Best place to get inked in Toronto! I would recommend Jon Castles as your artist! The combination of his great technique and ability makes him one of the best around! He has a unique style and a great taste, you can get anything from a to a. Also his room decoration is to die for! Just pay him a visit soon! I already had two tattoos with Jon and getting my third next week!

I've been here three times over the past year and had amazing experiences with Jon Castles. Pricing was all very fair and the shop was clean with good vibes and welcoming.

I absolutely love how they all turned out and will be back for more. He took his time and worked with me, made great recommendations and am happy to have his art showcased for years to come!

I went today to get pierced at Adrenaline. I gotta say. I have 19 piercings all in all and these two might be the worst I’ve ever gotten.
I got my daith done and it took my piercer 3 tries of aggressive pushing to get through my cartilage. They then proceeded to tell me that sometimes happens with the daith - I have my other daith pierced and several of my friends have theirs done and that has never happened with other piercers.
They pierced my flat on an angle which I hope doesn’t mess with the healing process.
I am really disappointed as I knew this piercer didn’t have much experience (1 year from their account) but if they are not comfortable successfully piercing a person, they need supervision and more time to learn. Unprofessional experience all in all.
Would not recommend and hoping this does not affect the healing much.

Love this place! First two visits were walk ins but my most recent visit was scheduled. Drove up from Rochester to get my tattoo with my friend. Been coming here since 2019 and will probably be back again

I got my septum and labret here from Sam, he was super sweet and helpful, he made the entire process a total breeze:) so happy with my new piercings. I'll come back for some more! Also every tattoo i've got from Adrenaline has turned out wonderful, definitely recommend!

I worked w Dani to line up a “linear” tattoo I had on one leg to match the other. She did such a great job on sizing as well as making sure everything was to my liking. Very appreciative of her calm demeanour as well as checking in to make sure everything is ok and lined up:)

I got my ears pierced by Sam. Honestly the best experience, they are very professional, they puts you at ease and the whole process was quick and perfect. Shout out to Sam who helped me save some money by letting me know I don’t need to re-pierce my ears but rather need the hole to open again. He also helped my friend when she felt a little faint after her piercing. A+ service and great outcomes! Will defs be coming back.

Dani gave me three tattoos in one sitting and aside from being super easy to talk to and conceptualize what I was wanting, she went in depth with me about after care and what to expect as one of the tattoos was in my wrist. Great artist, exceptionally professional, would go back to and recommend in a heart beat.

My husband and I got matching chess tattoos on our fingers from Joe and we could not be happier. Finger tattoos take so long to stick. It’s been over a year and they still look great. Joe did a wonderful job and took us in for touch ups and no cost whenever we needed them.

Came to Toronto to see concert. The group of girls on the trip wanted to get a tattoo to commemorate the experience. Kelly and her apprentice were efficient, fun, and professional. Great experience, HIGHLY recommend the shop.

Don’t go here to get your piercing done! I got an infection here.
A little background, I came to buy a new earring for my tragus and have the old one changed. Not only did they not tell me that the 14K gold one had a titanium bar before selling it as 14k gold earring so a higher price, but I got an infection from getting my piercing changed here!
And the worse part when I went back the first reaction was that they don’t see anything wrong with it! I had to explain them that there is pain and swelling and that I wasn’t lying! Horrible experience the second time!

My wife and I walked in with no appointment, with quite particular tattoo ideas. The person who greeted us at the front desk was so helpful. Got us an artist named Trevor. He was so proffesional and talked us through the whole process. We ended up with perfect tattoos and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. 10/10 recommend!

Really upset that i came in here for a rook jewelry change. I was looking for a new rook design and i saw a nice star one. Everyone was nice, and i was told the piercer was out and they’d be back soon. So i waited and came back a bit later.

I came back and got my new rook put on by them, but i ended up looking in the mirror and had another barbell rook jewelry in my ear, not the jewelry i had originally chosen. I was quite disappointed and was at least hoping for them to change it to the one i selected and wanted to pay for, but it was too swollen to put in. I went to the cashier and was surprised i was still charged full price for their mistake:/ really nice people but unfortunate accident. Out of 50 bucks for the same jewelry i had on before just a smaller bar.

