We had a crawl space incapsulation done. They have been back 4 times to repair things that were not done right. They installed doors that one was not put on properly. There were gaps in the foam insulation that had to be redone so we don't get freezing pipes. We had holes in the barrier on the floor that was letting in water. We had the full job done that they advertise for over 20,000$. The salesman that sold us the job was supposed to come back for final inspection which he never did. Overall the guys that came were were great and worked hard but we are not satisfied with the quality of work.

Very happy with Advanced Basement Systems for crack repair and water proofing in our basement! Our installation man Tim was very professional, took care to do the job perfectly, and left our home spotless before he left. Our customer representative Tom Blackburn has also been amazing with constant attention and care for our unique basement situation. Todd Kumpess was our service technician this year. He did a good job and replaced our ten year old sump pump, and advised me that our battery will need to be replaced next year for sure. All your service personnel over the years have been very competent. We hade Joel for many years, however I understand he has a different territory now.

Joel did the work professionally and with great care to keep the affected area as clean as possible. Work was of the highest quality

We had water problem in our basement recently. We called Advanced Basement System as they have really good customer reviews. Tom came in to give us a free assessment. He was very professional, knowledgeable, provided the solutions to solve the problems. Also gave us ideas that some of them that we could do ourselves. He was very patient and thorough, spent almost two hours with us. When we called to cancel one of the services one day before the installation, no hassles, the invoice simply adjusted. Joel came in and installed new sump pump next day. He was very skilled and pointed out some issues needed to be improved.answered many questions that we asked, gave us a lot of ideas of how to fix the small little things. Overall, this is a great company with excellent staff. We are very happy with their services.

We have used Advanced Basement Systems twice over a 23 year span to seal two minor cracks. Jeff Miller knows his business well. The education offered us and presentation along with no pressure tactics was great.

Last year, we referred ABS to our next door neighbours who were told by a competitor that they needed urgent MAJOR foundation repairs and it would cost thousands of dollars. We had our neighbour call Jeff at ABS, who inspected our neighbours’ home, educated them and then repaired their problem for thousands of dollars less. A minor foundation crack was all that needed to be fixed.

We always get a few free quotes before committing to a job, but once we find a quality, honest business we stick with them.
ABS has earned our trust and loyalty and that of our neighbours.

We got a system from these guys over 6 years ago. We have the subpump system with battery backup and dehumidifier from them. We had an error code on the dehumidifier and Todd came out and Services the system and even made some great recommendations. Todd was very professional and personable. The workers at Advanced Basements did a fantastic job. Starting with Nick who came out to assess my leaking basement to the crew who did the work. They were positive and very reassuring when it came to stop the leaks. Their system is the best and very non intrusive.no digging! If you have basement issues call this company! We hired Advanced Basement Systems to waterproof our basement from the interior in Jan 2022. Jeff Miller inspected the basement and was a real professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A crew of three people spent two days doing the work. They did a great job and cleaned up well (that said, it was a snowy week and it's a messy job so additional cleaning was required).

We lived through the melting of snow, spring showers, summer rain, and now fall showers. The system works perfectly. And the couple of times that I had questions after the work was done, Jeff was very helpful and responded right away.

From initial quote to completion of the work, they were very well organized and on time - and did exactly what was quoted.

Very happy with the work ABS did and the end result. I highly recommend them.

From the word GO the guys at Advanced Basement Systems showed up and were kind, courteous and most of all took the time to answer my questions - even if they were trivial and silly. The work that was completed was done quick, efficently and all the mess was cleaned up when they were done. Rob and Andrew did an excellent job answering any questions I had as they did the work. They followed the suggestions my wife had for installing the drain pipe outside further away from the house. Used drop clothes to keep the basement clean and really cleaned up after when they were done.

Had the crawl space done about 2019 with a big dehumidifier they came yesterday for the inspection and found our dehumidifier was not working correctly and change it out that day great service very pleasant employees Joel Desjardins has been great very thorough too. I spoke with Danielle Duplessis this morning about the warranty on the new machine and she was very quick to a sure me the new warranty will go until 2027, so they sure stand behind the products they sell, great addition to our home so happy we did the investment
