I went for a tattoo removal and was confident that a few treatments would suffice to achieve significant results since there was a poster in the lobby seeing incredible results in only 3 treatments.

6 appointments later, it is barely at half transparency. I didn't take their package deal because of the false advertising.

I discussed with them regarding this situation asking for a retroactive package price since i felt cheated by false promises.

There was no reasoning with them. Although the staff is kind, there is a lack of professionalism and much to be desired in customer service.

It is unfortunate but I am bringing my business elsewhere and recommending the same to anyone seeking good customer care.

Excellent laser hair removal service performed by Roxanne. She is efficient but thorough and made the whole process very comfortable for me. I am satisfied with my results. I would highly recommend it, despite the slightly higher price point.

Way way way overpriced for tattoo removal! Shop around, this place is gouging customers.

The lady quoted me more than 3 times the price that others charge! She looked at my tattoo for a second, then started writing on her piece of paper and wrote out a payment plan to try to sell me on the gouging. Terrible dishonest business! Avoid!

The “promotion package” they offer is a scam. I went for a consultation and the person who spoke to me said I’d need about 3 sessions to get my tattoo removed so she made “a promo package” where the session would be cheaper if I paid for 3 upfront. I got my tattoo removed in one session (I had done sessions previously so there was not much left), when I asked for a refund of the remaining two sessions, they said they don’t give refunds only clinic credits (which I’m not interested of). They didn’t make clear at any point about the non refundable policy, even though it mentions on their paperwork, I believe they scammed me by saying I needed more than I actually did and now I lost over $400. Wouldn’t recommend

Best laser clinic in Ottawa. Their machines are very effective and provide excellent results. The service is like no other, Roxanne is very welcoming and professional.

My experience with Roxanne at Advanced Laser Clinic has been awesome. I've only had two sessions so far but the difference it makes is amazing. I chose Advanced Laser Clinic not just because the place is clean and welcoming but also because the staff and customer service is great. In the initial consultation, it was clear to me how experienced Roxanne is, but more importantly she was super professional and patient and answered all my questions (even the silly ones). I was quite nervous for the first and second session but Roxanne made sure I was comfortable throughout and always went at my pace. It really made a world of difference for me. I look forward to the remaining sessions and the final results!

Been going here for a little over a year now and I've always had a good experience! I've been getting laser hair removal done with Roxanne and she's been super friendly and efficient and I started seeing results after only a few sessions. The rest of the staff members that I've met are also very nice and professional! The clinic is well kept and the private rooms are fairly spacious. I definitely recommend!

They did laser on my body so aggressively. The lady who did my laser was such a violent and unprofessional woman, I upload her picture here, don't book your appointment with her. I could feel that the laser was not painful at all, but my skin was getting super hot. She burn my skin because she did not let the area get cold enough and instead she was giving laser-shot repeatedly on the same spot without a second of break. I asked her to stop it because the amount of heat is so high (she rudely said, it is better to feel the pain at once, and I replied; it isn't pain, it is just hot). Also, the three ladies who sit in front desk in Advanced Laser clinic are very very rude and harsh instead of doing their jobs with the clients, they were ignoring customers and they were talking too much with each other, gossiping and sharing their life stories to each other, you should repeat yourself that you are there. They should attend to some ethic and manner training courses because they do not know how to be polite to clients. Honestly I waste my time & money at this clinic, either they should change their work-method or they must be replaced!

I have been using this business for hair removal therapy for a few sessions now, and cannot rave enough! My technician is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I’ve completed tattoo removal sessions with the Picoway laser and I’m blown away! On top of the great package I bought, the service and staff are incredibly professional and are true experts. From the very first session, I’ve always felt comfortable and at ease. I’ve had all my treatments done by Alia and I honestly cannot say enough good things about her! She walks you through the entire process and she is a pro. I am beyond happy with the results of my finger tattoo removal. Highly recommend!

Very professional and discrete, they take security very seriously, doors are locked and clients are only admitted by appointment. The results of my treatments have been very impressive, I've been going there since 2020.

I had my first laser hair removal treatment with Roxanne and she was absolutely wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain the procedure.
I also had a tattoo removal session the same day. I was as equally pleased with the technician.