Martin was an outstanding artist! Very calm, reassuring, supportive and happy to explain (and re-explain) the whole process. The tattoo was very affordable and the vibes in the shop were really cool and artsy. We'll be back!

Myself and my two friends walked in after deciding to impulsively get our ears peirced. They accommodated us right on the spot and Jake met us at the front and made the process really easy of picking the jewelery and answered all of our questions. The whole process was a breeze and Alex was the one who pierced them and he was very sweet the entire time while being professional. I got my lobes and my helix done and it was virtually pain free. 10/10 would recommend.

I am not an impulsive person but my friends convinced me to run in and get my ears pierced. The shop was super clean and the staff were very knowledgable and helpful! They were able to take us right away and I have zero regrets. 10/10 recommend!

Adrenaline will always be my go-to for tattoos. One day I impulsivity decided to get a tattoo of a pigeon and this was the place I chose to walk in to first. I had all 3 of my tattoos done here. First, 3 years ago, was Laurel who did the small animal tattoo but they don’t work there anymore. Next was jony somoza who did an amazing watercolour piece for me, and last, today, was johnny day who did a very detailed and realistic portrait of my golden retriever and went beyond my expectations. Always professional, comforting, and trustable.

I love going to Adrenaline. I've had several piercings done there. Every time I go I am happy with the service and the result. Today my friend and I got our tragus' pierced. Both Alex the piercer and Jake the sales associate made me feel comfortable when I got light headed. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much! I got my ears pierced today after reconstruction surgery (side note, for anyone nervous it’s gonna hurt after reconstruction it doesn’t!) by Maria. She also changed out my helix and my high nostrils, and verified what size my husband’s ears are after he’s had jewelry out of them for years. She was nothing short of amazing. Super kind, patient, down to earth and amazing skills/technique. I’ve already recommended her to others and will continue to do so. One of the best piercing experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had many over the years)! She was also super patient and kind with all of the questions we had regarding our years neglected jewelry.

Got simple lobe piercings, Alex was lovely and efficient! The rest of the staff were very kind too!

Great piercing experiences. I have had my tragus and cartilage pierced here and they were very clean and professional.

Was pierced by Alex. Came in with 3 lobe piercings where the middle one was wonky (off center in both axis). I wanted to get 2 additional lobe piercings on that same ear to even out the wonkiness. Alex worked with me to find the best placement for the 2 new piercings until I was happy (which I definitely am!)

Alex is a great piercing artist and professional! You can tell he is careful with his craft. He gave great advice and helped me with any issues or questions about my piercing. Quick service too and the other staff are always friendly whenever i go!

Alex Saltar was very helpful in getting my first piercing, he did everything as clear and fast and efficient as he could. Was very polite and easy going.

Went with a group of friends to get tattooed and we LOVED OUR TATTOOS. Andrew was great and really nice. Great job overall.

They put a nail in my ear not a piercing. It got a little infected when because of the length of the nail got stuck midway in my cartilage. I am genuinely confused.

Good service! Employees are so nice here. Except my sister got her navel pierced and its slanted. She got it pierced by alex who I believe was an apprentice just a few weeks before but its very noticable.

From the first contact every dealing with Adrenaline was fabulous. The staff put me at ease and made my first tattoo a fabulous experience, one that I can't wait to repeat.

I got my tragus pierced today by the one and only Alex! He was so professional and gentle with my piercing. I was quite nervous about getting it but after a few words and him educating me about process it calmed my nerves. Thank you Alex! I'm quite pleased with the end result!

I had an infected piercing that was done at another shop. I went into adrenaline and they were amazing toward me. Alex, the piercer, got the jewelry out and because it was so painful and swollen, Jane came in to hold my hand through it. I was so thankful for the support. While it was a painful experience, Alex and Jane were phenomenal.

