Lacking customer service after the fact.
Ruby has been rude on many occasions.
Overpriced. - they charged us $90 for a 6ft piece of trim which I needed for a repair (I checked for gold in the wood - there was none) - $90 says it all folks. And that's all it takes for us to move on.
We had 2 kitchens installed by this business. Sad to say they've lost our loyalty to them solely based on this experience.
There's better cabinet manufacturers out there. We've found our new replacement and go to kitchen/cabinet company to design and install our new laundry room.
We will not be using Advance again.

A huge thank you to Sunny, Ruby, and their great team! Thank you for your expertise, suggestions & guidance, and patience, Sunny, as you walked us through the process of choosing our fantastic new kitchen layout. We love it and are grateful to your team for your organization and talent. A wonderful experience in what can sometimes be a stressful job - but you came through with shining colours and we love the results:)