I have done 3 sessions of picoway laser on my face with Anjalia for acne scarring and have seen such great results. My acne scars have faded completely and my skin tone is much more even. I also no longer get stubborn cystic acne all over my face and only get the occasional breakout which disappears in a few days. I can honestly say that this treatment has changed my life!

After that, I was so pleased with the results that I came back to do laser hair removal treatments with Roxanne. After just 1-3 sessions, I’ve noticed that the hair is barely growing back and it is much thinner as well. Roxanne has been amazingly kind and accommodating to my needs and she made me feel comfortable the entire time.

They are honest about the results and only ever recommend treatments they believe in. There have been many times where Roxanne has advised me against doing certain treatments, even though it would easily earn the clinic more money, just because she felt like I didn’t need it. I had my first tattoo removal session today and felt comfortable and at ease. The receptionist was super friendly and kind, and the environment is sparkling clean and very relaxing! Alia did my treatment and took her time explaining everything to me about the process. She graciously allowed me some time to call my husband to discuss if we should purchase a package (which we did, as it is a really good deal in the long run!) and answered any questions I had. It was very clear she knew what she was doing and I truly felt that she cared about the outcome while going through after care instructions with me. I get anxious in new places where I don't know what to expect, but Alia made me feel so calm and the entire process was so quick and painless. I can already see a huge difference in the ink of the tattoo and just how much was removed in one session. I feel confident for my remaining sessions and am so grateful to the whole team here! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, they do not pressure you at all about the package deals, and they are very knowledgeable and skilled at their craft. So glad I have found somewhere so amazing so close to home!

Wonderful and welcoming. Easy to book, easy to go to and it is very quick. Laser works very well and they are very knowledgeable. I get my upper lip done and it leaves me feeling more confident (it also lasts for months)! Definitely recommend them to everyone looking for laser to get done!

I had a Horrible micro blading / eye brow tattoo experience.
The artist kept trying to fix her mistakes, and after 5-6 applications over the course of 2.5 years, my eye brows were a blue inked color, scarred, way to big for my face, and misshapen.

My husband and I had tattoo removal laser and found the staff to be extremely sweet.
After 3 sessions, my tattoo is lighter. I will need more sessions since it was really dark.
I also had hair removal for the face, I got a result and I still go for touch up every 6-7 weeks.result is noticeable! I highly recommend Roxanne

I had some bad microblading done and wanted to get them removed, i tried expholating & waiting for them to fade out naturally then i decided to try lazer tattoo for quicker results. I have darker skin so i was very nervous about hyperpigmentation or scaring. I went for consultation with Alia and she assured me that the treatments were safe for darkskin. I’ve completed my first session and my brows have faded significantly, 2 more sessions to go.very happy I decided to go with the treatments. Can’t wait to be free of this ugly microblading. I would definetly recommend Advanced Laser Clinic for Laser hair removal. I've been to many laser clinics before, and Roxanne is by far the most professionnal et reassuring technician I've met. She gives you a lot of information about the treatment and what it will do to your body, plus she garantees to best results. I've notice better results after just one appoitment with Roxanne than I have after 6 or 7 treatments at other places.

Clean, fast, efficient, professional. They went out of their way to reschedule my tattoo removal after the crazy traffic during the flooding crisis, which is amazing. Parking is free! The only complaint I have is the price. I paid 500$ for 3 sessions on removing two thin 3 cm long stems on my rose tattoo, which takes the esthetician literally 180 seconds to laser each visit. I guess it is the standard price, which I partially understand. I really appreciate the esthetician recommending me to wait for the skin to heal and give me the appropriate time to wait until I schedule the next visit, according to her it's to get my money's worth for the removal and better results, which I really respect. You can tell she cares about her clients' satisfaction. They definitely deliver promising results; you are paying for quality service, guaranteed.

Currently being treated for a small hypertrophic scar on the bridge of my nose. The clinic has put me through two Picoway resolve sessions that have drastically changed the appearance of the scar and flattened it out. Each session is scheduled four weeks apart, the first session made a 25% difference, the second session yielded a 50% difference and I fully expect the third session will bring the appearance back to 100%!