I came in yesterday to get 3 piercings done and had such a great experience. Sarah was super knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable. She took extra care to make sure my ears had enough room to swell and heal properly. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of getting a piercing!

I love love love my tattoo artist, she was super sweet. The business in general though, I don't know - half the staff are either nice or don't acknowledge you.

Fine for a tattoo place but still disappointing. The real prices are dishonest, double what they advertise online. It doesn't come with any post-peircing care like other piercing places do, and they didn't tell me any useful info about my piercing, like how long it takes to heal. Also asked me if "this dot is in a good spot" and then did not peirce on the dot lol

I had an appointment with Joe Baker for a cover up and he was amazing. Super sweet, easy to talk to, and did a great job on my cover up. He told me he’s been a tattooer for 20 years and you can tell with the quality and craftsmanship of his work. Will definitely come again.

So I came into the shop on my birthday looking for a last minute walk in tattoo and one of the people working downstairs told me they were booked but on of your employees named Josh was able to squeeze me in with one of your artists! He was super friendly and really helped me out. Have had bad experiences in the past with other shops but would reccomend Adrenaline to anybody looking for piercings/tattoos.

I’ve been by the shop before and had great experiences before but my most recent time not so much.

Went with my S. O for their appointment and was hoping to look at some jewellery for myself too but the guy working the front of the store, Josh, couldn’t have been more unwelcoming to us. He was unapproachable and almost felt like he was annoyed we were there in the first place.

The other staff there were perfectly nice and friendly but having the front of the store worker be so unwelcoming to patrons makes it seem my business isn’t wanted.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Artists are very talented. Been going for here for most of my pieces and have to give it 5 stars.

Got my lobs peals in Nov 2019, took over a year to heal and once they did the left lob doesn’t take earrings. They didn’t offer any aftercare advice and when I asked the cashier spitefully pointed to a piece of paper.

This is now my 3rd time at Adrenaline. Amazing customer service and the staff is really personable. Miss Jane is a Rockstar, she does such amazing work and is always so pleasant. It's always lovely booking with her, she's now apart of the family:)

Jane is an amazing artist, this was my second time going to her. She always made sure I was comfortable, and was super helpful with finding the placement of my tattoo. I highly recommend her & adrenaline all the time ️ it has a great atmosphere!

Got my piercing here before lockdown (dont know why I forgot to review) and the staff are so kind and gentle. The place is clean, quaint, and has a lot of character. Love love the place and can't wait to go back for another piercing once stores are able to reopen

Fiancee and I got matching tattoos. Just simple tourist pieces. Basic outline of Canada with a dot to represent Toronto, very small pieces, no colour, not even any shading. We were each in the chair for no more than 20-25mins. You can hardly tell it's Canada, and THEY CHARGES US OVER $400! We're in Toronto all the time and usually het tattoos when we travel. We will never support that shop again. They were friendly though, I'll give them that.

Jane at Adrenaline Tattoos is such an amazing artist. She is so professional yet makes the experience so much fun. I got my first tattoo from her and I keep coming back for the quality and because she’s so awesome! Highly recommend her or any artist at Adrenaline!

I was in town with my mom on a trip celebrating my culmination of cancer treatment. We decided we wanted to get tattoos to commemorate the trip and this place had good reviews.

We went in without an appointment and told them what we were looking for. They said they could do it in an hour. We came back right on time and sat around for about forty five minutes before our assigned artist came over. He then escorted us to the front of the store to be tattooed in the window where everyone on the street could watch. The sun was blaring in my face the entire time because there are no shades and it was bizarre to have strangers staring at me.

When we were finished, I went to pay and they told me I had to pay my artist cash because he is an apprentice and doesn't take cards because he's not an employee of the shop. He also charged us about $150 over what what originally quoted. So, like.why they didn't tell me all of that up front is beyond me.

Tattoo is healed and the line work is definitely not great. Blurry and sloppy in sections. I would not recommend going unless there's a specific artist you're working with. Shady move, Adrenaline Tattoos. I have dozens of tattoos and should have minded the red flags along the way, but y'all are not the stand up shop your overall rating portrays. I hope you'll reflect on your practices with walk ins and tourists in the future.

