Good job in the installation and lead up to this but as soon as an issue was identified, their support was extremely poor. Very unprofessional in this respect. It is get paid and get out. They don't deserve the one star.

After getting some really insane quotes for our small garage door to be replaced, with even more outlandish lead times, ADR was a refreshing experience. It looks like they have a local manufacturer, and standard door sizes are readily available.

I basically had all my questions answered over initial phone call with Raya, and it took virtually no time to get a quote and then the installation from Denis. All hardware got replaced, and they use nylon rollers. Aluminum capping did take a bit longer but that's only because weather did not cooperate. Our motor was changed at time of installation as well, which I provided after getting recommendations from the technician. We had a small squeek develop on the track, and they followed up to fix it quickly (just a lack of lube/grease issue).

Only time will tell how well the door is built, but right now it looks great and seems very solid.

Called for a service call to get my garage door diagnosed the technicians were great at
what they were doing and explained to me why it had happened. And they were able to
fix the issue the same day.

I recently purchased my garage doors from ADR Garage and had an outstanding experience! A technician was able to come out the same day to take a look at my issue and measure for new garage doors. I received a quote that same day and was able to have my doors installed that very next week. The technician that installed them was on time and very efficient with the install. So happy with my new garage doors and the amazing service I received

Fantastic experience with ADR. I called about a broken garage door at 8pm and it was fixed by
9: 30 the next morning. The technician Alex was awesome! Very nice, had the parts needed on
hand, got the job done and even stopped to give my dog some love! Highly recommended!

I had a technician that came to my house to replace my bottom weather seals and
cables who did an excellent job very fast and reliable.

We recently moved to Richmond Hill and were looking to replace new garage doors in
our house, called ADR to get a quote we really appreciated the excellent customer
service. 3 weeks later we got our doors installed and were very happy with the results.

This company is by far the best company that I have used. They have very honest
customer service and great pricing, and their technicians know exactly what they are
doing.

My door was off track. I called ADR Garage Door. They came out to me as an
emergency call and put my garage door back on track.

The lady on the phone has horrible customer service.she does not allow you to speak and will not provide pricing information for their services.very rude lady with lots of attitude.i cant believe this company how are they in business with this customer service?

Cable snapped on one side of my garage door. All the spring tension was on the side of the garage door with the good cable. So the door was slanted and unable to open/close it. Called ADR and the receptionist was nice. She gave me the option to have a technician come the same day or the morning after. I chose the morning after. She gave a 2hr window between 9am - 11am.

Dennis called me at 10: 15am and told me he would arrive at 10: 45am. He arrived exactly on time. Very polite. He knew exactly what was wrong. Cable snapped due to age/rust. He checked the other cable as well to see if it needed replacing. He also checked the tracks and the wheels to make sure they were all aligned and in good working order. $165+tx to replace the cable. But he did few extra things like adjusting the track and checking the wheels.

The whole service call took about 40mins. I stayed and watched him work and bugging him with questions. I'm a DIY'er and never had to fix anything with a garage door before. He was happy to answer all of my questions.

Very happy with the service.
