Vary unhappy I got my sister in-law to order flowers to my wife for Valentine's Day and the lady was vary rude to my sister in-law and took our money and didn't deliver the flower and I hade to go through the bank to get my money back vary unimpressed and they ruined my valentine day thanks for nothing

I loved my flowers, they were fresh and lasted a long time. Very professional and the staff was so pleasant. I will be ordering from here again.

Not pleased with my purchase at all.
I had pre-ordered a dozen roses two weeks before valentine's day, the roses were suppose to be multicolored. When I arrived to pick my order up they had misplaced my order and did not have it ready. Not only did I have to wait for them to make up the arrangement I received what was left at the end of the day for flowers only 4 different colors of roses.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jackie the manager is very unpleasant and is known to tell her customers things that aren’t true. Bonnie took my credit card over the phone, said her system shut down. And they still took 80$ off my card but won’t send the flower order? Lol definitely a small business scam.
Apparently the employees don’t have a phone number for the manger either, so if there’s a problem and the employee can’t solve it it’s on you to deal with it.