You guys are over priced ️️ Went there for a simple rose on my four arm and you guys charged me $400, came in there the other day for Roman numerals and a simple crown beside it on the side of my wrist, you guys wanted to charge me $200 so I just paid 118 for just the Roman numerals which I don’t get because it was originally supposed to be $140 but I did a down payment of $40 so how did it come up to $118 even tho the tattoo didn’t take more then 15 minutes but it’s ok I’m just never coming back to you guys again

I had my helix pierced here a few months ago and have consistently struggled with healing it. After getting another piercing done at another tattoo shop, I was told by their piercer that my piercing had been done on two angles instead of straight as it should have been. I was also never told to have the piercing downsized in a few weeks once the swelling had gone down. The cleaning process they told me to use at Adrenaline was also completely inadequate. I was told to use q tips to remove crust on the piercing but this left me with fibers from the q tip wrapped around my piercing that another piercer had to remove. I now run the risk of having to take out my piercing completely because of the angle it was pierced, it may never heal properly. Supremely unimpressed and disappointed with my piercing experience here

I was visiting Toronto for some days and thought a tattoo would be nice. So me and my friend entered the store, no one said Hi or anything. That was unusual. So we went up to the girl for an appointment, she didn't seem to enjoy her job and wasn't really motivated to help us out. So Andrew checked out our motives and I went back to the hotel. At 2.30pm I went back to the shop, filled out the form and went upstairs for waiting. About an hour later I could go in for my tatt. Andrew asked about the placement, I told him where I would want it and asked if he approves, since he's the professional. He was like 'yea whatever, as long as you like it' and started the tattoo. Now the needle. Holy mother of god, I have never seen a needle this thick. And it was loud af. He asked me about the detailing and shadowing and I actually only wanted the outlines. Well, at least he asked. When we were done, he didn't tell me how to take care of it.
When I left the shop I was quite happy with the tattoo, but when I gave it a closer look, the stars look. Well more like A s. All in all, the tattoo is nice, it had a lot longer to heal than my tattoos usually do. The people were almost rude, the communication in there seems not to be very well. We both felt unsafe and not taken seriously in there.

Adrenaline Tattoo is one of the ONLY places you want to consider getting your tattoo at. Just their health practices alone are enough to set them apart as one of the best, but where adrenaline really shines is their standout artists, and their top notch customer service/ unique body jewelry, plus they are right next to friendly stranger so you can get your smoke on: P. The artwork I had done was my rebirth tattoo, and there is no artist ar adrenaline I would trust more then TOD so check him out for your next tattoo you WONT ne disappointed, the photo is the work he just did for me. Wait till 4 weeks from now when its coloured.: D

I was recently pierced by Tzara is a complete wealth of knowledge and a very kind & considerate person. She answered any & all question I had beforehand, I've recommended many people to go and visit her, even just to discuss some ideas of a project of piercings they may be interested. Even though she's younge, in all the countries I've been pierced in, in the last 20 years - she has been one of the best pierces I've come across. She doesn't just treat this like "a job" - she treats piercing people as something she loves to do.

Girl deserves a raise! I'll be visiting you once I'm back from Australia, for sure.

Ok so I got my very first two tattoo at adrenaline and I read a lot of good reviews about it. Honestly it wasn’t that good for the price I had to pay and the environment wasn’t very professional. Both times felt really rushed and the second time I had a horrible tatto artist that gave both me and my friend bad attitude. I honestly didn’t realize how bad adrenaline was until I went to chronic in for my third tatto. Thier store is MUCH PROFFESIONAL by FAR. Better environment, proffesional people, and I was surprised when they drew me different options and double checked with me if the sizing was right since I didn’t get the same experience from adrenaline.

