*If you get an invite* it can be a great place to go. Just be aware that not all items come with a discount. Still, you might find some items you don't find as easily in the stores just at full price. Staff are pretty good and knowledgeable which you would expect considering that head office is right upstairs.

I went in the store today (wed nov 9) and Shai was the employee that helped me with the return process, and provided me with assistance while I was looking around the store. A very kind, approachable, and informative employee. 5/5

I come here often for their family and friend sale. The store is pretty big and has some extra services such as custom t-shirts. There is plenty of stock and sizes, but go to the sale early if you can!

There are a lot of parking, their staff was great! They helped us find shoes and even chatted with us.

I heard they have a new name printing station and decided to visit it. The price list is in the photo. Definitely recommend it to soccer lovers. The downside is they might not have all the players’ official name. Would be safe if you call in advance. World Cup jerseys should be out in Mid Sept.cannot wait for it!

I called store just to confirm if they have ultraboost 2021. But store associate was very rude to me. She just said you can come in and check. It would take just take two minutes for her to check. It was too far from my home that’s why I was asking. This was the worse customer service experience. They should retrain they employee.

Disappointing. I had hopes that this was an outlet store or at least had some good prices but it's definitely more of a boutique vibe with limited selection and everything is very overpriced. No deals at all to be found.

What an amazing and excellent Service from staff! Check out desk staff, floor staff and a manager, all went beyond to help me out! Needed help with customize T-Shirt printing for my 18 months old daughter and they really proved the great customer service skill as printing was not easy (will be too long to describe) as it looked for toddlers'. First visit on Saturday definitely never going back. Changing rooms disgusting dirty. Waiting area just as bad. Sad!

Good place to visit, especially when you can get the employee discount. There's a fair amount of options but recently learned they don't carry reebok anymore so it's all Adidas items.

Staff was great; friendly and helpful. Assisted with online orders when sizes were not on the floor.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. They didn’t pay attention to any customer. All they did was chat with each other.
The manager was absolutely unhelpful and strangely condescending to say the least! No inventory which is disappointing considering this is a head office store so i expected them to carry more product.
The advertisement of the printing on jerseys is very misleading as they charge an arm and a leg for the customization of jerseys! And getting one of the employees to do that for you is gonna take you atleast an hour.
The service at this store is ridiculously sub-par and slow and shouldn’t be allowed for a brand like Adidas.

Awesome store, most of the clothes are for women but 50% off thru work is worth coming up for, lots of t- shirts, everything is up to date every year, stuff sells out quick, sometimes I have to come back for the restock, A+ staff as well, recommend going in if your in the area.

The staff is so rude here. I would not go here even if there is a good sale. The clothes are very outdated which is why they are on sale. Ultimately the worst part is the rude staff.

They also have a great selection, promotions (especially if you're there with a group discount), and Adidas items are quality-unlike the items from their swooshy competitor.

Fantastic selection. I visit once a year just for the 50% off promotion and get all the goods I need for both myself and the kids! Staff have been helpful thru the years and are well-trained.

Manager made a joke that was rather offending than helpful, unimpressed. Selection and sales are mediocre, save the trip.

So happy that the store is finally open again. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The selection is great with tonnes to choose from.

How does a company so large have such garbage customer service? Waited on the phone for over an hour and a half and still didn't speak to a human.

The staff are awesome and the store is spacious. I come here during the yearly warehouse sale and always get an awesome deal on new running shoes and clothes for the kids.

Was given a corporate promo from my company to attend a 'Sale'. More then half of the inventory is excluded from the sale and everything is grossly marked up. You can get the exact same products at sport chek or national sports for a quarter of the price. That said, staff was helpful and they are well organized for Covid.

Even with everything going on nowadays, they provide service with a friendly smile! Thanks to the manager/supervisor on duty today and all the staff working 02/07/20.

The store was the opposite 10 Stars if I could. Had the pleasure of working with a team lead and I believe assistant manager, (05/31/20 around noon, hopefully they get some recognition) went above and beyond once I explained my experience days before.

Great job Adidas especially those two, they know who they are.

They get you in with an invitation and offers.then you find most items in the store are excluded. Difficult to find any items in larger sizes. Did get some nice sneakers but old model. I would try again. Sneakers were good value.

Selection is a bit limited, staff are helpful but it will make sense to have more seasonsed staff as well (with knowledge about the shoes). Definitely the experience can be improved. Thanks

I have been twice now and both times they have not had the size I was looking for. Other then that, staff are helpful and friendly.

Went to the store to exchange and buy some items. The selection of clothes was pretty decent, but the staff were incredible rude. You always felt like you were bothering them and weren’t welcome. We were standing looking at shoes and made it pretty clear we were interested in purchasing a pair. There were a group of young boys that clearly worked there joking around as if they were hanging around at home. Then you go to pay and the cashiers have zero interest in you and spend their time talking to each other. Staff were overly unprofessional.

Nice store, staff is good. Prices are okay. Only one thing I didn't like when they were giving discount coupons they gave next to me but they refused me.

More selection is needed & too many items were EXCLUDED! Relax with excluded items! Overall decent store

Went inside the store 3 minutes before their store closing hours and the rude rep informed us that they are closed. Their closing time was 6: 00. I politely asked if I buy something now will I not be allowed to pay for it? The rep said no it's only customers inside who'll be able to pay for their purchase and that I can return back tomorrow if I want to. I drove there more than 25 kilometers from home to buy shoes. Turned down by employee.

Never visiting back again to a store where employeed don't have courtesy to welcome their customers who enter before their store is closed!

Adidas and Reebok store has quite a collection. Huge store with numerous options including clothing, shoes, accessories etc.only downside, if you want to return any tagged merchandize, you have to come back to same adidas woodbridge store, no other adidas store will help you in returning. Totally strange, why, how and till when because not everyone lives next to woodbridge. Sunday is usually overcrowded.

Excellent what they have done with the store now. Much better choice of product top to bottom. More adidas classic merchandise now.

The phone is always busy, no one answers and you can’t get through to speak with an associate. The line disconnects you every time.

Store is in the great location, very organized and clean. Staff is courteous and willing to help. Prices are outrages, hance a 3 star rating.

Don't waste your time. Prices online are better than in store. Pretty sure what they're doing is illegal or at least a shady business practice, and this is coming from their "corporate" store. Last time I went a pair of shoes I bought had a sticker price of $240 at 50% off came to $120, but online the shoes were selling for $110.

Not much to look at. Rather go to other Adidas store and they would have more variety and mineybwould be well spent. Shoes selection wasnt the greatest.

Decent store with limited selection. They have range in sizes for women (6-12). Some staff members were really helpful while others not so much, in fact pretty rude. They have great deals so you can't go wrong there!

No, I do not want a $100 plain cotton t-shirt for 50% off. Store is full of artificially marked up junk just so they can discount it. There's no deals, and shopping for clothes here only makes you a walking addidas billboard.

I love the fact that they offer factory prices and discounts if you are member of GoodLife Fitness. They also have a special discount program at least once a month or so to get customers to return and get products at reasonable prices! I wished they had more locations that offered these kinds of incentives for customers!
