was, at that point I was fed up and just walked out