I was a regular client of Adrenaline's location in Vancouver before visiting the Toronto location and thought that I would receive the same quality work I did on the west coast. The staff was friendly, I vibed well with my artist, and the shop was clean but I am not happy with the tattoo I received a few months ago in Toronto. When my tattoo healed the linework was off and the tattoo was patchy. I followed the same tattoo aftercare that was recommended to me and did not expose my tattoo to sunlight or excessive amounts of water during the healing process. Over all I am very disappointed as I will have to spend more money to have my tattoo touched up elsewhere.

I’ve gotten two piercings at Adrenaline. I got my daith piercing back in April and my second nose piercing about a month ago. Both done by the amazingly talented Zara. She was super nice both timessuper clean, very understanding and over all an amazing piercer. She also pierced my friend’s nose for the first time and was very understanding about being nervous. 10/10 experience. She explained everything to my mom about the daith piercing and when I came back for a jewelry change she was equally as eager to help as when I did my piercing. I will definitely be going back to her for more fun body modes. I recommend Adrenaline to all my friends and especially recommend her.

Got a walk-in tattoo. Staff was super helpful and made the process easy. Being my first tattoo my artist Adam explained the entire process and made sure the placement was right for me. Adam was great and knew his stuff! Would definitely go back and recommend to freinds.

Love this local shop in Toronto. They have great piercers! Honestly, go visit them if you want to get stuck with a needle. They have a great selection of clothing for men and women! I love the sales rack for some great and cheap finds.

I've had three tattoos done here, one a few years ago, one last year, and one two weeks ago. I was beyond nervous for my first one, but everyone there helped me to feel safe and as relaxed as I could be while getting tattooed on my ankle! The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make getting tattooed as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The artists are incredibly talented and a pleasure to talk to and work with to make your tattoo vision come to life. They check up on you multiple times during the process, and are happy to let you take a break if you need it. I trust them with my skin and I would recommend this place to anyone! I've never been pierced here, but all the piercing appointments I've seen when I've been in have seemed to go well, so I'd be comfortable giving getting pierced here a try as well. Adrenaline, you guys are awesome, and I'm looking forward to getting my next tattoo done with you soon!

Every time I walk in I'm greeted with amazing people. These folks are great at the shop and very respectful. Would reccomend for piercings and tattoos. Clean and sterile.

Was pleasantly surprised to find this place. It was across the street from our hotel and the large pride flag in the window attracted our attention. We were drawn in by the LGBT friendly shirts on display by the door. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, and chill and the products were awesome. Though what we wanted wasn't on a special promo like other similar items, the rep offered them to us at a discount without us asking. I hope that many more stores like this start popping up around the country with the same level of service. 10/10 recommended especially if you're LGBT.

Fantastic experience! Walked in looking to get a fair amount of tattooing done expecting to have to go back a few days later and an hour later I was sitting there getting tattooed by Alberto! Awesome dude and an incredible artist. On top of it all, the staff there are super chill. Had people coming in and checking out the work I was getting done and got to chat with all of them. I really have nothing bad to say about the shop or the people there!

Got a navel piercing here a few days ago and I absolutely love it. Everyone was super friendly and chill especially the guy that greeted me. It was so fast, probably was in there less than 5 min and barely felt anything which was a good thing. Only thing was I wish they were a bit more informative about after getting a piercing like things we should avoid and provided more information about the after care as it was my first piercing. Just seemed a bit rushed after getting it, went to pay right away then received a card that provided aftercare info but it was a bit broad on how to clean it. However if you do have any questions they were happy to answer but during the time I didn't really know what I needed to know until after I got home. Overall I personally enjoyed my experience here, hopefully will be back!

My first time in Toronto all the way from Germany, and right after I set foot to the ground I loose the screwon of my piercing. Scared the piercing might close and might loose the rest of it, I ran into the place like a crazy person totally helpless. They have such lovley people working there! They have a tone of jewellry, and (Martin? The Irish guy) found me the right piece I needed. Never have I felt so welcomed and was treated with such kindness elsewhere. Also, they have a lot of great other stuff, like t-shirts and tattoos. Didn't want to get a new piercing, but I just might consider it now! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
