I recently completed my placement as a physiotherapy student at Advance Physiotherapy and had an amazing experience! Meghavi was a very knowledgeable and dedicated clinical instructor. She has helped me sharpen my clinical reasoning skills and gain confidence as a future professional. She is passionate about the physiotherapy profession and provides clear and effective education to each of her patients.

I also had the opportunity to work with Brinelle, Kamal and Nancy and have learned so much from each of their patient interactions. Debra was also helpful at explaining the administrative aspects within the clinic that will be valuable for my career after school. It was a pleasure being a part of their team this summer and I appreciate all of their continued support!

I was very fortunate to receive such excellent treatment from the staff at Advance Physiotherapy. Meghavi Chitania, the Registered Physiotherapist and her Assistant Nancy went the extra mile to ensure my treatments showed a great recovery and the receptionist Debra always had a smile even if I was few minutes late. Vacation in Europe was right around the corner, and lo and behold, gluteal pain hit which caused pain while walking and sitting, and anything else you can think of. And Europe, of course, entails a lot of walking. Panic mode set in. Nancy was an absolute godsend! She answered my many questions and dealt with my issue in a very professional and pleasant manner. She is an absolute delight to talk to. I have to say that she worked miracles in such a short period of time. Nancy, thank you for all that you did for me, and I promise to continue doing my exercises while on vacation. Saludos!

I suffer from serious back and hip pain. When I came here I could barely walk. The treatment only three times has improved my mobility ten fold. The Physio location contains professional knowledgeable Staff. They are extremely caring, helpful and kind. I highly recommend my personal Physio therapist Meghavi.

This clinic is wonderful! Meghavi Chitania the PT is a treasure. She made me feel comfortable on my first visit. Meghan is very professional, provides excellent treatment & enjoys her job. I went in for shoulder problems- couldn't lift my arms! Pleased to say she worked so hard, gave full exercise sheets to help me overcome my problem. She is also funny and kind. I enjoy going in for my treatments. Mark Dwyer, the MassageTherapy, is excellent & gives great exercises to work out at home. Deborah on the front desk is so helpful & very friendly. What can I say about these people at PT Health in Burlington on Headon Rd they have very friendly staff. Deb as receptionist whom has been so patient and accommodating with me, I’m also excited to extra help from Ben, Meghavi is a miracle worker, twice I had a very severe headache and before my Physio treatment was over my headache disappeared her fingers are magical she knows what vertebrates hurt and muscles and just makes you fill amazing after her session. I definitely am so grateful for them all.for helping me recover without any added stress, and very excited to be also starting to be receiving pelvic health treatment and I will let you know hope much progress I’m reporting. Stay tuned.

Had a bad shoulder for over 6 months. Tried working on it myself but no luck. After a few weeks with Physio it was a lot better and by the time I finished 6 sessions it was almost fully recovered. Nice people. I'll be back for sure if I need Physio for something else.

Nancy has been treating my dad for a number of issues, shoulder, neck, lower back and hip. She is kind and patient with my farther. Also always mindful of his personal limitations.

After two hip replacements 5 weeks apart, I can say that my experience with Meghavi has been as positive as I could have hoped for. The care and attention to informing me as to not just what to do but why it will help has been excellent. Super satisfied with the approach and the results.

I have been going here for about a month now and the staff have been very nice. I have been seeing Meghavi, the Physiotherapist Resident. She has been so kind and helpful. Her knowledge and experience really shows. She's great at listening and explaining things in an easy to understand way. I have been made to feel comfortable and at ease. I am happy with my continuous improving results. Overall it has been an excellent experience with customer service.

The one thing I would STRONGLY consider is updating the place. Coat of paint at least for the damaged walls & replacing the old outdated flooring. It has alot of potential to look alot more professional and clean if some updates were done.

I have been visiting PT Health on Headon rd for the past few weeks and have been thoroughly satisfied with the results and the professionalism of the physical therapy performed. I will be back to my old self very soon.

The rudest receptionist ever works here…has been extremely condescending and racist towards patients including leaving rude messages that imply that just because someone has an accent that they don’t understand. The treatment here is subpar and extremely insensitive
